IMPORTANT UPDATE: 4/20/14

IMPORTANT: The Mastro Report revealed Christie gave orders to cold shoulder calls to his office from Mayors, not on board. (like a splash fight in a pool) and this reveals something critical. It reveals there are rings controlling the votes in each town, and the mayor is always about which ring is controlling it. Christie wanted and dealt for those controlled votes. This is proven because who got the cold shoulder and who didn’t wasn’t based on policy, or anything. It had to be based on who is getting the votes. The luck of the irish has it; that Christie’s behavior implies total control of vote outcomes, town by town, via-mayor-duct, so a much much greater issue comes out; routine rigging or control and creation of vote counts, town by town. And this is consistent with the allure of the electoral college system to our government; there is a parallel state by state control of its presidential votes, and losing that leverage, harms the ruling scenario.

1) This is about a mayor’s endorsement; it’s about the deliverance of votes; the organization of which is a sovereign concern; for which government need not cowl itself as the strongest power,

Again, this situation implies a metaphysic. A metaphysic does this. SO it is true, and yet reveals a metaphysical reality behind it, once we go through the truth

4/5/14
Chris Christie is very interesting. I believed in him in 2008. We needed a prosecutorial approach to N.J.. I said that in several hundred phone calls out of Hamilton N.J.. I tried to explain that even though the republicans are losers in N.J., there is still hope, and we have to be optimistic and confident. The Corzine Governorship was a disaster that literally showed, the morality play of someone from another state, failing to understand this one; in the grossest way, of being exploited by local political machines to line their pockets give him the senate seat, in exchange, then have him win the governorship, incurring another round of expense, and appoint as Senator, Menendez, who would never be incumbent otherwise, and was the notorious Hudson County Executive after Janiewski, who turned in a slew of criminals in the late nineties. What happened, a senator running for governor then appointing his senatorial replacement, is illegal in most states. It’s unacceptable, because you can strong arm wealthy senators into running for governor, and appointing one of your own.

I noticed this scenario, and brought it up years ago. But the distance between me and government is too great, government, took our power, and created a distance, where we don’t know what is going on, and get no honest concern, in a mechanical and automatic way; that, in a spiritual way, is very disturbing. I don’t know if one could go private attorney general on this, if wire or mail was used towards extortion Corzine into leaving the Senate for Menedez, for goverment polices government, that’s the constitutional flaw; but I care about my governor, and if the attorney general’s office can’t protect the coercion of a governor, they sure aren’t going to stop the next one from rambling on so.

There are scant means to look into this, if the word is out on it.

But with Christie, you saw a prosector cleaning up N.J. corruption on a federal white horse; but what was really going on, was that the one’s left standing had to play ball with him, leveraging his political rise. He was more machinated than the machine itself; the bounce in his stride, the catcher’s disdain for standing, the class president, these were things machines can only want. And as he got better and better, the oils and springs got looser and looser, till he moved up the replacement election of Senator Lautenberg, from the general election, to dissuade Corey Booker voters from messing his numbers. That is five year old behavior. As is closing bridges and giving port authority projects for endorsements, (and endorsements are wholly unamerica bs in that no one should tell anyone how to vote, the vote is fixated upon each thinking for himself, and that’s honest society). And this is why no republicans were added to the legislature, much to the dismay of jersey republicans, there was no translation between a republican governor, and democratic legislative, despite the polls.

Then, this commission, by an associate, absolving him of knowing about the bridge closing? his is further five year old behavior, that speaks to a hubris, where the lights are shining so bright, he don’t really see, he’s operating by touch and feel alone. If cover up is worse than crime, then he still hasn’t got that part down yet.

He picked on school teachers out of repressed dislike of the form of education upon New Jersey, as it forms the mold, of the upper classes. Bipartisanship based on port authority projects, sandy funds on municipal decision; that’s the oposite of bipartisanship, that’s the oposite of those Sandy Ads. Why go on TV promoting Sandy Aid, and then use it to force approval of new construction projects.

His lack of control of his anger and weight, somehow amazingly, played out to a positive, in charismatic appeal.

Christie turned me on to the Republican Party of N.J. locally. I went to their monthly evenings at a local bar. This was far superior from apolectic local democrats, who legally accused me of co-opting their rights to the word “democrat”. I met the republican I ran against as a third party that year locally. I enjoyed the people. They had breakfasts too, reminiscient of mens group, perhaps co-ed fraternities. I had no problems with them, and made phone calls for Christie.

I feel betrayed. I feel like tony soprano’s wife is she ever found out past her own deluded head, Tony was a mobster and did five yr old, things and it was getting worse.

It’s a vote that leaves a bad stick in my side, like ugh, I was really fooled, I thought she was so pretty, but she is worse than all the rest, and has serious one percent moral issues. Or maybe they are all like that, and she can talk about what torments her into petty egomaniac behavior.

I voted for Jill Stein on her platform of reducing the military in half, run-off elections to break from the two party mold, and green energy; and have never been happier about a vote of mine; it resonates to this day, a little hymm to voting on beliefs, taught me to never again not vote for someone I don’t like. Now Christie I voted for, not on issues, but prosecutorial approach, having no idea of how he used this to fuel his political or financial interests; there were no real issues. Where does the money go, what does government do, isn’t there a much better way. Corzine never understood Jersey. Christie conflating going Jersey, with going Christie.

In a way, it was like Tony Soprano’s wife waking up. Better to be awake, than asleep; In Nod, knowing, than Eden, ignorant. The wheeling and dealing off the balls of feet, under port authority tables, the spring required, and the sheer spirit of outplaying the hated long oppressing democratic machine at their own game. And then having the bluster to go down in a sinking ship of most jersey trappings, rather than inflict our armpits upon the whole country, as previous presidents often do, subconsciously, as if psychologically, this is a start.

I saw Christie onTV, at the Boomer Esaison Roast, Super Bowl Weekend. That was another disaster. The same president of jersey transit who lost a 120 million worth of trains by storing them in flooding county, neither calculated how many trains would be needed for the superbowl, nor allow cab drop-offs, and chargedd 150.00 for parking rights; I mean, that’s about the worse Jersey looks. I couldn’t paint a worse picture of this struggling yet ultimately earnest state.

But there he was on the Easiason Roast, the day after Wilderstein accussed him of having evidence Christie knew; as if nothing bothered him, his comic timing was down, he was as if a charactor on Seinfield who was governor of N.J. and would fill up Jerry’s apartment with jokes about how bad the jets are; that at ease. He had totally psyched out the humiliation of showing up at a roast, with the ramparts breaking down water on several sides, his troops defecting, federal armies of lawyers lurking like orcs beyond the light………..however, his rooting for the cowboys, not local teams, underscores a well-meant oversight of local politics, and his rooting for the yankees fails to understand how a union, can make an industry worse, insofar the yankees buying talent and hatred, is bad for the league.

He was a bit mean to the staid and boring Boomer.

Christie’s personality enabled the same refrains of looting the state and pockets as Corzine; It’s just Corzine, like Obama and W, are obviously doing what they are told. Look how no one took Corzine’s troubles seriously and he went on to darning some hole in a pocket three billion was accused of falling out of.

What you get when you look at Christie, that you don’t get when you look at Bush, Obama, and Corzine; is the sense, that maybe, in that irish way even, able to talk about what is really going on? Because the money goes where the money goes, in both criminal and automatic fashion. Crime is a little too base for honesty, and the automatic control of you, through School and Capitalism, well, pagans ascribe that to greater darkness, I understand, but still, there are crimes automatically going on, and we have to ask, can Christie talk about it. Is the mobster air there for effect, or reflecting a greater actor and player? Who would go along with the corrupt nefarious ways, and middle class and upper class jobs and lives; It’s not good enough, it doesn’t exist, and there is easy alternative, of thinking together, and of what really is, even especially, the darkness. It’s creation itself, creation as what doesn’t make sense, as requiring creation to come about, and not naturally; Creationism is the Stage History is On.

This political situation is so much an upper and middle class thing; where everything is accepted and deemed as good; where working with your hands and not getting married, is alianated. It is the financial, economic, and jobbing, form of the middle and upper class, that where crime runs through and controls with ease. And it’s created, it’s controlled, without an interest to resolution, to keep going, until something metaphysical is seen, we need the most talking, in a constructive, not punitive, trusting, not suspicious, climate. And if talking doesnt exist, but in secrecy festering, well then, these economic, financial forms upon you or us, are so molded away from reason, that metaphysical totalitarian works it sway, analogous to darkness, form and control, unreasonable.

Christie’s farsighted coercion lasered in on bipartisan poll numbers for national appeal, and no republicans were added to legislative rolls. This is something the Rino Rafs hate. (Republicans against Fakes) He got along with the machine, which dominates his party in his state. And the affection generated by his grace, and brand, gives him an adulation naturally fitted for national stage. Usually N.J. Governors, are staid and boring.

Christie evokes McGreevey. Everything seemed fine, but right under the surface, something different and sinister loomed. The difference is Christie has the appeal and charisma, McGreevey lacked, to play through. Perhaps the humiliation of closing bridge lanes, shouldn’t be equated to the humiliation of sexual behavior, and certainly it is fake to not come out, and true to do what is done; but one governor can psyche out his circumstances that’s for sure. The lights were or are shining on both of them.

McGreevey never talked about a situation where an isreali native he slept with, became involved with Port Authority and N.J. Security. Can Christie talk about what is really going, that makes a man commission a study in his favor as if there is a place where that’s OK? Is the delusion so great, he is the one in control? Or is the control of christie so great as to compell another few hundred thousand off the top of this work?

How does corruption work? It seems morally undesirable? Why isn’t the system of its phenonoma, the constitution, analyzed with corruption and crime being lowered the goal? Because you go along with metaphysical control, because there is darkness. And there is no doubt representation and ensuing concentration of power in a few, creates a great built in vulnerability to crime. Was this intended? Why isn’t it an issue? Creationism?

There is a criminal substructure, to war, the concentration of power does control and incline the FBI, enforcement of law, judges, as Locke said, the issue isn’t the lack of good laws, but their enforcement. Patrick Henry spoke on losing liberty to those who guard it; in direct contradiction to Plato’s famous (corrupt?) theory.

This would be talked about. Who could go along with or want criminal substructure. It’s creationism; as ultimately the kingdom of god, and earth so for it, created. Do you dear reader know something of any of this inference? Or you go along with School and Capitalism, and voila, you go along with everything else, and you’ve never addressed any of this, because its about you, going along, that is the real issue, what makes it so easy.

Thus where can Christie address the crime structure to this predicament? Leveraging pay outs of cash cow Port Authority? Where and why does the property, sales and income tax and toll money and fees and fines go? To goverment jobs? That’s not good enough, or what we go along with. Can we talk about the crime, if not the education and capitalistic way we go aong? Is there not a larger climate that would wholly reduce crime with a wider way? and is that not acquiesced by our own the quality of going along, because;
Deep within our stars, is where we be to play with this, where we be, deep within the stars. The lights of the mind too shine in the darkness of heavy sleep, among the hunger, and ties of earth.

In 2004, august, when McGreevey resigned, in face of a lawsuit by a lover from Isreal he hired; I had litigation before the state, claiming local officials violated the reservation of powers to the state or the people, and abridged peaceful assembly, and that the people making decisions with ayes and nays locally, would reduce crime and increase the greatness of the state and all. This is a truly sovereign interest, any real, noncreated state, would be all over in discussing. Perhaps I did not provide the enlightened backdrop law enforcement requires; 04-366 District of N.J.. In any event, i would think it’s karma caused a governor to fall.

And so it is today ten years later, litigation, with five constitutional issues; 1)that the constitution concentrates power in judges to a vulnerability to control by crime, thus systemic crime seems to rule the courts. Why isn’t this brought up? Is it automatic? Designed by Constitution? 2) Article 1 2a of the ii Constitution says all power is inherent in the people, and thus the people have the right to alter and reform government for greater good at all time. Other state constitutions says the same, and thus they point path to discuss with, or police government through the attorney general’s office, as this problem of a judicial system protecting crime, seems to have overwhelmed government. 3) And this is because atheism retards government from reducing or eliminating crime, as all trades strive to eliminate problems ; The government must recognize, it is essential to reject atheism and this face value aceptance of society in order to effectively reduce crime 4) Is there common law regarding compliance to discovery when one party is greater than the other, and possibly even the court as well? 5) The stilted distance of courts, causes a lack of good faith discussion, because of a misplaced self-identity of sovereignty as meaning the greatest power around. Sovereignty means looking out for the interests of the people. It is impossible to do this without forms of good faith disussion, without ocluding and protecting from discussion, through the legal system itself. The courts or government act like the strongest power. They are not. They are a few, and there are organizations of many, with potential bonds involving many more; or, as well, this is metaphysical totalitarianism, a continuance of vehicle of pagan sacrifice, and when power is concentrated in a few, this crime as well, is enabled, in a way, enlightened society of many governing, wouldn’t.

In the complete abscence of understanding either in 2004, the value and morality of the people making local decisions in peaceful assembly with ayes and nays, as constitutional intention and protection, and now in 2014, the difficulty of assertaining what i wrote is even understood by our middle and upper top 25%., thus, as sovereign concern, in your interest this is, there is some gratutious karma whereby the governor falls unless this one, through you perhaps, lets met turn this around.

Though I am more enlightened this decade, feeling very close to hunger and digestion and brains and breath, I hope, I am still forced to conclude from this experience, people, especially pro forma government, are made, created, and thus impervious to understanding and reason. How would history go on otherwise. You aquiesce, itself oposite ringing, to school and capitalism, never addressing it, of course that substructure looms beneath the claim alleged and found on each.

You see he was a corrupt prosecutor who played that power to propell his political path. The people he didn’t prosecute and left standing in N.J., then supported him for governor. It wasn’t deep pockets like Corzine, that provided the fuel to this trajectory jersey, it was reducing the number of players, to one’s that supported you, weilding federal prosecutor leverage, then translates into, as governor, unnecessary election dates, commissioning supporting douments, leveraging bi-partisan support through deals, no, my friends, if the cover up is worse than the crime, the decision to run this fake commission, when it is I who seek temporary commission to create an atmosphere of trust I may thereby look into the criminal and metaphysical more important, workings of government. For were this intended, that would be what we know.

I voted for someone on charactor, and it was an act. I voted for Stein, on her ideas, and it feels fine. These misbehaviors are huge charactor issues, not policy issues. His policies withstand scrutiny much much better than his charactor. His morality, common as it is, was in the name of the presidency. Glorifying thinkers from 1780, and so abdicating our analysis, continues to suck up, what should analyze the political phenonoma of today, and this country, and imcumbencize the convening of analysis, as good and great practice to be frequented by inquiring generations.

Additional Notes:
1) How could I be so naive as to think a politician could rise up the rank like Christie, and not be especially corrupted?
2) Two close friends named Chris in my past
3) His personality is grounded in sensitivity about his weight, thats why he’s quick to anger, he’s worried the conversation will turn to his unacceptable hunger and disgestion issues. If he was skinnnier, he wouldnt be so worried about his weight, that he is so priclkly engaging in essentially activities that are role model.
4) Nothing is making sense, the whole thing isn’t making sense, kids, children to enforced school like this? Running off to a job in traffic rather than sensible discussion about what jobs are really needed. With that level of irrationality around, how can the sense of these ideas be understood. Yes some core knows the rote ridicule,

Athenian Constitutions

June 18, 2013

Athenian History, no matter how I slice it, is complicated, the narrative not as unified, as say the story of Rome’s ascendcy, or American History; much like the growing pain herself of History, starting off so as it does with Greek History.

Now though I see Greek History as narrating mini-rises, and falls, sort of like tragic? lòwer class follies, contrasting the order and ascendancy of rome

I was studying Constitutionalism, positing such document as fundamentally in error, via its atheism assocciated with voting, not in public squares, with ayes and nays, but privately, in polling places; the atheism that invests so much in the face value of “the people” while ignoring how ineffective the people have been.

So I wanted to see what the Athenian Constitution actually wrote. And in googling such, found a discertation by a student of Aristotle regarding Athenian History that is too rich and ripe a product to pass up remarking as a deacon upon “Athens” might.

My method is as easy as saying good morning. I read this text from 350bc, and anything out of today’s ordinary, I note.

1) There was much more class war back then. Athens was agricultural. A few countrolled all the land and rented it out to the many. The many would go into debt, and the collateral for debt, and this was in their constitution, was themselves, so that more and more ended up in slavery. The author refers to this as serfdom, and says the lower classes involved, were very disaffected with it. The people had no political power or share in decisions. Athens, in these early years, I guess before the fifth centurey bc, was essentially an oligarthy.

My only remark on this situation; is it is hard to believe the people dont change the situation with reason. Later Athens, according toBurkhardt,; the lower classes understood their prosperity depended on a wealthy upper class, and the upper class understood abusing the lower, was inconsistent with a prosperous way of life. Yet this was not the case in the beginning. Yet it is hard to believe, the poor could not be reasonable with the wealthy. Indeed, the going into debt may be incurred by the wealthy land owners neglecting the land because they dont work it, and the renters neglecting to improve the land, because they don’t own it. Indeed, it is difficult to believe the rich can be mean to the poor, for the conscience would then oppress the enjoyment of life. Greek History, is then, an asciatic movement away from tribal paganism of daily circles, to a removed historical form of power, that does not make sense, prima facea. When I look at the remaining jobs at wal-mart, etc, I see a corporatism domianating, that is harmful to the economy. Yet whatthis infrastructure of early athens might pronounce, is a criminal element hiding behind the rich, and possibly manipulating the poor through sexual abuse. For we have to ask, how can the oppressed not stand up and resolve things? And how can the oppressors, go on?

You can say the poor are apathetic, and the rich are mean, but that’s simply not true, to blame the sheeple. This is God’s recorded History. What we are subjecteed to. And this may explain the illogical gaps, as consistent with the avatar nature to History, that history serves up human kind, as playthings to its story and ways and purpose.

The first constitution, rich ruled over the serf for this oligarthy, had a king, a leader of the council, and leader of war, and then all that served as leader of council, automatically joined a council, of themselves upon retiring. The terms were for ten years, but there could be nine leaders of council, like the prime minister to a parlimentary system; and yet only the upper classes, as defined by how much taxes they put out for the war effort, were available for these upper positions. There were lower positions, and the lower the class, the less eligible the citizen.

I note that back then, war was a rich man’s sport, and paid for by the rich, even by the government confiscating the property of a wealthy person, to pay for a few days of soldiers. The political leader did not stay back in the capital, but led battles, and marched along as a soldier. The surest way to avoid draft, was to be poor as can be, and do agriculture work, as agriculture was very important.A certain Morris, who became governor of N.J.. Was a rich oligarth who practically provided the american revolutionary army with their whole navy. There is a little idea thus here, that the upper classes can be more oppressed than the lower classes, insofar as they must go to war, or are more vulnerable to a systemic crime, as wealthier targets, as having less reoourse by virtue of a power that hides wealth behind a dubious justice system. Specifically, the author cites as a requirement for voting, being abe to furnish military equipment. The archons, nine in all, led a council of 401. Missing council was punished with fines, but the richer classes werefined more for missing them. Everyone of the higher council was to serve once on council before another could serve twice. So in this sense council was inclusive and precluded career politicians.

Constitutions then, place power, or at least have so far, in the wealthy. So how can the disapointed people, or America and Athens, not find fault with constitutions? It’s iexpliquable, right? Constitutions have led to corruption and folly, yet the constitutional system, escaped scrutiny for such per se. Is this the effect of pro constitution propoganda? Do we really not exist enough to determine a way oflife without constitution, an alternative form? Does the constitutions assumptions of everyone’s sentience in effect rule public opinion of constitutions, as that public has the energy of individualism, without honest individualism? Does constitutionalism relegate public opinion atheistic enough to preclude questioning constitutionalism?

Anyway these rules led to an oppressive way, of debt leading to slavery, and oligarthy, and the people of athens rose up against the upper class, and the two sides were divided and living in competing camps. They then though, appointed Solon, to resolve things, who wasa bit of a poet in his mediation of the issues. He was respected, but wealth-wise, middle class, and he exhorted the upper class not to be greedy, but understand humilty. Whereas I think the thing to understand is, how easy people are to be controlled, and therefore how obvious it is people dont want to be greedy, but work together, and the whole class division, a product of the control ofan oppressed human race and earth to effect of history, and way without sacrifice, but foolish society.

So Solon then ended slavery as a way of debt forfeit, and passed laws forgiving and the people were happier. Apparently athens was of four tribes, as well as classes, and each tribe could pick a hundred for the 401 council, yet again, I dont see how tribal environment, could be consistent with oligarthy and serfdom. Therefore it must be like all the inconsìtency and what does not make sense, of society and life; another system, that does little good, that would obviously result, were there real people, and not avatarsrepresenting a way and form, that is little now more than symboliic, or cloaking, way for society. Solon was respected for ending the surfeit of oneself for debt, establishing the right to petition a court for redress of grievance, forcing a court to deal with pperceived wrongs by citizens, but most important, that these disputes be decided by juries. For this last gave power to the poorerr people the most. And yet, again, lets ask why can’t disputes be resolved in simple circles of those that know the principles? Why the formalities of court that tend to hold back justice? Again, because the creation of history, is this way, the oposite of sensible, and so that inverse, is what the athenian, went through; a suppllication to history, at the expense of reason, with all the complicated ramififications of spirit therein.

Solon angered the upper class by forgiving debt. And the lower classes by not redistributing property. Yet he did not cling to power byadhering to one party. He chose theemnity of both to the security of enfolding by one.. There was still officially disapointment, but things were better. Yet his relying on written law, rather than people reasoning together, of a constitution limiting powerful places tothe richer, but also the few, who are then eassier to control than the people, suspect origin of constitution. He clearly dealt with the leaders of the two parties, who having weight behind them, were not easy to deal with, and his poetry put down both sides.

So Solon left, and after four years there were troubles again. For which the tribes agreed, the pivotal archwhich numbered ten now, shall have so many from each tribe. And yet still there was strife, and only four tribes, which had their own rules each.. History though, has moved up from an oppressive situatoin of serfdom, to a gaudy situation of poilitical entertainment, if admittedly more foolish and folly and causing the reaction that something is wrong, rather than a reaction of satisfaction, nevertheless, For after Solons laws, 30 years later, of the three factions, limited government, excessive democratic government, and oligarthy, P. Of cemocratiy won, but he was no true democratic, but seeking power, and achieved such by claiming injuries by political rivals, and gaining bodyguards because of that, who turned into a goon squad that then took over the acropolis.

So he ruled, then fled, was paid to come back, then left again due to the danger. The third time, after leading a colony, he had mercernaries and allies, like thebes, and they took athens. He then asked the athenians to parade in military gear, upon which his soldiers confinscated their weapons and told them it was ok, he would be good, and handlle affairs of the state. Thus here you can see an atheistic vanity to athenians that accepts their troubles as too daunting to face, and accepts accapting immersion into their privateaffairs as the way to go. It is not just P.’s tyranny, but a state of mind, or state of people, that accepted the situation, as precursor of history, being accepting, and not demonstrating the charactor of the people to tyrnanny, nor the natural reason of tribes and pagans, that way being metaphysically shit down, for a covert way of sacrifice through society and gaudy history.

Notes from a law library

May 7, 2013

I was reading at a law library, and thought I’d share my notes.

One of potential concerns of post revolutionary, pre-constitutional, America, was protection against standing armies. As the second amendment legitimized militias, for leverage should the federal government encroach; so each former colony, in the 1780’s had one of three policies regarding armies. One was to have a standing army, which a few did; another was a policy of being able to call up an army if needed, and a third, was not to worry about having an army. The notion of a federal military, that wasn’t standing, but to be called up as needed; the protection from the concept and actuality, of an army, during times of peace: was considered a potential amendment. It’s a very nice concept, we’ve forgotten, or fail to hold as a goal. Our incentives have lessened: There is less carrot on the stick, then there was 200 years ago.

Rhode Island and North Carolina did not ratify the federal constitution.

There is too much emphasis on a free press in the constitution. It is the first right. I’m not against a free press one bit; but thinking a free press, will stave off bad leaders, isn’t true, because our press isn’t free. They don’t report the Kingdom of God, or Heaven, or any other ways and terms towards that phenonoma described by those terms. The press is the most atheistic an therefore unwise thing about. The press, is a function of History, which the kingdom of god is made for. I’m not against a free press, but all the stock placed in it. I’m for creating a free press, but there is no free press now, only perhaps relative to say communist states, nor was there one much back then. So the emphasis given to a free press, in context of History, is deceptive and designed towards the same negativity of History; the put down of Humanity in History, through the ages.

I was reading an article in the Cornell School of Law that explained Thomas Jefferson was not a big separation of church and state guy at all. Back then they “asessments” where a portion of taxes went to support religion. Jefferson did stop that in Virginia. But the universities he founded, he expected religion to be taught and core requirement. What Jefferson thought no laws respecting religion intended, was the federal government was to have a hands-off policy upon religion: And thus leave the states to regulate religion as they saw fit, per tenth amendment. It was about limiting federal government, not allowing them to make laws respecting religion, not prohibiting states from the freedom to deal with religion as they saw fit. And yet, as a statesman of Virginia, Jefferson authored bills outlawing work on the Sabbath, as well as protecting religious activity from disruption, through the threat of jail sentences, to disrupters; slightly reminiscient of Putin’s incarceration of those women who bared their breasts in church to protest Putin. Jefferson’s Kentucky Resolutions are fairly specific about ensuring religious freedom, not protecting government from religion.

Now this is very interesting. While the context for Constitutions, and branches of government, is classical times; the states of Rome and Carthage, the tribes of Italy and Europe, the confederations, leagues and city-states of Greece; generally had Senates, Judicial process, and main leaders, and constitutions: there was a multitude of religions, or rather palpable phenonoma, pagan times worshiped. There was an array of them, from Isis to Jupiter, to Venus to Fire, to meteor stone that landed on Earth; and each and any State, generally respected all of them, but chose to especially focus on one or a few; like Rome, with Mars, would condescend to Jupiter; and The Volsaci Tribe would worship Vulcan, or Fire, and Egypt, Isis. So one was aware of the literally hundreds of different phenonoma and ways to worship, but each state or tribe had its own favorites, which culturally defined that state or tribe. If there were many objects and forms of worship, would separation of church and state be conceivable, or is this a condition circumscribed by the paucity of religions today, the limitation of Christianity being so prevalent, and pagan religions, pagan as nonchristian, so few? The answer would be the actual effectiveness and gain of those form of worship. Should any spiritual practice gain benefits, from consensus, to observation of palpable phenonoma, the proof is in the pudding, and relevance directly related to productivity.

I interpret one specific level of “Congress shall make no law respecting religion” as allowing Congress to make a law that disrespects or bans a bad religion. This interpretation has classical roots. The Roman Republic, generally liked all religion, assenting to the popular spirit, religion, the pagan worship of palpable phenonoma, was good. Pagan tribal times, where daily local circles were frequent, didn’t have atheism. Atheism arose with the state, with governments proclamation of the sanctity or existence, of the individual; or more so, with History, for History really grew after pagan tribal times, and History ascribes all to Humanity, and little to Creators, from the universe, or afterlife, that control Humanity.

Thus, because of the multitudes of different religious forms, Rome would scrutinize and liscence each applying to practice in Rome. Generally they would approve very nearly all of them, and even respect them in ceremony; yet they understood, a religion could be bad, could be used to corrupt spirit and be destructive, and so, religions had to be liscenced by the state. Notably a sect of the religion of Baal, (Baal centered on an awareness of the sun and moon) that had only female priestesses, and castrated a few monks for them, and encouraged it’s men to be drunks and run maypoles to obstruct traffic, and its women to learn healing arts, and treat upper class women, and so gain some wealth; this religion for instance, was allowed to travel through and practice in Rome, for it could be nomadic, like traveling hippies, but not allowed to convert any from the city of Rome.

Any debate on Religion and Government,  must recognize our age of basically one religion in America, Christianity. Again, that is a little Not like religious freedom, to have such a dominant religion. Our Constitutional Structure is based on classical times. Our constitutional structure signaled a death knell to medieval times, and warring kings. Yet Constitutional structure, in classical times, was in context of many, many religions. A villification of religion by government, or popular sentiment, can only come, I think, when there is only one or two religions to choose from. If we returned to a world of many palpable forms to choose from to worship, would there be any context for the elimination of the relevancy of religion to government?

Federal government, contrasted to state government, for Jefferson, consistent with a popular spirit back then that resisted federal government, spoke for federal government handling foreign affairs, and states, their own domestic concerns.

Now I think the federal government, may trump state government, by the following morale: that as representing more people, than state government, it has an inherent larger quantity of goodness and morality, and that is why we turn to the federal government to protect our rights, when smaller state governments violate them.

The prevailing attitude for government was “seizing doubtful ground”. Amputate or unempower states, so they could not war each other. Worry about insurrection, by having a tight control upon the people, such as the power to enforce taxation. And yet I have to say; this is overly uptight. See how the states relate first, before condemning them, the principle, is act, if there are complaints, or problems, otherwise let be. There should be no statist impulse to resolve, what isn’t conflict. And that ripples a problem to today. The complete authority of the state, often embodied by the judiciary, over citizens, a great problem today; stems from worry and anxiety over insurrections and wars between the states and being conquered by European powers, and disrespected by Indians, 230 years ago.

Jefferson’s sentiments imply that a federal government, that unites and rules smaller states, is more likely to tend to monarchy, or that forebearance, than smaller state governments. I suppose the principle, the greater the ocean, the more power its leader may assume; yet it is true, our presidents dominate and lead policy, and are focused on by people, obsessively; whereas our governors, are more prone to the trappings of state legislatures, and less the cult of personality; so this axiom seems true.

Of course the problem with government, is it is not honest, fundamentally: and this is not government’s fault, when History, (herself) is not honest, in exactly the same way. Yet it is also true, that smaller governments and less prone to faults than those over larger areas, and Montesquieu points to the famous example of Rome, as a Republic over Italy, was fine; but as it expanded beyond, and legions spent years far from Italy, they replaced their loyalty to the Republic, with a loyalty to their generals, (out of bribes of plunder), and this loyalty so superceded loyalty to government, that the generals of different regions, marched on each other, in chaotic decades of civil war.

This is true today. The later western states of America have a great inherent rejection of DC, than the states that have been under federal rule longer. Likewise, resentment to the federal government increasing each decade, may be due to expansion and collapse from the federal government increasing power through its naturally increasing seniority derives.
Thus Montesquieu writes, the focus on morality and spirit of government, by the people, is replaced by a worship and following of individual leaders. And this is certainly true today. The federal government, is so far flung, in so many ways, people today focus less on its spirit and morality, and more on particular leaders; and pointedly this is more true among the hero-worshippers of Barrack and Hilary, god bless them, than conservatives, whose adulation for the Rands, Palins, and Rubio’s of the political world shifts, evaporates, and reemerges in a focus on the failure of government, rather than a the cult of personality. America has grown too large, and federal government in enough ways, for the common good to be lost.

Yet let us not sugarcoat constitutional government and three branches. The argument the three branches check each other, simply pales before the notion of government, policing government semi-absurd; That the concentration of power in a few, makes the few vulnerable to those more powerful.

The problem with separation of church and state, it focuses on religion per se, rather than the wisdoms of religion. The wisdoms of religion, Christianity’s belief in love and sharing, and its terms, on the face of it, very useful tenets for government; the essential rejection of religion, per se, is vague and cloudy, as it eliminates all religion, without once focusing on specific wisdoms of religion. Thus specific ideas are not considered, as the category they are under, rejected.

One thing, I and the supreme court inquires into then, is the right to abridge speech, or even discriminate. If Congress may make no law therein regarding, may a head of household or boss limit speech? They are not congress. If Congress has no right to, may you? Jefferson’s interpretation seems based that if the federal government may not, the state still can. Yet the 14th amendment is about securing rights the federal government goes by. So to me the issue, of whether if congress may make no law regarding, can entities or states, for they are not congress? The intent of the constitution is unclear and long has been here, to me, as well the reasoning to any firm decision on the matter.

You couldn’t buy a condom legally in Connecticut, in 1966. That’s prima facie backwards. So the supreme court stepped in, and said that is wrong, albeit not straightforwardly, by valueing the privacy of individual intention, and not the right to avoid reproduction. One would want a federal government to step in on that type of repression of its subjects. So there are planes federal authority should exercise in regarding state moralities; regarding an injunction or imposition of Catholicism, whose part of Christianity, differs from the first three gospels, as the new testament itself, like many good intentioned things, like education, and sports, are compromised, out of fear, from design, of a good history.

It’s not hard to miss, how often litigation against the state, fails, because the judiciary defends the state. While the problem is we need a better way of resolving disputes, that there are just forms good, or bad; for resolving history; that the problem is form of government itself; the doctrine of sovereign immunity, where one can’t sue the state, without the state’s consent is ludicrious and malevolent. Authority must be grounded in challenges, to remain authority, or then let other authority be sought. The notion the state is good, because these rights we have are good, or better than worse states, can not lead to a stasis where the state has no responsibilities for its behavior, where the welfare of state, supercedes the welfare of anything else. Before the 11th amendment in Chisholme vs George, it was agreed, the judiciary must handle disputes between states and citizens. Then the 11th amendment protected states from suits sby individuals out of state. The 11th amendment then, is a very worthy debate. Then in the 1880s can Hans V. Lousiana, where because bonds invested in were not paid off, because they were used to fund flood relief, so one can not sue the state. On that I agree, a state is not a bank, it is primarily an entity with far wider ranging concerns; constituting a legitimate risk investors must consider. Yet on political matters, such as the violations of making decisions in peaceful assembly locally, by local officials, who are also neither state nor people, violating the tenth amendment; these are of a political nature, and that is what the state nature is about, politics, and not banking. Often Sovereign Immunity protects the state from the effects of its negligience, such as in public hospitals or injuries and loss through its sewer operation or property maintenance; and that invoacation here, also makes no sense, for manifested ably, the state would question itself and adapt, as is natural.

Again, let us Jefferson’s separation of church and state; as, existing at a federal level: To limit federal government: To avoid the imposition of a federal religion upon state religions(New England states and others, supported a state church) And to keep states free to regulate religion as they see fit. The wall is between federal and state. The wall is against big federal government. As governor of Virginia, Jefferson proclaimed several thanksgiving, which, back in those halycon days, would last several, not one day. And there would be fasting and prayer, not gorging and tv football.

Jefferson’s simple goal was no tyranny to the federal government, by having a weak federal government with limited powers, able to solve the issues of the articles of confederation. The tenth amendments reservation of powers to the state or the people, must encompass the regulation of religion, especially in so as the first amendment outlaws congressional regulation of religion, therefor, that regulation must be left for the states.

Jefferson’s anti-federalism is signaled in his opposition to a national bank; as no specific power allows that. It will be a breach to unlimit federal government. Jefferson famously argued all laws necessary to the welfare of the people, not all laws convenient. In other words, echoes of the distant refrain, there’s got to be a better way to achieve the same results. By emphasizing conforming to the limitations of government, rather than achieveing goals by expanding government, Jefferson, the lawyer, is essentially speaking to the nature of contracts, being complicated enough, to achieve goals within limits; compromise manifest.

Before the Constitution, people were concerned about standing armies, about monopolies. Couldn’t you have a bill of rights, or Christian principles, the mere principles of good. As Patrick Henry says, the constitution fails to delineate it’s reasons for being and goals, and fails to be a contract between states, for only states would have the power to stand up to it.

Because there weren’t scores of religion as in the first constitutions, atheism has set to restrict and avoid federal endorsement of any; though before, they endorsed most, seeing worship as a positive thing.

Julius Ceasar, or Jesus Christ?

May 6, 2013

Julius was assassinated, by widespread conspiracy, about 12 years before Jesus was born. Both had “last names” that were not real last names, but adopted. “Ceasar” is a name for “king” or “Dictator” and “Christ” is a name for a “real” or “saved” human. “Ceasar” might imply a certain genius, “Christ”, a more active state, than “being”.

Now whereas Jesus was born and heralded and searched for, as King of the Jews; Julius had to scrap and commit crimes and bribe and fight, to attain the position, Governor of Gaul. And whereas Jesus’s being King of the Jews, might have automated so ordaining of power and destiny, Julius had to fight 7 years in the gallic mountains against unruly, at least according to History, Gallic, Germanic, and later British Tribes. Nevertheless, Jesus, in his element, reigned as Supreme as he was, and Ceasar, defeated Gallic insurrections, each year, poising him to unite a fractured Rome, warring against itself, as other generals commanded their troops, to such loyalty as to fight other roman generals, commanding their troops, specifically, Pompei and Octavius. Thus while the faction of John the Baptist, pressed forth, to herald Jesus to greater success, the factions of Pompei and Octavius, pressed and forced Julius to triumph.

And yet both were pyrich victories. Jesus, led to Christianity, Ceasar, upon his death, to a Roman Empire; both of which had the same subtle historical goals of declining tribal life; of declining the paganism, that relied on tribalism, to be effective, and a real metaphysic. Christianity, accepts the state, as that contrary faction it may in theory overcome, and the Roman Empire, spiraled out of control and into the lower standard of polity, which to this day, good Christians, and good service, tries to oppose and forgive, in a more natural and godly morality, than an atheistic state.

John the Baptists heralding of Jesus, as more accepted holy men may do; is like Pompei’s mentoring of Jesus, until they were forced to fight, decades later. And yet it may be undeniable that life was better, before Jesus and Julius, that times under Pompei, and with John the Baptist, freeer and better. That both Julius and Jesus were vehicles that led to further oppression by historical structure, that while they were both very superior to their competitors in spirit and war; among if the greatest, of what they do, of all time; you can not deny, the Roman Empire, Julius enabled by holding together a Roman Republic fracturing apart from it’s size, was far worse than life in the republic; and that though Jesus be the perfect leader we sought; there have been no perfect leaders since then, so tight his domain he left..

John notes the Pharisees and vipers; pompei notes Rome fracturing and fissuring from powerful generals gaining loyalty from troops, via plunder of war; and both led to one greater and eclipsing. John reminds all of their common ancestor of Abraham, the good roman generals, reminded the people of the morality and diplomacy of the Roman Republic which united and created them. When Jesus was baptized by John, a dove flew by, saying, you are my chosen son, and Heaven opened up. Under Pompei’s mentorship, the governorship of Gall opened up for the politician and official, Ceasar, that would lead to his saga of holding together a republic growing too large, and prone to horrible civil wars because of it. Thus, their mentors, associated, with the path before their protégés. Ceasar was like the holy ghost compared to Pompei, and Jesus, to John as well, for they both had historical destiny before them, to become the best there’s ever been; even while that cult of greatness, in both case, had the tragic downside of making the known world inferior, to its pagan and pre-empire polities.

When Jesus says, “It is written, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that precedeth out of the mouth of god.” 1) He reminds us both Julius and Jesus, were established through books, gospels, and in Ceasars case, the notable history he kept and published of his gallic campaigns. 2) It evokes the sieges armies back then go through, the lack and primacy of food, and how spirit, and favor of higher power. It evokes how success is grounded upon the greater godliness; and that an army winning on its stomach, only half true; Spirit and divinity, being the other half. As Ceasar tried to subdue Gaul, where they lived on corn more than grain, he was not tempted to live and let live; but grow the republic for the glory of Rome. The Devil urging Jesus to prove himself by jumping from a cliff; very much the military axiom of Not doing the foolish thing. Jesus is all about resisting temptation; which a prime tenet of good generals.

Who can not see the similiarity between the Devil taking Jesus to a high mountain, and offering him the world, would he submit; and Julius, scaling the alps where the galls live and don’t like Rome, and wondering what to do. As Jesus chose the Lord, the jewish lord no less, and resisted temptation again; so Julius consistently reminds himself to behave, and not let the cruelty of war, enact his vengeance upon gallic towns and cities. Jesus offered a light, to the way of death of society; To be sure, Roman encroachment upon Gall, was no light, but a false one of historical significance, and yet Ceasar, did lead Rome to a pacified Gall, and then Rome herself, to civil order under his reign, upon defeating the other generals.

Jesus takes fishermen and makes them fishers of men. Julius demands soldiers and makes them soldiers. Jesus went to synagogues around Syria and Galilee and preached and healed. Syria was a known spiritual religious proud place. Julius went to Gall and Germany, france and Britain, not healing and preaching, but putting down insurrections and organizations and villians against Rome: Two totally different natures. Jesus, for his victories and demonstrations of Spirit, soon had people following him. Julius tried and did make friends with the numerous tribes of Germany and Gall, one by one. And yet, they would fall against him, under the leadership of militant bararians who would annually rouse against Rome, and did the people following Jesus around Galillee, continue to follow him? And weren’t the tribal distinctions to be dissolved by Rome, more and more, by state; and weren’t the people’s of Syria, uniting in following Jesus, and so forgetting the tribes they come from? In this sense, Jesus ruled not the jews, but peoples of Syria. And Julius, not the people of Rome, at least not until the tribes of gall were dealt with. Multitudes of people followed Jesus. Multitudes of soldiers, Julius. Jesus said, blessed were the meek. Julius, blessed loyalty and fortitude, with reward. Jesus blessed the humane and human side of character, the mourning, the hungering for righteousness, the merciful, and pure. Whereas Julius valued, strength, endurance, faith, and loyalty. And here they differ. The Julius men were about restricting themselves to prevail, doing great things, by being less; such; whereas Jesus proclaimed passion and character and fulfillment and manifestation, into the greatest and richest parts of character. Jesus was not about the sparse, but those living fully; whereas the roman ethic was quite a paucity, a hardship, a tradition of the nobility of less; that allows a constrained morality, wants propriety and form; has an absent dimension, to be sure, where Jesus had a dimension of spirit, so important to his followers, to transmit spirit further; yet the spirit of Rome, was to spread. Needless to say, the spirit of Rome, equated with the spirit of Christianity, equals the end of, and removal of, old ways; from hundreds of tribes around Europe, to medieval dark ages, why they called it the dark ages, no more tribes around Europe; and from hundreds of religions, a pantheon of palpable quiet phenonoma to unify and query, to the under ten major religions we have now. Needless to say the gospel is the story traveling, by foot, around the middle east; and Ceasar;s history, regard his traveling around northern Europe, with thousands of soldiers. So they say. So it is written.

——————————————————————————————
So what is the relevance of this literary, historical irony? Coincident initials? Or historical design, revealing a pointed creation of history with irony in mind? Karma?

The forebearance, resourcefulness, spirit and discipline of Ceasar; the purity of Jesus: The Kingdoms of God and Heaven are important. The KIngdom of God, explains how History is possible. History might not reveal the Kingdom of God, and survive, in its nature; and that makes Jesus the potential gamechanging transcender he is and we aspire to; The Kingdom of Heaven, which John preached as well, as near, whereby, repent! for history is over soon, for a new reality, say you as an individual are done, and part of larger mind now. But the value of understanding Ceasar’s rival currency, is he is dealing with Crime; at several levels. War is a crime, making men soldiers a crime, plunder, keeping plunder, using it to bribe, to buy off whole people’s in exchange for their favor and popular reflection; Ceasar is about crime, and the perversions of politics war reflects. Now if we look at the earth and human beings about us; contradicted that be by media; there is not only the domain of the kingdom of god; apart, dwarfing, making irrelevant any other societal impression or creation; for in that ghostly so reality; all the crime, perpetuated upon, and corrupting perversity, that holds back the higher classes from a more sensitive history and ability; is within the ghost of the kingdom of god as well. Where John may preach the kingdom of heaven is near; and try that ploy to reduce society to pure righteousness; The proclamation of Jesus baptizing with the Holy Ghost, is the promise of the revelation of the kingdom of god to people, and that ghostly state revealed; for the kingdom of heaven lives in and with the kingdom of god, going all through earth’s diurnal course, minute and second by minute and second together, a great big one of humanity, living on its limitations together, both after and physical life.

We claim to look at this ghostly life, or at least feel its ghostliness; in that ghostliness a totally different way; a way as it really is, a way of less, but also a way where and how crime and all the bad things and bad ways and negative and way of dying, society and history be full of; even as history not reveal the kingdom of god, and therefore the extent of crime, perversity, and degradation unrealized, and yet to be revealed, as a political concern and reality; it must be seen as parcel to a spiritual reality, parcel to a state or kingdom of still, ghostly, being. All sorts of things are done to this state; things that are secret, like that state itself, to history, ostentasibly: Nor can that state rise above itself and confess or take responsibility; for it is not allowed, and frustratingly denied, as contrived status that is.

Thus, were one, to confess: to me: I would help show how it involves the many in this state. Any confession to me, of guilt, responsibility, would lead to an exposure of the way and whole, and a whole network of worst crime, enabled like history and society through the kingdom of god that can put on the show, humans can not; would cease. We live in a world, where crime is all about, classes, allegedly controlled, jobs based on conforming to this way; pornography, and all that is unknown to the media, yet is; and though these offenses exists, parcel to a state of the kingdom of god, that is not spoken of, they are almost not felt, or revealed: because they are not known by media, and media sets the dimensions of discussion. So how can one confess, even the sins upon me, let alone all, unless Heaven allows it, or the requisite seriousness conducted?

Must it be done in the highest rarfied echelons of Society, like the judiciary, or pinnacles of religion, or town meetings? For society flows from there, what trickles down, or has trickled down, like it or not, we subsist on. And what seems and is said to be, really isn’t; and what and how really is, not known. Oh, there is negotiation, I pray to Heaven, but what exactly do I pray for, and how can the haze occur? On the one, I pray some reveal the wrongs put on through them, put on because they are the kingdom of god, and many are implicated, and so they will need help, and so I will show them what really is, and possible know how to create some better reality. This is the metaphor for ceasar, trying to work with the different tribes of Europe, trying to gain movement, through this and that that may enable it.

The problem is that there is no confession, for such the way, of crime, behind the scenes, critically unreported, through further control, would cease, and a new reckoning again. The tribes, though, Ceasar faced, fought, made friends with, their names suggest own pagan ways. The Nervii, well, focus on the nerves with friends and what makes seem, and what shock the pressure upon the heart. The Aduei, can we say good by and stay, can you leave? For from there, that salvation, not of justice, but pure, but Christian, and of terminology, rather than group discussion.

So one knows of bad things I may reform; But one is hard pressed to say so, not out of fear of implicating many, not out of lacking trust in me; not in the illness and finess of creation; but in that the way, outside History, but secretly effecting History cease, and a new reckoning begin. Julius would look at the world and try to straighten it out, figure out what is really going on, be motivated by the recognition and knowledge, crime goes on through the kingdom of god, reform and spirituality go together, a spiritual nondeceptive government is possible. Jesus would look at the world, see the dualism between god and man, see the skitzophrenia, the knowledge of a secret world, osmosized with God causes; yet critically have, not necessarily the divinity of a winner, but the ordination of Heaven that comes with the Jews being the father of your creation and design, the lord intervenes for Jesus, whereas Ceasar represents, like John the Baptist, the sweat of the brow, the innovation of the man, the feeling and compassion that leads to success; should we generalize.

===========================================================================

Healing, jesus, conquer, fortitude, governor not gall equals campaign. divinity close to chest.
Healing people through Syria, like conquering galls, fortitude and skill, superiority, divinity. The aquitani: To acquit someone, basic justice, basic spirituality, point out kingdom of god, the body, how it’s controlled, so individual, 1, a part of everyone, and 2 not that body, or at least merely operating that body. Likewise, the belgae, the beautiful, if one is to be beautiful, one must be explaining how earth and humans really are. This honesty is pagan essence, or foundation to there thereof, and you explain to someone how no one did it. To get out of the state of injustice to the state of justice. Ceasar and Christ, their world hasa proximity to themselves, close to them, their world emenates from. How do you describe the world in appealing terms. It is more the lack of apprehension by the listener. There’s a lack of apprehension of the same thing, beauty describes. For the individual today, is bogged down, in his primary identification as a reproducer, without apprehending what is reproduced, maybe that is the context facilitating ablest communication, and yet that is hard to apprehend, what we do as reproducers. Reproduction, is what we are resisting, a knowledge of what we reproduce.

Able communication is like moving to a new area, which is what the warlike helvetti did. The helvetti, has rich men, 12 towns, and 400 villages, if you believe history.

A subtle shift in leadership, from one unruly gall to another, can make a difference in the heart. Perhaps it is shifts in the heart we seek that understands what we produce. A shift in heart to certain understadings, whereby the listener, hears better, as my heart climbs up to my left ear. We understand speaking truth is important. An evil rich man, tried to lead to the helvettie to war, and they found out he was crooked, the penalty for which, being burned alive, in chains, his ten thousand supporters came and escaped him, but he apparently soon committed suicide. Perhaps this requires a magistratial air. THis removed sense signifies the literal difference, a bush or Obama can have on our herts.

The change in heart, that realizes a criminal doesn’t have to be caught to talk. ANd yet this way, of sacrificial justice, is exactly that. It goes on, they get caught, and then they need help. IF only we could have a change of heart and talk about this, before their claim by history is manifest. So the Helvetti journey, ornery, strong, looking for trouble, leaving their homeland to look for trouble, and take over somewhere, and Ceasar governor of gall, hears about this, and like a juvenile outwitting a nine year old, takes out a bridge, intending to cut them off, and so, we try to shift in our heart to a more apprehensive place, my god the word apprehensive itself, needs to change, letters drub off my heart, congeal have to talk, yeech————————————————-How to change my heart?

As predicted, CEasar, in third person in book, told their envoys, who got the job, if you can consider it a job, their richest men. Don’t know why they didn’t send the poor and normal. Probably because this is historical, and history, when not flowing through the state, flows through the rich upper class, so the upper class is more corrupt, and prone to controls and marks, that may make them prone to war; having been hurt as a child perhaps; So Julius, who is probably doing this for profit, but it’s his history book, says, no, you can’t march through provence; I don’t trust you, and you guys were rude to a counsel of mine a few years ago, nor nice to one of our armies, now that I recall. Now if the envoys were poor, they might have given their word on safety and the oath mean something; or gone back and said to the guys, we should go home, or sneak by another day, though that may have effected their pride; lord knows how played historical tribes can be.

But what happened, Ceasar fortified the river area, and the Helvetti, had to say “hell” and go through the mountains, on a path so thin, it required the attention of the sequestri locals there, who declined to give it as well, perhaps Ceasar coerced them? Would it be in his history book? The helvettie, appealed to the adieu to help. And this is where it stands. Hell of course, a horrible ejaculation, insofar it’s hard to escape, which is why treat yourself well. Now, this is what happens. There are people all around they are moving them. This is some bypass of vic

It being Ceasar’s first year on the job, he still doesn’t like them coming closer to the subjected or conquered French lands of tribes, and quickly home to rome and back with a few more legions. A few gallic tribes try to stop him on the way back, they merely delay him a week. When he returns, the helvetti are pillaging everybody, several tribes, in each direction. Is this pretext romans make up? Are the helvetti condemned and doomed to slings and slingshots whose volley return are boulders of Rome? Is this sacrifice of an army? Is that the metaphor? or dark etchings upon roman brick rock? Step into the earth? Chilling, the sense of the metaphor, history, we’ve become numb to.

The plundered tribes appealed to Ceasar for Help, according to ceasar, and Ceasar defeated them, and they took and eventually ceasar tracked em down, and they sent their rich envoys again, offering, we’ll go where you tell us and stay there for peace. The Romans, and Ceasars great uncle had suffered a defeat by then a few generations ago; so like Iraq, this might have been of payback for fighting Iraq 1, Bush’s dad.But he l

Ceasar doesn’t let it go. The condemned tribe is very sad. Ceasar admits he is indigant of the defeat some generations ago. But he laughs off the haughtiness with the old, canard, fortune piles high upon the wicked, so when fortune changes, they will be hurt more.

So the Helvettie take off, and the romans follow 4-5 miles behind; one rear guard, and the other advance guard, skirminshing along the way. The morale that one false victory, does not equal a stronger team; when their rear quard defeated roman calvary; tended more battle, than wise for the helvettie, who should have just led them on a long march through the woods of Germany into Russia or something. So the cars are spent by. Obviously some rate inside my head needs to be typed tobe true.

We must spend an evening, evening a shift in my heart. We must spend an evening, how easily death can be accepted, we must spend an evening acquitting everyone. This is serious, and now that I’ve got tommy, we’ve got explore; yet there is noTommy. But today we feel the frank damage to earth, environmentally, pressing up against, as if that is where success is grounded in, and that is where we go; restoring a natural world. ……

The adieu tribe, says goodbye to the people for the world of the mind about that must help

The Gall of America

April 25, 2013

The Gall of America

The long haired, tough, and flawed, Galls lived in North Italy, Switzerland, and parts of Germany, France and Austria. The only successful opponent to the Roman Republic, the numerous Gallic Tribes, became consistently defeated and troublesome to Rome; often becoming their allies, against further tribes. Caesar offers a few page description of their polity in his Book The Gallic Wars, where he describes his and Rome’s efforts to provide peace in the regions of Gaul. It is possible to wonder if Caesar disparages the Galls to promote The Roman Republic. No doubt there were perjorative jokes about the galls in the Roman Republic.

How America is like Ancient Gaul?

1) There are pointed factions in every state and village and district. “The leaders of these factions are the men who in the Gaul’s judgement are thought to have the greatest authority”. Our High Schools and Colleges are like this. Maybe the Galls lack of extensive structured education, steered this social structure into their society. Maybe that is the way for people of families to naturally bond socially, a natural structure to society, requiring common living together; thus indicating some communism or spartanism or time manifestation where provisions and production brought people together. “the conclusion of all actions and counsels is referred to their decision and judgement.” There is a ranking, or hierarchy, and pressure on the pride to protect his people from oppression or fraud. This is like the rabbi system in Judeasm where to be a rabbi, one must speak for several. Except the Galls tended to pick the tougher people to make decisions. And maybe this is not right. For the Hebrews seem to encourage intelligience to drift up, and Gauls, personality, wisdom, and mystique.

2) Like the whole of America, the whole of Gaul was grouped into two parties. Yet where America’s division is unto two political parties, Gaul’s division is rendered by two large states within Gaul. The Adeui, who long ruled more, were recently supplanted by the Sequani in prestige. However Caesar worked it back to traditional Aduie dominance, and the Remi, came in and replaced The Sequani in second place. This leadership or loose federation with a small focal of dominance, looked after the many tribes within its structure. The Republic maintained good relations with each protector, who then represented the feistier tribes to Rome to ensure Rome treated the questioned tribes well.

This was very much the concern of the constitutional convention, regarding the small states, versus large states debate. In general the fuss about national government was to insure a peacetime prosperity Europe never had, by weakening the states and strengthening the national government. This worry and concern, as we try to grab what would have happened, shows in this portrait of Gaul; whereby a few powerful large states, like Virginia or Pennsylvania or populous Massachussets, is able either through factional alliance with other states, or strictly through itself, to achieve a dominance over the weaker states nearby; pointedly manifested as a dominance in international relations. Diplomacy thus defining power, as shifting situations, character. America has had no dominance of a few states over a several, this was the worry, Gaul did, and there were more wars. The Galls are a classic example of a hardy unruly people who might well have needed greater federation or national government. America had an unruly and hardy spirit that I pray lives on today.

While maybe 20 % of American Males have long hair, and that if you see hippie rainbow circles, in the rainbow, a hippie term and reference, is where that hardy pride and foolish pride, live; a protected, viable and imperfect subculture of America.

Like Rome, which had a two class society, which enabled a latitude to the lower class whereby school-like society dominated, undulating into a Gaul whose political principle is based on the concept of the coolest guy, or toughest guy or smartest guy. The American Concept here, is that in a good household, in a good company, in a good land, the cream could rise to the top, and the better people natural dominate wisely; that is the motif to business: Successful operations run by superior people. The better, more trusted, doctors, are better people.

“In the whole of Gaul, two types of men are counted as being of worth and distinction. The ordinary people considered almost as slaves: they dare do nothing on their own account, and are not called to counsels. When the majority are oppressed by debt or heavy tribute, or harmed by powerful men, they swear themselves away into slavery to the aristocracy”… who then lead their retainers into war. Yet not how relatively accessible are the councils. If America protected its peaceful assembly right in the knowledge peaceful assemblies are where local issues can be decided by the people; thus implementing a bottom-up power structure, where the people can direct the few in power how to act. This, of course, is what the Senate argues against, in paean against the wiles of the mob, and easily influenced people, now and back then.

Of the two types of men of distinction. Druids. And Knights. Druids are kind judiciary. point of sacrifice, todays papers not seen as point of fear, more nature, more fearful, less healthy environment, less overt fear.

Status, in ancient Gall, was determined by how many friends you had over at the house. Entourage, effective help, and societal leadership generated thereto; And this kind of prestige wasn’t inherited. Each generation begins anew, in each of galls many tribes, to win friends, and influence people, show courage, and demonstrate wisdom, end problems, and lead somewhere. In this sense, America could reshuffle, each generation, if they all stepped out, at a certain point in time, of their houses, and walked around, and agreed no one owned anything, and then the most charismatic, or those known to be of the best character, would lead about what happens; and of course, resistance would be good, and hopefully wise. Factions would arise to oppose the most popular and effective; who principled in popularity and effectiveness, wouldn’t want so much; indeed, the limits to what one heart can take over; the folly of one heart representing many, or very many, is most known by gall. Dreams of great conquerors are laughed at by the truest galls, who merely wanted to control some very little, completely, and well, to the benefit of all. A fiefdom, more than enough, one house, or at most, merely several, together, and perhaps some field access and those who like to work; this humility, of running a little, well; parallel to the city state, nonfederal polity of the greek-city state. For this zest to work, everyone must agree, ownership of property is best done by those deemed to have the qualities of the best owner. The rich, theoretically, would be chosen, in a sense, compete to be voted rich.

Let’s just look at two things here. The first is what does this image of gall, of village prestige look like? The answer is crime, in the sense there is no lawful authority to stop the dominance of the charistmatic and prevalence of personality. Charisma is the law enforcing, whose morals, can then be defeated by the more law enforcement and charisma. This is a world of sense, with law; productive effect, without distinctive form, beyond, of course, the quest for personality derives. And in some ways, this culture descends from Athenian crime. Yet constitutions, may not have been had by Gallic tribes. Though there was a senate among a tribe, easily enough, law through writing, was far less known.

Then too, what other images are suggested here? Of humility, that powerful as history requires foolish people to lead, no superior person should control to much, but establish a little dominance, and from there; factions opposing, and from there, where does the best leadership come from, and all along side this, daily local councils whose attendance be required by half, even as all are welcome to attend. The image stands for the subtle power of humility mid a history of sophistication. With the galls, even vanity, is pointedly pointed out, as a fallible, tragic, quality. That pericales whipping up pride with funeral oration, false and sick humour; a tragicomic sense that lingers on, through the working, of America.

I can hope you see these gallic values as consistent with people who counted time by nights. Perhaps, sleep warmly by day, and stay warm with activity or fire, by night.

Perhaps, too you can see, how the gallic tribes accedes to History, and what is second rate, to history, not necessary, second rate, to truth, or powerful knowledge; thus, places around here, or ancient gall, would put their heads together, and say to we have to do that history requires; what do we have to put together to conform to history, and then as a people, give history the scene it demands; the point is the people unite in producing it; and therefore that is how the countryside and free air all benefit from, better protected. Galls would know if patronage was practiced, jobs for some fascist structure, but behind the scenes fascist structure. At the same time, adherence to a complexity resulting in such long weeks, refuses common sense; thus the fascism is not grounded in salvation here, the way it was in Gaul, one hopes, had greater understandings of the whole, that allowed the whole system to work, and produce, and get along; and giving in to History where required; but otherwise thinking in daily circles as a tribe, elemental democracy.

Capitalism like History, Appearance of wealthy who control everything; so people play em, and act it, but really, the behind the scenes know.

Gallic values, calm, modest living, daily circles. These are American values; before America got mucked down by federal and even state, government. TV is then seen away diverting energy, from dice and card games, the galls were prone to. They valued factions, for effective opposition to power; that both propped good power, and attempted to organize better, perhaps like loose and shifting fraternities. In a way, this is the theory of factions implicitly supporting other factions in the general spirit of the game; a uniting overall belief in the spirit of gall; rather than the American factionalism no one likes of liberal versus conservative. In this sense, the idea of allocating a state for liberal values expression, and one for conservative ways; would be quite Gallic. It would also be further ironic, were they bound by some pact of loyalty to each other, from origin or not, despite their current differences. I think though, that those favoring a working out of this division, will find a third tribe in the mix, the democrat: Who might unfathomably be opposed to the electric car, or honest resolution repented in general. And conservatives won’t want them, the conservative test state would be bogged down in worrying about its fanatical right wingers, or mandatory gun practice.

Internet Sports Betting in N.J.

March 26, 2013

Governor Christie’s offense, is pushing through sports betting in New Jersey; when, through decades old act, only four states are allowed to offer sports betting.

This could be about secession, how the federal government can not make decisions for states, as States are closer to the people. And yet the federal government may be able to protect the people, from State government, through the 14th amendment. N.J., has a historical legacy to Secession, insofar, the Jersey Plan goes.

Even though there were no huge problems upon secession from England, the leading men of the states, thought it safer to unite, than let each state have too much power. In this constitutional debate, there was the Virginia Plan, which we have now, and the Jersey Plan, which advocated a federal judiciary, that approved treaties, much the way, the Roman Judiciary, was required to approve legislation. Criminal Matters would be heard by the states. And ethical and legally principled issues, debated through federal Judiciary. States would have been allowed to make treaties with each other, and trade pacts, both of which they are not allowed to do now, and the jersey plan, would have had those pacts and treaties require judicial ratification. The Jersey Plan, potentially could have included, state legislators appointing congresspersons and Senators, and thus state national representatives, would vote the way the state government desires; then there may would be more friction between states and regions.

So Internet Gambling in N.J., may not be about gambling, alone; but state’s rights, as it  plays out in court, where our  governor is unabashedly taking the ball.

Gambling per se is an iffy proposition. For one thing, any understanding of the kingdom of god, and kingdom of heaven, points to Sporting Events, being controlled by the Kingdom of Heaven. You are not betting on what it Appears, you are betting on. And yet Sports Betting is ultimately superior to any other form of gambling, so far the pretext of being smart enough to predict future events, prevails to be a challenge to mental abilities, more than games of chance. One might venture poker is the greater challenge to character; but in sports gambling, you just relax and watch the game, there’s no one else directly betting against you being an asshole or jerk, it’s just you and the house; and while the house is by no means the purest of creatures, at least it is removed enough so, that personal irritations of another, never manifest.

What I am trying to say, is Sports Betting is like competing against yourself, like running.

There are inherent problems with state government getting involved with gambling. While state run lotteries have always prevailed, I am irritated when we go to upstate ny, where video screens of chance grace bars, so bars allow the state, gambling action. I do not go to a bar to be distracted by Keno screens. Preying upon the drunk for lottery tickets just further corrupts the state.

The problem with sports betting, is you can lose too much money; and that can feel bad. Thus it is important to use caution. I participate in an internet site, which accepts one dollar bets; and thus I can test my knowledge of sports and gambling, with just one and if I’m confident, two dollar bets. This is very important. Gambling, or at least sports betting, like any trade, or profession, is something you grow in comfort with every year of practice. Seven years of practice, in any trade, should be superior to three, and inferior to seventeen. And like any trade, there is a spiritual path, and inner cordon of enlightenment or salvation available and sought. With gambling, its through hanging on, and getting good enough, whereby you can unite with other gamblers, and make money, and do good things with the money; but even more so, balance those benefits with acts aware of The Kingdom of God, which is the foundation of wise betting, anyway. That way, the house won’t get upset about the pay-outs, because the transcendence, of application of knowledge of the kingdom of god, beyond gambling, through the actions of your associates, will karmically ripple back to benefit the house in a more cool enlightened salvation than it may be now. For there is no way to consistently choose winners as an atheist.

Polybius on How Rome Defeated Carthage

February 9, 2013

Polybius seems to have psychologically unconsciously channeled the glorious mythology of Rome’s birth, through Mars, and a Vestal Virgin, and Twins, who, raised by wolves, led other wild youth into the Juvenal Glory that might pass for the emergence of the Roman Republic; Aggressive and Wild, as such Dominance, a model for Hegemony and The Imperial: (Polybius unconsciously channeled) the mystery of The Republic’s Emergence onto Grecian Compass, with the mystery of where Romans came from, and how they took over. He ignores Romulus, and focuses on finding the date Rome became a real threat to Greek Politics; which he calls, her emergence as a world power.  In some ways, this is a vain and annoying, Greek historical perspective. (sexually abused bully and straight a, school) (Think about the similarities between wild youth and imperialism. Conquering Western America, brought with the wild west. Roman Consolidation of Gaul brought yearly armed opposition, The U.S. in South America, and Communism in General, imperialism, in general, creates wildness, senseless conflict, more damage; True maturity, is nothing like the imposition of imperialism. This New World Order, is imperialism, not order, wild excess, dominance, imposition; there is no order to it; even the order of the rich benefitting from the poor is ridiculous. There is an order to the taxing of our resources. We live in an ordered world. The order is the beyond, governing here. Thats the way the order is, thats what the order is. Thats what we live in, what we have to accept)

For example, it is annoying, Polybius praises the Roman policy of killing soldiers who leave their posts, as innovation and genius and superior, to the more common and fearful practice of either running or giving in, or hoping the attack stops, as you are not into fighting back. This is a very rank attitude. Survival is worth less than winning. It makes war bloodier and less safe. We may classify the psychology of his history on the Roman Republic’s press into Sicily and beyond Italy, as taking on the North African Carthaginians, who ruled Spain, large parts of Sicily, and mediterrian islands like Corsica. This undoubtedly irked roman tendencies of expansion further. Carthage, with its navy, had much more influence over Grecian affairs, than Rome. Polybius saw Carthage defeated to Rome. Who he prefered, can we say, because History chose the right answer for him, vexing as that loss of free choice may be.

His introduction praises Historical Record, without mentioning how History contradicts Earth and Truth. He is praising the record of Sacrifice on Earth. He writes that the way to learn is from the past, even though history is historically formulaic, and seems to repeat itself often. Surely Historians can not say History is Formulaic because The People don’t know History, for that would be the Job of Historians.  Rome keeps expanding, Spartans and Athens continue to feud, democrats and republicans, continue to feud, America extends it foreign Policy. Nothing changes, yet there have been Historians all along the way. Yet how classical is the expression, the greek bonne motif, of Historians condemning the Ignorance of the People.   Yet the anxiety of the Greek enjoys these subtle colorings, delighting in confusion, foil. Historians faulting The People for Ignorance, rather than Historians for failing to communicate History, feels like an old anxiety. The success of a Historian, should be measured by his transmission of powerful knowledge to the People.  But here, The Greek, is measuring the success of a people.

“The only method of learning to bear with dignity the vicissitudes of Fortune, is to be reminded of the disasters suffered by others” While this necessarily reminds us Recorded History, has always had low standards at best; it is by no means vital and a necessary therapy to dealing with one’s contemporary History.  Psychologically, such claim is little. In point of fact, tragedy is tragedy, and stands on its own; whereas improving society, benefits from Historical Comparison. I herald classical history as offering improvements upon the Present. And yet, think again, the troubles we and every age suffers, should we look to Heaven, and see those whose problems lasted longer: Is that not the nature of The Mind? That all apart are in it together, and able to bear because they see others bearing it? Strength does come from competition. Our eyes see ourselves, yet to see another going through same, must be very therapeutic.

Moreover, what is obscured here is that Unrecorded History had higher standards than Recorded History: That History, which led to today, continually encroaches upon the Tribal. That this Greek World and History in general, a record of sacrifice and stupidity, story and creation, vehicle and demonstration, game and automatic, requiring grains of salt and truth, to salve: This past History, as some comfort, as if the Peloponnesian wars, makes our Iraq intervention more acceptable; this is irrational, ridiculous Greek thinking we are reading, or if you prefer, it is Polybius selling History, as something it substantively and absolutely is not. At best this is some buy-in to classicism; but at worst, it is the opposite of what it claims; History is something so convoluted and manufactured, understanding such is essential to understanding the Greek metaphysical creation of History.

The theory goes that in pagan times of Tribes, actual ancestors, genetically linked to their present tribe, decided the fate or history of their tribe in negotiation with the remnants of other tribes on earth. The movement Greek and History symbolizes, is away from this simplicity, to a much more extensively, and not openly, sacrificial History, through elaborate designs and means of Society, whose form a great deal of earth’s human, has been locked into since. As far as I can see, this is due; to how little the universe is, compared to Earth. It is senseless, so we make ourselves senseless. Somehow this is desired, and yet, not enough. Relate to the Sense, Earth, is one of the greatest things around; humans and life, far surpassing our nearby gorgeous planets. Saturn might mark our solar system, but Earth would have its own consideration.

The transition, of course, involves the satisaction of conflict extending about, if one can believe, a time, where some tribes were less sacrificed than other tribes, indeed, wonder whether secret favored tribes can be today. That we know nothing about, because we are the sacrificed tribes. Now, rationally, this does not seem true, yet pagan tribal times, such as this race war, of Romans, who seem to have come for the north, and North Africa, battling for Europe, may have had ways of deciding, what is decided today, that was more complicated and involved.

His history involves from 264bc to 146bc, and he was born around 200bc. The Romans attacked the leading Greek Power, of Perseus, described in surviving volumes of Livy, and Polybius particticipated or was embedded in that war. To Livy, Perseus was described as a very wealthy King, through the mines he owned, and traveled about trying to defeat the encroaching Romans, with lots of gold and silver, with which to bribe local armies into fighting with him, one of the weaker enemies of Rome, compared to Sammites, Vulcans, Etruscans, especially Gauls, Sabines and Carthoginians, and Germanic Tribes.

In his history, “it is precisely the elements of the unexpected which will challenge and stimulate everyone alike”. Now there is something Greek, to the unexpected. Certainly Fortune has dealt me personally a great tragic unexpected blow, and 9/11 was totally unexpected by the public, as has been Arab Spring, and even the nature of Obama and G.W. Bush, unexpected in their lack of transparency and seemingly doing the biddings of evil influencers in their court. Using surprising shifts of fate, as an organizing mode for History, though, is different. In History, and personal life, hindsight shows how and why, the unexpected happened; and the account and cause, secrecy, both of the criminal out of necessity, and the warlike, out of evil code, as well.

Polybius in his introduction wonders what government Rome had that enabled it to be the dominant power on earth, in 53 years. “Is any task more important, than to acquire this knowledge?”  So Roman might, to Greek might, is unexpected to him, the twist of fate upon Greek Life, and unexpected because Italy is far from Greece. Likewise, there is almost an insidious envy of a roman government that apparently achieved what Greek Confederacies long failed. And that Roman form was a republic, and form America is based on, Polybius sings a shadowy paean upon the moral ambiguities and liabilities of America.

Graciously referring to Roman Dominance as a “spectacle” he necessarily compares it favorably to Persian Hegemony, and Spartan Hegemony. For the Persians failed outside of Asia, The Spartans only ruled 12 years, and Alexander, ruled a compliant Asia, without challenging Sicily or European Tribes, which would have been harder tests.

Historically the culture of the Roman Republic was steeped in military domination.  News of Rome’s ascendancy in Italy was not reported in Greece, obviously, until her conflict for Sicily, with North Africa. So we must ask ourselves, do we truly know everything? What is unreported to us? Rome’s quality for expanding their interest is true.  What are those qualities? A history, pointedly moving away from tribalism; over time, moving away from paganism, to sacrifice through history, through state, not tribal domination. It is probably Rome’s republican nature, dwarfing and impressing, the Greek way of city states and confederacy; much the way, in the decade between breaking from England, and The Federal Constitution, we had a confederacy, overawed, into Republican Understandings, causing the fascination and corbain to Rome.

Polybius refers to Italian Celts. Livy, to the best recollection, did not mention them. I have heard of the British Celtic Tribes. Is this gap some Greek reference to the Romans migrating to Rome from Britain; alongside their brother Tribe, the Celts? The first Romans were known for being blonde and red-haired, who, in peaceful agreement, soon merged with The Sabines; a merger which consolidated and increased Roman power. Look at the statues, in Rome, their faces are like us, like the faces in medieval paintings, western qualities, even if classical times had sculpture prowess and not painting.

Livy’s research and development, refers to the yearly annals Rome kept that marked History with pomp and circumstance, and, sometimes stories of people who heard stories from their grandfather; as well as accepted renditions of stories; But Polybius, was not only a statesman, and power concentrated in him through his influential Greek and Roman contacts, as today’s culture concentrates power or prestige, compactly, in a very small percentage of individuals, high doses, in something very little; in the entertainment industry, politics, academia, trade; Polybius was like that, he knew people, and traveled, and also per coda of the powerful performing at the fronts of wars, not only lived through the encroachment and ascendancy Rome upon Greece, but experienced firsthand campaigns between the two on the other side of the Adriatic, against powerful Greek kings, disputing Roman Hegemony, and failing, per this or the other.

So he has this Greek kinetic quality, visceral, sensation-oriented, (Look, he was so taken aback by the rapid roman growth, he felt compelled to write about it, some Greek ode to Roman Might, a culture supplication, a Greek supplication hoping for Roman kindness; the way people diplomatically bring presents to people they hope like them; even though presents are functional, and Polybius’s account, possibly guilty of pandering; yet who can fault those petrified in the roman shock waves?) And yet this periperiatic, panoramic, searching for inner harmony, questioning divinity itself, movement of Polybius’s account, is a Historical Anxiety, Creation; perhaps more so than human itself; leaving us to hope it is the broad breadth of a total comprehension of History, more likely to offer a human feeling, or metaphysical relation; than individual, isolated bloody accounts; For the Greek View of History, and Plays, come heavy with annoying level of violence, and annoying level of bemoaning the violence that happens anyway; Symbolizing the sacrificial, inhumane issue of History.

Polybius starts by talking about some things already encountered in Livy’s volumes; such as the Roman encroachment on Greek political senses were symbolized, enacted, through their conflict with the Carthoginians for Sicily. This conflict mandated the Romans to build their Navy, enabling them to cross the Adriatic and attack the Aegean mainland. Their naval dominance, according to Livy, was secured by building a long mast with a spike that folded out on top, but it wasn’t a mast, it was a pole, and they’d straighten it up, then tip it over when they got near an enemy boat, which could sink the ship, and let the men run across the pole to the enemy ship, where Roman hand to hand skills could be tested.

Herodotus also employs this brand, of, the very simple solution, as to why something happened; particularly, Herodotus’s moral of the story, as the orient might rejoin, is the Greeks won the last decisive battle against the Persians, because the Greeks had armor, and the Persians, leather. Now I doubt Polybius is going to have simple brush strokes. But he does first write about how Sicily for a long time had divided and shifting allegiances to both the north African, and the Roman league; and he writes about the relatively well-known historical fact of Hiero, who is described by Livy as one of the greatest faithful useful helpful rulers to Rome; whose City of Syracuse, was second only to Rome, and maybe Carthage, because History also records Carthage as second or maybe better, than Rome; Polybius does not glorify Hiero like that; being a contemporary.

Polybius is refreshingly simple in referencing the several tribes and divisions within Sicily. This tribal practice generally means one tribe stayed in one area: And inbreeding, normal. That is the major difference between then and now.

Polybius writes of Roman Genius and Might, consistent with Historical Propaganda instilling visions of Roman Superiority, morally ambiguous a claim that may be, and yet; He writes of a defeat or two; of Carthaginian Sicilian Forces, getting their act together and shoving the favored Romans back. And he writes about a very long siege of a Sicilian Port Town, where the supplies were stored, and what has to be understood here, is that sieges were so popular then, because they were easier on the soldier, than battles. In other words, it’s hard to escape the reality, no one wants to fight: Unless one understands the Léger main of Grecian ways to landscaping the lawns of battle, with gods and goddesses representing different battalions, and higher ideals somehow represented, by Troy, and The Hellenes, say.

Polybius’s description of the warfare on Sicily is coolly unique and relevant; in his basing of divisions or regiments moving per accordance with Supply Towns. They fought over, conquered, reconquered and moved on to the next, Supply Towns. This is an important Grecian Way of trade and import facilitating their necessary diet upon the sparse dry world of Attica, of Imports, causing craft and skill to trade for the food Attica could not grow, step farming hills, and lord knows doing what for irrigation. The primitive, or ancient, or classical supra structure of food organization, was overtly primal enough, to step aside from History’s Senselessness, and feed the people, however that was arranged, sophisticated ways and means, there wasn’t abundance, back then; that simplicity, was a structure, that limited History’s imposition.

There were laws in ancient Greece about this, to show you food concerns stood out. If you traveled abroad, Greek law required you carry back some grain and food. When Ships of Grain came in, and this will show you the vulnerability of Attica, the Ships of Grain, could sell their grain, for what the market would bear; yet those who then distributed in to the Greeks, very limited in the profit they were allowed to make.

My understanding of the town by town battles for Italy, in ensuing the Punic wars, were they followed a north south or east west route; Hannibal went where he wanted, and the romans chased or followed him cautiously. Here in his account of Sicily, Polybius asserts the contested towns were supply towns. Sicily is also very complicated, because it is a three sided island, and while yes certain towns and their neighbors were for Carthage, others, Rome, it’s much more complicated than that, because each town had pro-Carthage and pro-Rome factions; Thus alliance was about particular factions ending up on top, as much as Roman or Carthage armed might.

Into the mix is also a famous story about a Roman division gone bad, rogue, outlawed, condemned, doing things in Sicily that ultimately conflicted with Roman Policy. But there is a new anecdote here, to me, that Hiero, who seized power in Syracuse through a uniting of brigand and proper elements, worried about mercenaries mutinying, led them to a battle, to purposely wipe them out in, through attacking a nearby tribe.

The first issue of that Punic war, out of the Sicilian conflict, was whether to be able to fight the Carthaginians, who controlled most of Sicily, through a tribe there, The Campanians, the problem being, that tribe was guilty of immoral conduct in their foreign policy, and any value of their strategic alliance, would be lost in Roman compromising of morals. This is what America debates, whether to support Bin Laden against the Russians; Whether to support a militaristic right wing, in South America. But the Campanians sent envoys and made offers of support to both Carthage and Rome, to see which offered the better deal. People say the red state blue state issues are about values, and allegiance, but they are about sensibility, different sensibilities. Of course, though, it was the idea of plundering Sicily, that economic boon, that got the necessary votes in The Roman Senate to send support to the Campanians and protect them, and take what they offered and more. Livy, concerned with projecting a moral storyline, never explains Roman expansion as Greed. He does accept campaigns pay for themselves with plunder; here Polybius is saying otherwise, that the people voted for Greed, much the way Athenian Assemblies would decide the fate of captured leaders of islands foolishly loyal to the Spartan League. Greek History is composed of corruption of the people and democracy, while Roman History, relentless expansion.

Hiero starts out allied with Carthage. “Allies” doesn’t mean natural friends united in a just cause, like in world war two; nor can one side of warring parties not be composed of allies: “Allies” means peoples not necessarily friend, but rivals, aligned for expediency, by undesirable situation.

Burkhardt makes the hard to see, but obvious point, that no Greek inventions held up over time, that Greek Thought and Creativity was overrun by Judeo-Christian near east cultural qualities. Pagan ways, oracles, myths, plays, overrun by Christianity and Statism.

Polybius’s concern, with where Rome begins, to the Greek, where the roman dawn, finally reveals what rising Rome is; is the clipped polite Greek accent, supplicatory, trying to be a good influence. Yet while Polybius teaches battles must be about the supply towns, that if out of several towns, one is where the supplies imported tend to arrive, that is how contested towns are chosen. Logically, besieging a town with no supplies, will not concern nearby towns, whereas sieging a town with supplies, will.  But really the overarching lesson a written vehicle conveying a warning or story of what Rome is capable of, to those farther away. The teaching about trade routes is very unconscious, not highlighted,  though a mode History often conveys in.

But there are firm reasons why the Greek thought didn’t fight back and survive. Tribal pagan experimental, less culture, more controlled culture, less encroaching, distance, ability; too large a ship too wield against government media dominance without tribal good things like ceremony or holy meeting grounding in truth.

===========================================================================================================

Polybius has short chapters on the charactor of Hannibal, and Scipio, and chilling military customs, such as conscription, which are more familiar with me than The Battles for Sicily. It was very interesting to read that by this time in Roman History, an infantryman must serve 16 years in the military by age 46, and calvarymen, who were wealthier, 10. A minimium ten years service was required for public office, you could begin at age 17. This chilling detail of Roman Conscription; such ordering of men to appear each spring, and towns and cities and tribes under some dominion, required to supply so many, on their own, being at an appointed place in Spring; this is a greek dramatic focus on the anxiety of war. There is an atheistic obscuring of the I think obviously Sacrificial Design of History through warfare; and regardless how it is one thing to write something, and another for it to happen; those moments of conscription, are chillingly told. I think a truer propoganda, wouldnt attribute roman might through cold conscription, but the two are rightfully linked by Polybius.

The amazing capacity of Hannibal is also surmised. It is obviousLivy got his description of Hannibal, from Polybius. It is delicate issue, the public portray of Hannibal, so important over a large area, and he took on Rome, out of Pride, and could have won. Cannibal
__________________________________________________________________________

Polybius charactorizes the Roman Rise upon the Greek Consciousness as “Unexpected”. Even though he preaches learning History should empower a resistance to its formulaic follies, so perhaps, seeing the rise to the west, like the rise from Persia, Rome wasn’t hard predict. Thus, we ask, is History today, unexpected, or formulaic. Polybius inplies History has an innate unexpected quality worked into it; yet students of History, shouldn’t find things unexpected. Arab Spring, mirrored Praugue Spring. Dissatisfaction with Romney Republicans, a tradition of weak republicanism. A black president, breaking the color line, like Jackie Robinason.

————————————————————————————-
Let’s move on to a chapter 2, as Polybius, to set the stage, for whatever grand lies ahead, depicts Roman involvement with Illyria, which is above Greece, and modern day Yugoslavia, I believe, the story he tells of the pretext for Roman involvement from across the way in Italy, some two hundred years before Christ, gives up the opportunity for discussion.

It starts out with the overconfident Aetolians, being surprised by, but still fighting, the Illyrans, and despite confidence and self-esteem, were defeated. Polybius echoes to his harkening theme of the unexpected, upon the vain and comfortable and skilled Aetolians, as History, unexpected; like my life where I find suspicion over my mother’s death and apparent loss of fortune; entirely unexpected, I very like the Aetolians; to a theoretical point of being despised by those made to crime; It is in this context Polybius starts a story, like he just did previous, a story regarding Sicily, battling between Carthaginian and Roman surrogates. Polybius reminds us, “We are no more than mortal men” Expect gods to rule us.

Another Greek hallmark is shared, next in this story; A leading king of the offending alliance, is so pleased, he drinks himself to death. Insofar these characterize Greek events; so mine strange fate, a Grecian Urn; of Grecian Design; defined as of the mind; of the mind controlling the subjective; so that Crime, is done; and if you’ve read Greek History, like the demise of the Aetolians, Crime, was the core of Greek Politics; attainable only by mind controlling the subjective.

Then the story has Greek Mysongony, a leading Queen, mistakenly lets her victorious fleet pirate and scare about; and they rally at an island with a wealthy protected town, make a deal with a detachment of 800 gauls paid to protect it; and walked off with a lot of loot. The mistakes my mother made; were we to learn; was not relaxing with drink enough; or truly knowing what the Kingdom of God was enough; In the process of Polybius drawing the lesson of The Epirots, who lost their town, making a stupid mistake they can only blame themselves for, hiring these gauls, who had been banished from the entire of Italy by the Romans, for they deserted from the Carthaginians, after the Carthaginians found them stealing what they were supposed to protect, and making deals with the enemy; And upon deserting to the Roman side, and doing Roman bidding, they continued their ways; so that as soon as the Punic War 2 ended; that gallic contingent banished on a ship never to return to Italy, anyway; and yet somehow the Empirots hired them to protect their wealthiest town.

How could the Epirots be so stupid? The mind controls the greek, the greek mind as they say. How could the gauls be so stupid and brave to bandy around like that? They are the cultural relatives of the Greeks; with purposeful less subjective; as evidenced by their lack of fear; and willingness to gamble. I see a distinct compensation for Greek uptightness, with Gallic lovability.

The story then goes, that now the entire region of Illyria, was in fear, of the new liscence given mauradeurs and brigands. Previous, the greeks would attack and steal crops, like Herodotus writes, they would steal women and queens, and this a much less measure than war; but now, people were worried about their lives, not their crops.

One must see the nature of thievery to this, as a part of political pattern of Greek History today; One might notice a thievery to our courts today; that’s a greek trait; and the greek culture of talking about greek issues, greater than what America, and hence us, might cover. The Epirots, then make another mistake; rather than complain about being looted; or just be thankful their lives spared, The Epirots, as the violated compelled forward by faith in the fall of the violator, patti hearst, stockholme syndrome like, send an army to help the Queen randy about, threatening; and this Polybius says, makes no sense, is folly.

And this was how Roman influence crossed the Adriatic; the pretext for hegemonic expansion of The Roman Republic, was now these ships went around stealing from Italian merchant ships five fold, and whereas before, the Romans always ignored the complaints of these merchants off the eastern shores of Italy, now they sent two top politicians to look into the matter.

Then these special envoys seeking to stop her sieges and preyings, upon greek towns and Italian merchants, mouthed off to the Romans, saying brigands and privateers, were not traditionally stopped here. The Romans politely answered the point of the state to protect against injustice. This flipped the queen out enough to try to assassinate them on their way to their boat. When the Romans heard about that, they detached some legions.

To understand the Greek mind, Burkhardte writes, like the modern world, the Greeks were healthy, lived a long life, thrived in old age, (as did my mother). Thus the submission, seen on earth today, of the subjective to the mind, perhaps correspondent to material comfort; though too much, at times, and not enough, some other ways.

It’s taking a little while to enjoy the style of Polybius. Chapter One, or Book One, was about what went on in Sicily and Rome and Carthage, both huge players on the world scene, went at it. While there is a concise schema of events in Sicily related, the next chapter is about Roman involvement across the Adriatic, how the Romans got there, what was the pretext. And it’s similar to book one in format, a long story, with many tidbits, about what led to Romans having to cross the Adriatic to instill Roman order. It’s a greater, less complicated story, than the story about Sicily, maybe because it involves Greeks, and Polybius was Greek, and nearer to home in Illyria, than Sicily, no doubt. So the form starts to be long stories of intricate, and news worthy, plots and narratives.

Let’s cover some Greek issues, relevant today. What is not discussed in History and Politics and Justice, is hard to be discussed by People, because it is not covered by their culture. And this is a focus of Greek culture. The Romans, like the courts today, will search for a pretext to be mean to do you, ultimately, subversively in the name of imperialism, statism, reduction of pagan tribal ways. And in that sense, we are mere Italian Tribes, waiting to be overcome, or forced to work with Rome, in their Future expansion and ways. And yet, as I pursue my mother’s death, and she was a good kind active special and uplifting woman; not without faults, but diligently working on those faults, and waiting and hoping for breaks and improvement, which routinely came, over the years, as reward to her concern and diligence; and I feel the courts, which like ancient Greece, and perhaps democratic machines, is far more organized crime, than Justice; in that way, of earth, a planet, flying round the sun, spinning, exposing itself to the universe, and the universe demanding a price, compelling the kingdom of god, which pagan tribes might have dealt with incarnate, that now we don’t.

And as I feel the court, scouring my filing for pretexts, like the romans, to advance and anilhate my efforts, they find nothing, because I try to be godly, and have learned you don’t gain through anger, but diplomacy. But nor to they take and construe fodder, and that is because they recognize me as Roman, in a way; that I follow the code; of knowing the system is sacrificial, and evil, and those who play in it, like myself, require a negative self-identity. They see that negative self-identity in me, that awareness of how horrible things are, and I more like a colonialist long ago who made it in Gall with the tribes, than someone anti-roman. Likewise, there were a few Italian Tribes, like the Etruscans, who it seemed, had something on the romans, and were able to secretly control Rome, as an erstwhile, estimable, meritorious Tribe, and I feel that as well.

The more I focus on the sun and moon, and Earth reflecting outerspace at night; which were ancient occupations, the more I see the balance of everything, transcending, any matters. And this sense of balance, hinges from the balance of the one amazing thing; the sun hanging in the universe like that; earth’s not plummeting, is our weights attraction absorbtion by the much greater sun above; but how does the sun just hang there? Is there some weight to the space, supporting it? But that kind of simple palpable focus, transcends little things, into a general roman understanding, the sun and earth and moon going around earth, is the greatest thing; that assholes don’t want to be assholes, and it has something to do with the earth moon and sun.

War is somewhat like the Greek night, and actually a way to sacrifice, we’ve incorporated as History. The Roman take on war, is necessary evil. The Greek take, with it’s city states and islands, seem more about crime, than plunder. Yet the crime aspect is secret, and not addressed, but just underneath and a motive; Like Judges today, so, are unknown, as agents to a totalitarian mode of sacrificing judiciary, ignorant of the kingdom of god, truth, enabling crime, and yet they are completely controlled by mind to be such. Totalitarian order, claims crime to facilitate its order, but is run by The Kingdom of Heaven; and discounts subjectivity, and ability, of individuals, who, as I say, are not about to discuss, what their media doesn’t. Thus crime is secure in its secrecy, as the removed domains of reporting, to not cover them, being removed, being easy to be controlled by higher power, or Creation, that writes History. It is that order throughout, and not secret bogeymen, who still need to be marshaled by Truth, Spirituality, that control the crime to the Illyrian, the Romans came to complain against, and their envoys, threatened; which in itself, sounds pretextual.

The Illyrians, under their queen, then with ships, besieged Corcyra, and deviously attacked empaudaus, pretending to be a merchant ship; but despite their guards being slain, they rallied and drove the Illyrians off, who then shipped to help the siege of Corcyra. Both attacked towns complained to the Aetolian League, and The Achean League, and those two states unites and sent ten ships. This plan failed, as the Illyrian allies, who sent them ships, and the acheans battled to a harmless draw, the Illyrians attacked fiercely, ramming ships together so as to jump on the enemies ships, and with superior numbers, take the ships. So the corcyrans gave in, the Illyrians controlled their own, and the illyrians took off to resiege empaudorous.

At this point, the romans took off with 200 ships and a land army. They went to Corcyra, which was delighted to see them, and the man the Illyrians had put in charge of their garrison there, had already offered to give in to the Romans; So the Romans were quickly able to add Corcyra to a list of islands friendly to the romans. Epidamnus soon followed, as the seiging Illyrans took off and fled, upon learning the romans were coming.

Many towns off the Adriatic there, gave in unconditionally to romans, a few held out and were defeated, one caused a lot of damage to the roman forces. Still the Romans roughed up the privateers, and gave amnesty to Illyrian soldiers loyal to the man who gave up Corcyra upon running its garrison, Demetrius, and put Demetrius in charge of the area. Tribes placed themselves under the protection of Rome. Queen Teutna fled to a well-fortified interior city. The end result, was due to a brutish queen, Rome now protected most of the tribes on the other side of the Adriatic and islands therein. Of course, with the pretext or actuality of History about, one can not blame individuals, and yet one tries to promote the morals and savvy that keeps romans from furthering their hegemony. The queen quickly made a deal with the romans, to keep only a few choice places, and limit her ships to certain distances and might. Polybius says the all the greeks were happier now, for the roman influence now at hand, as they all disliked the illyrians. Corcyra is a huge long island off the northern coast of Greece, and Epidaumas, is a much smaller island close to shore, about 75 miles north; off modern day Albania, or Yugoslavia.

Chap 3
Now having concluded his tale off the eastern Adriatic, Polybius spends a page or two on Spain; mainly to say it was controlled by Carthage, of North Africa. While Greece, the hellenes, had some islands in the meditarrean under Carthage control, as was Sardinia, Corsica and a good part of Sicily, Carthage never took over Mainland Greece, or Italy, except during Hannibal’s 20 year invasion, which is still coming up, being led up to, by Polybius; who says the Romans let Spain go, regretted not increasing their influence there, and had to do so as to focus on the warlike Galls, or Italian Celts; and secure northern Italy, before being able to influence Spain; so they concluded a treaty with Carthage, whereby neither side was allowed to cross a river, armed. This let them focus on the galls, to Rome’s North, out of Northern Italy, the alps, and southeastern France. Spain, I say, is different from Italy and Greece, then, by virtue of the African hegemony imposed. Modern day Greece, is a very polite place; Modern day Italy, is rough, tragic, but there is a rich system to learn, that is worth a lot, and Italian understanding. I have not been to Spain, but a willing to bet, if it is substantively different than Italy and Greece, it is for that reason.

A little further note though here on Illyria: When the illyrians took empidanmous, or Corcyra, I forget at moment, notes here for future edit; they stationed a garrison there, to rule the place, and put Demetrius in charge, who sold out to the Romans, and later, put in charge of a large portions of lands in the eastern Adriatic. Conquering, then establishing a garrison, was commonplace back then. If one walled city lost to another power, that power established a garrison there as part of the peace treaty. Things were peaceful, there was a garrison, if there was no danger of losing the city back to its people, through solid alliance, the garrison left. And this should have been the model for Iraq, if we ever really had to go there; in that sense it was a greek war about making money, then a roman war designed to effectively increase alliance into a United States true order. For really, our military example, encouraged the militarization of the Shiites and Sunnis, against each other; perhaps through a defense industry, through an outlet of bagdad, spreading its wares quicker, with the U.S. military so there. Really, Iraq would have been so happy to have seen us go, that we could have left a garrison there, rather than a whole army, and the arabs would have behaved more as we wanted, out of the threat of our returning if they didn’t. With us gone, there is an incentive to behave so we won’t return. With us there, things are so demeaning and gung ho, there is little incentive to behave in our interest; the threat of our occupying our land, is not something to avoid with good behavior; the occupation thus is demoralizing enough, to cause further war. Regardless of the ethics of the Iraq war, and there is little, the stupidity it led to, is further condemning of any claim to righteous foreign policy. We should not finally establish it was an unjust war that shouldn’t have happened, we should establish, it caused a civil war, and made things less secure and orderly, the opposite of its errant calculation; or the design of defense industry all along to sell more weapons to warring parties of Iraq.

According to Livy, Rome goes on to war a Macedonian ‘evil” king, who is able to be effective in a criminal, not military way. He controls wealthy mines north of Greece, and large amounts of silver travels with his conquering army, so it is not just his army, but his ability to bribe, and buy short term mercenaries, that made him dangerous. Thus, this selling out of the garrison by Demetrius, and the suspicious way he ended up in power shortly after the 200 roman ships sailed around; that never happened in the over 40 books on Livy’s Roman Republic; garrisons were debated, as the Romans often won; And the people had a say, on whether the newly conquered deserved a garrison or not; but garrisons were never lost to deceit, that I can think; and almost universally served their purpose, or on occasion, overrun by the people of the walled town; Thus the roman garrison policy works, and the greek garrison policy a joke in comparison, certainly here; because the Greek Culture has an undercurrent of crime, and the evil of money, and treachery of bribes; whereas the Roman Culture, is about domination, effective foreign policy, which while surely may contain crime, is not the surface and focus of Roman history and culture. Things are a little more above board, and at a level, more what they seem to be. This Greek effeteness, is a touch of Greek mind, whereby dealing with crime, to turn the tables to Truth, and rectify, at least as an individual; is a way different than the straight out seeking of salvation and rescue, one hopes is possible in an orderly society. And certainly the latter may be more endemic to tribal living; whereas the imposition of History and State upon Greek tribes, is then more logically consistent with crime; whereas Roman imposition, is just less turgid and factionalized and cleaner.

Now Polybius starts to talk about the galls, how they had to be subdued before they could take on Carthage; how they purposely strove to avoid a situation of several wars at once; They as you may know, sacked Rome in 386bc, etching a fear of galls in roman mind, for some years; they failed to take the capitol, on a hill in Rome though, where the romans holed up, and eventually left. They were known as bigger, and longer haired, and wilder, and more prone to drinking and eating too much. Livy says they left Rome to return, because they stupidly burned down the granaries in stupid celebration taking the city; thus both sides didn’t have enough food; and that because of the warm weather they weren’t used to, they got sick. Polybius writing a hundred years before Livy, in 125bc, doesn’t mention those reasons, saying they left as their homeland was vulnerable to other attacking gallic or venetian tribes. It is also confusing, that Livy does not refer to Italian Celts, but galls, through and through, whereas Polybius mentions both tribes, as different, and overlapping, and it is confusing. That the Celtics had several tribes in several regions of Europe, may indicate a certain masterminding enemating from them; wheras the galls were of northern Italy and beyond. I see the galls, literally speaking, as compensating for the uptightness of Greek Culture; should you find their vicious class warfare, omission of tribes, and philosophy of disproving, love of boys, per Plato, uptight. The author of history seems to say, I made the Greeks uptight, I made the Spartans more conservative than the Athenians, I made the Romans, while big government and state regulation, easier, than Greeks, but still pocked with the inferiority of the dominating power; as evil expansion, and conquering tribes, not good for a true spirit, of people; And so they made the galls, to compensate for the greeks; the galls, used as mercenaries by Carthage and Rome; the galls, who Ceasar and Livy describe as loveable hill billy large long haired rowdy hippie, prone to vice and gambling; Polybius, as the more uptight Greek author, describes them here after listing the various names of their principle tribes.

“They lived in unwalled cities and had no knowledge of the refinements of civilization. They slept on straw and leaves, ate meat, and practiced no other pursuits than agriculture and war, their lives were very simple, and they were completely unacquainted with any art or science. Their possessions consisted of cattle and gold, since these were the only objects they could easily take with them whatever their circumstance and transport wherever they chose. It was of the greatest importance to them, to have a following, and the man who was believed to have the greatest number of dependants and companions around him was the most feared and powerful of the tribe.”

While warring is always inexpliquable, only explained by higher power; a statement the greeks make when their Trojan warriors represent various gods; agrarian simplicity is wonderful. The last part, about the greatest entourage commanding the most respect, is consistent with Livy and Ceasar, who add that they did not believe in heridatary wealth, the merit of present generations, must come into play; and he who is most successful, deserves, most respect; and success to them meant, making the place better, by solving conflicts and running things well; an essentially nonhereditary, authoritarian agrarian polity. Literarily, their agrarianism, contradicts the urban and cultured Greek way. At some point soon, they scoot around the Adriatic to attack Greece, but are unsuccessful.
Agrarianism counters greek and history

Polybius describes the Italian Celts as landing in Italy, terrifying gallic tribes, and making alliances with them, before sacking and holding Rome for a while; whereas Livy says it was the terrifying galls that came swiftly down from the alps upon Rome, before the Romans knew what was happening. Polybius says 30 years later, they advance to the alba river, and the Romans wouldn’t fight them, because the Romans weren’t ready. But 12 years after that, it was tried again, and the Romans had advance word and so marshaled their allies, who were naturally roman allies as well in shared fear of the Italian Celts. Polybius also further distinguishes between Italian celts and galls, saying the latter would raid the former, out of jealousy for their prosperity. Livy may say the Galls, not the Celts, invade Rome, because one of the mysteries is where the red haired and blond haired romans came from. Regulus and Romulus were raised by wolves and fathered by mars, and took over the local people into kingdom, but really, where did those expanding people come from? They were white skinned. Might it have been one of the celtic tribes? And if so, they would have had the karma to dominate rome initially as they did; attributing such to the galls, the polybian distinction between prosperous celts and their jealous gallic allies, might give away something to close to home for Roman historians to reveal. Polybius writes, “However, twelve years later, the Celts made another attempt to invade in force. and this time the romans had intelligience of their attack. They mustered their allies and marched out confidently to meet them, for they were eager to engage them and fight a decisive battle. The Gauls took fright at their enemies advances, and meanwhile dissensions broke out in their own ranks; finally, as soon as darkness fell, they made off for home” Careful reading shows the Gauls taking fright, and the Celts having internal dissensions; and yet such disorder is similar and linking; and Livy, does not distinguish between Celtics and Gauls, attributing it all to Gauls.”After this alarm, they kept quiet thirteen years, and then as they saw the power of the romans growing fast, they concluded a formal treaty with them, and faithfully observed its terms for thirty years”.

Distinguishing between Celts and Gauls, is an important act of Polybius, as he then notes, the gallic tribes threatened the Celts, the celts bribed and manipulated them to ally with them in war, and the galls raided Italy to their south, without the Celts, as well. The Celts had intermarried and were kin to the Galls, by this generation, and Polybius cites the dissension and disunity from the drinking and gorging that follows returning home from plundering. And soon the Galls went to far, killing a roman envoy, violating truces, and the Romans took them, and established their first colony in gallic land.

In the Roman world, you could “sue for peace”. Which, as gallic anger subsided to Roman might, the galls did. Suing for peace, obviously is where the defeated, go to the victors, and ask what it takes to get along with them to a peaceful future; I;m not sure the greek world had this easy diplomatic tradition. Where crime is involved, you can’t ask criminals what it takes to get along with them; they may take further advantage of you and mistreat you further, which is not an effective suit result at all; or feel so bad about what they did, they remain removed from you, much the way America’s officials and media are removed from the people, signifying a facilitation of crime; whereas in Rome, the tribes, over thirty of them, had a say through the coda; or rather, one nation could ask another, what peace takes, and there’d be an answer, it would be considered fair, and upheld, without treachery; yet with the theme of crime, and control of mind that enables crime, one can not sue for peace without the resulting expectant being remorse, and apology for mistreatment, and an almost Christian bowing to the oppressed and hurt; and thus the roman propaganda is consistent with suing for peace being about an essential righteousness of both parties, whereby the pretext for conflict is upheld and justified and facilitates peace; whereas crime per se, exposed as such, makes that hard; without a conversion that would take one outside the box of History.

Polybius says they no longer feared the galls, and were seasoned athletes for their gallic conflicts, that manifested easy victory over remaining distant tribes that dared encroach them. The galls went on to cause trouble in Grecian areas, to no success, and then were peaceful 45 years, but then became headstrong again. Upon further demise from then warring among themselves, the Romans took the land they had taken from the Semones, and divided it up among the Roman People, previous it had been controlled by the wealthy few, and when this shift happens, the upper class Polybius says it was quite demoralizing, as when the rich controlled it, there being a few rich, it was mellow, but when it was divide up among a many people, the increased intensity of activity, had a negative effect on Rome, the more outright, less covered up, dominion of this land, the negative spirit of imperialism, more apparent, and this is a moment, as Polybius looks for moments, whereby, Rome begins its decline in spirit and morality.

Now the gauls organized for Rome, out of fear of further expulsion and even extermination; though Rome had an admittedly gentle policy for a warlike people, of making allies of the conquered, and not effecting the autonomy of their policy making, or who their kings or senators were. But seeing the Roman people moving into their terrority, may have had this effect. This galvanized many northern tribes against Rome, and this preoccupation kept the Romans from dealing with the Carthaginians taking over and ruling Spain. Yet it did militarize them and their numerous tribal allies, into a census of 700,000 infantry, and 70,000 calvary, to be applied to the even larger looming conflict with Carthage; and yet Hannibal, soon came into Italy with only 20,000 men, and lasted twenty years.

So a great battle between the galls a celts and romans and their allies was fought. Polybius makes note that the romans were motivated by the plunder the invading galls had amassed so far; yet upon a final and difficult victory, the romans returned the property taken by the invaders, to those it was taken from. Likewise, as America had guns, the Indians, arrows, and per Herodotus, the greeks and armor, and the Persians only leather; so in this battle, the roman swords were able to cut and pierce, while the gallic swords, only cut.

From here Roman policy could righteously and ably seek to control the po valley of northern Italy, and they began invading celtic and gallic territory. And the romans were good about making allies with some celtic and gallic tribes, while dealing with the remaining unfriendly ones massing and raiding against them. These northern tribes worshipped the goddess of war and victory, Minerva, and Polybius goes on, the romans were learning that the blades of the galls dulled after the first blow, and bent and had to be straightened out by the foot against the ground often, and this gave courage to Roman soldiers. So the Celtics sued for peace because slashing swords had no effect at super close range, whereas piercing swords worked. The tide having turned, the romans denied peace, more gallic defeats followed, and thus the only option, complete submission, rather than a negotiated peace treaty.

Polybius concludes this chapter, pointing out how reckless and uncalculated the galls were, so that civilized people should not fear the onslaught of barbarism, but know it is not made to last long, but seem initially furious; and in soothe, this is how I feel about crime upon me and mine; the longer time heals, the calm and reason are the only paths to prevail; fury and plot, stiffness and rigid control, does not last long; the romans seemed better organized and thoughtful, or so Historians have said. In this sense, foolish foreign policy ventures, are doomed to failure, through the unexpected, through coming upon the reasonable and determined. The Gauls went on to attack Greece unsuccessfully in Polybius’s time, and that, he said, is added important to the reason for this part of his history, as he sets the world stage for conflict with Sparta, detailing events in Sicily, across the Adriatic, to the north, via Celtics and Galls, now turning to Carthaginian affairs in Spain.

———————————————————————————————————————

Herodotus, and Polybius, unlike Livy, don’t just write about the Persian War, and the Punic Wars with Carthage, but its context of the world. 70% of Herodotus sets up the scene of the Persian War with histories of Persia and Egypt that led up to the invasion of Greece. So Polybius, over 200 years later, first has a chapter about Sicily, and a chapter about across the Adriatic, and a chapter with a history on the galls, interspersed with two two page updates about the ongoing carthiginian statement in Spain, aka, Iberia. Whereas Livy, writing a hundred years after Polybius, wrote a few hundred short books on the History of Rome, of which 42 survive, and He does nothing to set the stage, focusing fairly strictly on what the republic is going through. There is an increasing crescendo and intensity to the momentum of Roman Centuries, whereas ye old Greeke World goes back and forth, to and fro. They unite to defeat the Persians, then turn shortly and fight each other; they are city states, a league of professional polities, bent more on historical entertainment, than historical statement. Late in the game, after colonizing a part of Italy less reached by Rome; the Achean League forms, grounded in Equality, to all states that join, and Free Speech; these cultural sophistries, are sophisticated enough, to defeat the galls through a cultural rule of History, demonstrating the galls, as a possible lovable, but definitely second- rate power. When one controls writing, and is favored by the gods, removed, so history is controlled by that culture; why the leading class of galls would march on Greece, or war exist regardless, bespeaks metaphysical compromise, at some faint, and scary, level.

Anyway, I too, would essay a worldly style a better spirit would let to this situation, whereby I include the Isreali context, to the further southeast of Greece. I mean, you gotta ask the lord, lord, what do I gotta do? And the Lord said to me, you know you got to know there’s something living in your brain, and it ain’t you. So then I go to my brain, and I look all around, and I see my brain is everywhere, or ok, maybe not everywhere, but more than enough around me, and wherever brain is, brain lives, and it’s clear, the brains, where they are, are clear, and you gotta wonder, just what the heck is going on to be in all those brains, so all faint and clear; And then I realize; Everyone’s brain is everywhere, And something lives there, and it’s faint, and near death earth.

So allow me a little perspective: here, The Isrealites, hiking from Egypt and construction, to some land promised by a leading cloud, they gave a tent to; had 12 tribes. And the Romans, though they added more, and started with less, are regarded as having around 30 tribes, comprise it. In today’s world, the Jews are like the last tribe in the sophisticated era.

Yet the Roman Era, the republic, to the west of Plato, surprisingly, had a political system, whereby, per federal checks and balances, the tribes of Rome, had a say in ratifying policy, and correcting legislation; Each tribe had one vote. Each tribe would meet and discuss its vote and aye and nay on the subject. In today’s world might this translate to different nationalities counting as tribe?

The Old Testament, which can be construed as primarily a history book, maybe more a literary history, or a history with creative beginnings open and meant for interpretation, while Roman History mentions its tribes; generally, I’m not sure the old testament history cites the jewish tribes registering votes upon Jewish policy, though maybe this is referenced once or twice; Judeasm, like History, focuses on the leading actors, the celebrities, of politics, government, fame, and the people, or tribes, if we know, relegated to the background, subject, at length, and absent, closer; Therefore Jesus may be seen as giving cause to organize and gather and discuss what’s truly up in some ancient context of peaceful assembly. People gather round Jesus preaching; but the point is, they stand for reasoning together, when they come together, around Jesus; Indeed, the Romans are taking over Isreal, because the Isrealites did not make their people happy enough, to resound against the romans; It can be said, the Jewish People, of the old testament, not their kings, and prophets, come across as docile, as someone’s whose History is written for them, and this age of writing pointing them in the direction of literary analysis, reason, and the kindness provided via detachment therein. The Romans triumph in their state activism, upon the vulnerable languid quality of sophisticated culture; as they have conquered the pagan worshipers of the phenonoma.

Salvation through Judeasm is possible; the natural interpretation of literature creates a thinking people; Knowledge becomes aquainted with public good; and so we see how we may free ourselves from the yoke of history, by simply reasoning together; even though Jesus only offers a service on the subject, like some kind butler explaining how and why things are so bad.

The Old Testament did not demonstrate the checks and balances of tribal recourse; it’s antagonists, more Hollywood-like demonstrating the moral qualities of Literature, as History; and son seen by Jesus, conquered by Rome, and perhaps He, offered as a sacrifice to Rome, alongside, his homeland. Jesus wasn’t able to save Isreal from Rome; And hailed as a spiritual hero; subtley sympbolizing obeisance to the state and removed, to the written, not the talking, that’s long gone; when people got together to be serious, not party.

I believe the twelve tribes are most referenced traveling looking for the promised land; when the manassas tribe hailed staying on the side of the river bordering Isreal. Before the tribal system was the Patriarch System; where Patriarchs, like Abraham, had dependents and organized cattle, and migration, and managed land; for hundreds, if not thousands, but rarely more; grounded in leadership and a natural merit, though obviously, subverted for evil as possible; or good, in those envelopes of Lord opening; so these patriarchs wandered about the middle east, between Egypt and Persia, I guess, their own stake of History; but they never were “real” history, because the prime difference between a Patriarch and a King, was Kings war, sacrifice through war; Patriarch’s while differing, don’t seem to war each other; kings do.

While Gall had a patriarchal system that respected the dependants and numbers of clients and helpers, determining some hilarious merit of status; because these leaders of each generation; formally competed with each other; in context of bettering gall, and here are each and all within one tribe; one tribe would have competing factions or frats or friends, as you call it; whereas in a truer patriarchal system, there patriarchs are complete enough to not withstand competition from within, except to sucession; whereas in the gallic system a tribe would have competitors that went on for life; and this latter system led to kings, ruled removed people, more removed, through a “king” uniting many factions, naturally susceptible to History, and the will behind it, How and Why, God, Creators, History.

I believe in The Kingdom of Heaven, and it’s funny they call its existence, “mind-like” because, The Kingdom of Heaven is actually brain like; that is what is all over earth and within; what lives in brains, is many; and so one today revealed always living near me; the point being; understanding is no more than understanding something lives in the brain, and the brain has many ripples and veils, and brains are all over earth, and can not be conceptualized as merely within individual heads; for their powerful chemicals enable through vision, the connection of what is, to brain, so extends brain beyond the head, sensory organs.

The powerful Greek sense of the unconscious, of differing consciousnesses, dualistic kin of perception, aware of the sympathy, from the kingdom of heaven, and knowing it controls this foolish world; so seeks some unfolding of brain whereby the investment in History opens up and reveals more and more space on earth as of some total giant brain, though really an organization of brain.

Burkhardte, asks, what are the greeks so conceited about? What are such great things said about them? They’ve invented nothing, yet are venerated beyond belief. First, let’s say, it is the nature of their city-state polity, that kept Greek History going up and down like a stock market; whereas the Roman steady ascendance, starts to shadow Greece, and Polybius, looks into the matter. Then let’s say, the great things ascribed to Athens, come from the subjugated, and examples are shown. Then of course, the conceit is an archetypal quality crime requires, a vanity, of tight control by mind intent on crime.

Athens was great for taking in foreigners, requiring trade to compensate for thin soil and steep slopes; they venerated those who died for them in war, via funeral orations; Whereas the Carthaginians memorialized their war dead by hanging black banners on their city walls; and you can see which psychology was more successful. But one has to laud the greek intellect of Polybius on three counts; He makes no scruples about revealing powerful information; the wonderful thing classical histories do; in his revelation that the decision which town to siege, is based on which town stored the most food. This I never figured, and makes perfect sense. Then, he blames the Gallic Invasion of 386bc on The Italian Celts, who were a rich man’s gall, whereas Livy, a hundred years later, seems to claim gallic tribes on toto, wreaked such havoc on Rome. Likewise, he conspicuously differs twice from Livy in this story, insofar regarding that Polybius claims The Italian Celts, and the gallic tribes, gave up the siege of The Citadel, where the last Romans were holed up on a hill, because the Venetians, were taking advantage of the opportunity of the 7 month absence; but Livy says the Galls stupidly burned the granaries where the grain was stored, and so were too low on food; because they tend to over-celebrate. And that the second reason the Galls left, was the Roman latitude was so much warmer, than the alps, that they got sick.

Polybius is also to be commended on adherence to the Herodotian model of History Books; whereas as much as the known world is possible, is raccounted to set the stage for the telling of what the History Book, precisely purports to be about. Thus only 30% of Herodotus is about the Persian war, the rest sets it up with tales of Persian history that caused Xerxes, and that includes 200 pages on Egypt as well. Polybius talks about the Romans straightening out Illyria; and The Galls attacking Illyria, and The situation of Carthage in Spain, and the ever complicated Sicilian Situation, and how Greek Colonies in Italy, had some issues; all to be combined to set the stage for the battle between the two greatest world powers so far; indeed, the point of city states avoids this kind of conflict.

Of course The Athenians had penchant for executing their own government officials, The Roman Republic pointedly averred. And also for deciding the fate of captured enemies abroad; whereas Hannibal, famously set his prisoners free, so no hard feelings. The warlike nature of Athens, chose to venerate its dead in funeral orations, thus creating a land people died for culture. How can you improve something people died for? Look at Carthage with its funeral black flags; regretting death, thus open to change and reason; so the perversity of Athenian Politics. The notion Athenians, were the ideal, was never far from the Athenian, psychologically justifying foreign policy; Thus something very stiff about the Greek, whose historical will, pushed on a general, group will; that made Athens like a ship, to sail together, requiring many in unison, and not individual freedoms and tendencies. Experience is dictated by the mind, this is more admitted or reflected by Greek Culture, and second rate powers such as Gall, even Persia, defeated. And empathy, in general, omitted.

The nature of bad foreign policy in the ancient world, was that it doesn’t stop, it keeps going, it plays upon fears, or is tightly controlled, and removed from the people, who must obey it. They were venerated by the submissive through passionate sophistry. Burkehardte cites excessive litigation bring down Athenian culture; yet isn’t lawsuit where change comes from? Wouldn’t that have been the means for a reform of uptight Athens?

Hume writes in history of England, that either The Gauls or the Italian Celts, moved to Briton and became the Britons. So he was aware of the difference and issue of Italian Celts and Galls. Where Livy says the galls are all gall, Polybius says the Italian Celts were superior, and leaders; But Hume says it is unknown which move to Briton, and unimportant; siding with Livy in glossing over that distinction. “all ancient writers agree in representing the first inhabitants of Britain, as a tribe of the gauls or the celtae. Now the Galls were most favorite, just north of Italy, for from there they pushed off to ascend to the meteoric fame of sacking Rome and besieging the citadel. But apparently they arrived in Northern Italy, not from being pushed north by the Romans, the way the etruscans were pushed to fertile Tuscany, but from the france area; to the east were the gernmanic tribes, and to the west, the Iberian tribes, prey to North Africa. Apparantly, perhaps pointedly then, History is saying the Germanic tribes did not move to Briton, the gallic tribes did; the Germanic tribes then possible manifesting the destiny of scandanavia to their north.

Where Livy romantizes as does Ceasar, the galls into these lovable fools; Polybius, is more condescending; and Hume dismissive all together snobbily of second rate barbarian powers whose history is so impulsive as to teach us nothing about order; which strikes me as quite the cozened thing to say; false, predatory; And yet Polybius, in defining History as unexpected, per color of Roman expansion; surely somewhat accounts for the impulsive and second rate. Hume says the galls divided up naturally into tribes, and relied on cattle, forest huts, and nomadicism, wore animal skins, and liked to war. From here some insight is surely spread, upon where the Romans came from, inquired into earlier; the anthropology, where one tribe or group comes to a land, multiplies and divide. Maybe Romulus came about ruling a people who separated from the origin due to reproductive over population, even designed for the history of sacrifice; pointedly, like whites, raised to a contorted violent history-vehicle of sacrifice.

“The Britons were divide into many small nations or tribes; and being a military people, whose sole property was their arms and their cattle, it was impossible, after they had acquired a relish of liberty, for their princes or chieftains to establish any despotic authority over them. Their governments, though monarchial, were free, aswell as those of all the Celtic nations; and the common people seem evern to have enjoyed more liberty among them, than among the nations of Faul, from whom they were descended. Each state was divided into factions within itself. It was agitated with jealousy or animosity against the neightborig states. And while the arts of peace were yet unknown, wars were the chief occupation, and form the chief occupation, and formed the chief object of amibition, among the people.”

This is a slightly Athenian bent, with snobbery to the barabarian; and a people, who freed from great authoritarianism, still like to war, and kill. Whereas, one would think, liberty, and its enjoyment, naturally counter the will to war; today’s liberals, while complained of; have no desire to put to death conversatives, and very content, it seems, to let them live, should they be converted or reformed or regulated; but it seems the Athenians and brits, much more warlike than today’s liberals; even while both suffer the difficulties of their age.

See, the Athenian Game was setting up democracies, and those democracies being crooked, controlled by their Athenian founders, or facilitating crime, for proper forms. But the greeks were city states, and so ebbed high and low, much away from the culture of ever growing super powers like Rome and America. People forget how easy it is to control democracies, and barely may remember kind monarchies as superior to crooked democracies; let along flat out tribal pagan society with as little state and history as possible; for these latter conceal sacrifice through war; and lack of safety; wheres the point to the physical today, is to discuss these things.

Here the justice system carries out an immense amount of sacrifice; hard to break; not protecting anything; being alienated from spiritualities, that secure. But lets see how America, Rome and Greece or Athens, are similar. Do they execute officials. In Athens did, sometimes all of them, because they knew closest and first hand, how vulnerable placing power in the few, makes these men to crime. It’s easy to control people and society, so because we have been altered, to be controlled, for design above; it goes on, because we are not. There’s a consciousness to the kingdom of heaven, that knows, this, but not to the artificial world. The Roman Republic seems purposefully designed to protect officials from executed by angry people. The people and tribes, might have had more freedom, yet less expression—in structure different to taxed Athenians, of corrupt officials, in idealized or propagandized democratic polity. Certainly the liberals of today are not string em up and kill em down; there are no crowds demanding death to enemies of the state, beyond Bin Laden, perhaps; if anything the conservatives, are perhaps more frustrated with liberals than vice versa, if only because the liberals are on automatic; yet if conservatives are more bloodthirsty than liberals; when the Spartans, conservatives, more peaceful and let live, than liberal Athens; we may see something. And if Rome, there was the right to jail, fine, and even execute the worst officials, that was an important part of the Roman Constitution; that it is not right for senators and consuls to go unchecked, for crimes of power to grow and foster; thus historians make a specific point, that there was very little executing public officials in Rome, I’ll roughly say not even one a decade; and yet in Athens, executing a dozen a year, well, that was a bad year; but their policy was to execute officials caught of crime; and create a system that facilitated crime; through regulating prices, and catering to foreign merchants, for instance.

Now lets turn to comedy. Does the American State allow teasing of itself? Yes, on late night tv, everywhere media is about; Same in Athens; in fact, Athenian Comics differ from Leno and Fallon, in that they also tease the people and populace; for being emasculated by the powerful. And this is an interesting take; the Athenian comics would yell at those complaining about the 1%t that the 99% are weak and its their fault and they have no balls nor brain regarding how to get out of this situation. In that sense a greater comedy ruled Athens, “official” and yet it took on the people, provoked rebellion, and …….Rome had no great comic sense; kind of staid and warlike, whose chief moral purpose be to be moral; after all the immorality of Greece and other excessively sweet and sticky civilizations.

Now lets briefly look at self veneration. Rome historically venerated itself, as its people looked upon itself morally ambiguously; this is a prime reason why the people of rome were seen as superior to the powerful, and its domestic history and story of that anthropology; played out in Sparta v Athens and Republicans v Democrats; and yet the people, of Rome, ironically till they got to much power, were fairly acknowledged as superior morally, like America today. Athens certainly venerated itself as the greatest place in Greece and history, and that pride a big part of its downfall; the hubris of Greece, is just Athens falling to due its miscast self images, probably due to lying about its homosexual, pedophiliac axis. For those things are much worse or bad, only if lied about. Thus duplicity and vanity; not one’s own self opinion. And America venerates itself through its land, that it has lost through lack of care, in centuries, and most notably in NYC due to its media empire, clamoring to itself in constant reinforcement of its magnitude and stupidity, famously venerates itself; nor is NYC not a city to love. And I love NYC as do all I know. But Let’s note the history that venerates Athens, and the media town fame of NYC–while derived from architecture, art, and sophisticated political culture–embed a value in the removed quality of media and history; contrasting less statist, more tribal societies, where decisions were closer, if not in the hands, of the people, and media much less necessary and apparent, to spread the news of the few; like the old testament historical focus on kings and prophets, rather than the people, as if they all did what the kings said without debate; or whether the lack of covered debate, and structure of Jewish society, reflects the inability of humans to control history, and we are primarily pawns for the negative designs of history.

And lastly let us ask are good people kept down? Let’s note a few things about Athens. Burkhardte laments, with some poignancy reflecting his own times, how Athenians could become rich through law suits; the sign of an unfair criminal justice system. One would the Justice system be where truth enemates from. This being a world of lies, currently, when I wrote this, the justice system be the first corrupted, yet still the nexus and locus entrusted with sanity and ethics. So it must be very strange how crazy this world is. The notion, of totalitarianism, is consistent with heaven and earth, the physical world, bound up in some contract, which to free itself from, the courts make logical opportunity as an investment in critical searching; yet vulnerable to crime, and so Athens, and criminals must consider the control of themselves by mind to vehicle of society’s design. Justice should start to realize the fallibility of history and corruption of society; starts from an admission of wrong, the state is hard to do; not apprehending its own corruption, as psychologically beyond the consciousness that takes in History; even more is aware of little or nothing, better to do the insensible work of state, within the structure of society.

They don’t understand it can be done quietly; is more an issue of mental health; for the crime, Athens possessed, right under the surface of officialdom; quite like today, no one reasonable could want to subject themselves with; this quest for money, without regard for mental health, and logic, and what would and must be experience, the lack of natural organization to society, makes each a mental health victim. Everything is wrong, this can be clearly seen, yet the state and media, history, has all the power, and is the most ignorant enemation, of many agencies, domains, that transmit and express, what is wrong. So the mind clearly expresses what is wrong through the state apparatus, or media, and media is everything expressive, and these forms and faces these expressions go through, pointedly designed to lie and not know, and thus reform never happens; yet it would be through the courts; if judges and principals, where the worst parts of lies have run, can recognize the need for this discussion, see it is in all interests; and move through; but the lack of this catalyst is evident in Athens and American vexing, strict legal system, that has not reduced crime: The bottom line is seens as business the system has not reduced crime, where the business model is to grow every year, or barring market increase, decrease the work required to meet market, every year, through increased skill, knowledge and facility. The business of justice then, would be to lower crime every year, and to lower the costs of lowering crime every year. That this safety we seek to guard, is not reduced, at least on paper, shows something is clearly wrong; cleaning up community would involve community circles, people talking about security, the issues criminals go through, and how to facilitate harmony becomes an active concern of all. That can not be broached, the absence of community activity, is necessary for the design facilitating crime.

So these systems keep down good men. The better brothers are swindled by judges in totalitarian mind league of making the world worse. The finer charactors not trusted because they wouldn’t submit to the biddings of the organization hiding behind them, or even know those demons are fiction upon earth, for totalitarian design, not free, or even subjective will, but the will of History. In the roman republic, the separation of Plebes and patricians, with separate parts of the city, the activity of the many tribes consolidated by Rome, allowed avenues through merit into the tribes, but effectively kept the good from ending the yearly wars, as the powerful, rising through the society of Senator Families, and esteemed venerated lines dating back to the founding; this conservative aristocracy ran things as some group whole with a perennial concern of order at home, and imperialism, just about as much as possible, very view years, if any, except for the reign of their second king Numa, no wars for over 40 years, there was a war, a short one, often enough, every year with some tribe, that then would be added to the number of tribe loyal to Rome; whose original tribes were the romans, named after Romulus, under who the first walls were built, and they soon made an alliance with the Sabines, and then, in their age of kings which lasted five kings before the senate took itself into prominence, the Tarquins. Today, the meaning of those words are not studied.

Burkhardte complains in Athens, how the system kept down the good men, and thus the viscissitudes of Athens, its falls into disgrace, its rises, through the great personalities that sustained it, Pericles, Themestones; arguing for war, and admiral.

I often wondered if atheism was grounded in some psychology relating to the druid pagan frequent sacrifice of animals and more. I have recently been commending liberals for responding well to a poll, that showed none of them were in favor of executing conservatives. Indeed, slanderous it may seem, conservatives, so frustrated by liberalism to vitriol, more rancorous than ye olde atheists incessantly not getting anything beyond what is on paper. Yet say we lived in pagan tribal times, where sacrifice of animals and more, combined with routine duties of the state, and theoretically necessitated regardless? Say some people have to die tonight, say; then would democrats vote to make those sacrifices republican if they could. I’m well apologetic for the black humour here, seeking merely to explain how liberal Athenians, liberal enough to gay relations with teen agers be a norm; liberal enough to regulate the price of bread, and at the same time trek to Delphi to ask questions, relax a week or three, and get a poetic answer, but that was Hellenic culture rising out of Greece, despite statism, and statisms use of sacrifice as normal rational thinking. The romans wouldn’t go to war without seeing if the sacred geese ate, or to battle rather, without killing something, and see which way the entrails spilled as called by specialists in the profession of interpreting spilt entrails; Obviously the highness of Greece and rome, is versed in leaving a religious culture, and unknown by history, for a statis history, that leads to todays lack of safety. Yet as soon as liberals accept sacrifice of animals as a key to health in a dark universe of mortal terror, they cease to be atheists; may still rally violently against conservatives, but out of a liberalism grounded in pathetic yet true, sadness over the sacrfices, over the necessity of sacrifice, rather than there being nothing more than earth’s physique, the contemporary irrelvance of the universe, causes atheism, but liberalism still exists with an awareness of the dark might of the universe, in the form of obeisance to what that metaphysic requires.

And then let us say the world in Athens, officialdom contained and concealed crime, as does western justice systems. Ok, so no one in their right mind would want this, this is a phenonoma of metaphysic not free will, shows we are dealing with god, or how god controls man, than anything else purported, which purport is designed consistent with this control, not choice. Now we look back at Athens and say, yea crime was rampant they dealt with crime a lot, they would execute their officials, but the next batch, be just as bad. Now we look at America, and the problem isn’t as recognized, nor punished with death; but recurrent, not stopping, structured in, by constitution, unrecognized by media, and so festering prevalently. Yet when History is able to say this about the west, its judiciary, then history will say this is the dominant feature defining Society. Yet we don’t know it.
When does America become defined by a criminal judiciary, as Athens has become known so, Burkhardt’s The Greeks, and Greek Civilization. And how could Athens be known as such to its people, and incapacitated, managing its reforms to reform so?

Its widely accepted judges today are corrupt and side for side with more power and overly punish without reform and crime continues, because the whole system and due process is alienating, and wrong or not manifested and there are easier more natural ways to reduce crime and treat problems, grounded in truth, in truth of the kingdom of god frankly, a truth we require more education about; now the Athenians knew the nature of the officials, and many played that game; and the media of Athens knew, and they’d execute officials, and things wouldn’t change; the way we elect new politicians and things don’t change right; but here today, we don’t address our judicial structure, where criminals of the worst sort, can hide behind power concentrated in few judges; yet if the media became aware of it, it would be addressed; and yet unlike Athens, we’d have to realize right, the point is not raising the punishment to execution, but addressing the structural problems causing such. Thus it is amazing the media or consensus was enough to address the issue, without correcting it effectively, merely leving harsh punishments, to no change in the culture, as ironically, our legal system essays today.

The Athenian prosecution of crime in the judiciary and government; and structurally, you see our constitutional structure purposefully designs a system that can’t work; government can’t police government. The Judiciary, such a dominant set of government, can neither protect, nor reform itself: And it hasn’t. The Athenian prosecution of vast government corruption, had to have been thwarted, by never getting past condemning the officials, to the criminals and organized structure that logically lies behind government, and tells and threatens government what to do. When we end judicial government corruption, and the veneer of government over crime; the officials will have to tell us who is behind them. That has to be a logical conclusion; judges wouldn’t do these crimes their power enables for themselves, they have to have been co-opted long, and placed in power to do such bidding; of network and rings existing in behind the scenes world of crime, where diplomacy and détente, of greater allegations. Do get behind the officials to the crime ring; officials must be seen as victims, coerced; whose lack of revelation behind them, lie in the mystery of the organizations that hide behind government. The mind controls everything; the kingdom of god easy to move by faint organization. So to reach the nefarious behind the fronts, and those accepting blame; they need to understand the sympathy, and be explained the craziness of this situation no one chooses; that probably breaks upon communication and subjective; then they can lead us to the behind the scenes apparatus, or more so, what the apparatus is doing and stop further damages.

The Romans at least created the institution of Tribunes, in return for striking soldiers returning to their command, as a specific judicial check upon the crime and corruption of senators and presidents. To be sure, the depth of crime is not cited, nor in the background, nearly as much as in Greek History, and to be sure, the roman history nor its annals, discusses criminal networks behind the scenes that control senators and the families, and even the lines of those descended from the original senators, which the romans placed such stock in.

WE must say the Romans did not venerate themselves. Historians venerate them for not venerating themselves. Their state was capable of achieving diplomatic peaces, and ending conflict through international police actions; but the people themselves, though with a pride from military victories, saw themselves appropriately with moral ambiguity.

In America, and Athens, because these civilizations have states grounded in a lie about humans and earth; and so whose business, abetted in dominating factor by media and news, engaged in negative, destructive mechanisms; there is no true honesty, and therefore, the sense of work isn’t true; and you see this societal value upon not truly working, but getting paid more to do something arguably less necessary. Work and physical labor, goes from healthy, wholesome positive experience, to something else; and the dreamy days of office work drift on without memory. America deals with a Mexican issue, by their hoarding of restaurant and landscaping jobs, in time of tight economy; while the Athenians importation of Grain, contingent upon foreign growers, gave the whole critical trade unto the hands of foreigners, and somehow our hotels and convenience stores, owned by people who did not go to school here. So what was the point of our going to school? Enabling further subjection? Being an object of teachers, rather than subjective capable of managing motels well enough to thwart those with some strange need to leave their country we can’t relate to; or hold as starving, when this isn’t studied or verified, or addressed as the problem; good work is being subjucated, that is the point, of this world of several levels of consciousness, and reality.

We have to conclude, the nature of these physics can signify a society not grounded in merit, but complaisant to criminal, deviant immoral order; which also must be tied to deviancy, and sexual abuse that can’t translate over the schism between God and Man, and State and People. Corrupted people are wanted and needed and created, to produce the order, crime dictates; even as the record of history doesn’t record the undercurrent of crime, to this day, it can come out, in future histories of America, and yet that this hasn’t come out, and basic natural treatments, totalitarian suppressed, by definition by higher power, easily ordering history and society; what is its metaphysical make up? The Legal system, in Athens, Burkhardte is grounded in exploiting the immoral to further immorality, and why Athens, such a taxing unpleasant place; crime runs the world, through the court system; the courts system would court truth; it makes no sense this goes on; so something more is at play; what is it? The mind running Society, as it does, maintaining the Kingdom, as it does; yet somehow, I have the chance to stop it, and save it, and this is my story, or case summary, if you will.

work, my story, 92, 2003, true? intertwines, others, systemic want people who do bidding of criminal hire criminal, yet good people would know, come out, not a big deal per se to people on earth, just to control. Something talk would reconcile, and is just an added part, to an already tight control, from where resolution of the whole may come. Sister, 92, mean no ill, can talk about, would.

Something Greek about this; Different fraternities of the kingdom of heaven, fraternities of form; OK and Greece, one of the last links to the universe; so as we float around the universe, well, we cant get the metaphysical control, from outerspace, to leave, and end the projection of lies. The Greek civilization is superior to the Roman Republic, in its more extensive culture. Also, the system of Italian tribes in Italy, absent of, before, and concurrent with, The Roman Republic: is similar to the city state system; the tribes, seemed to recourse senate systems, though not universally, and have the old senate v. good monarch issue. But is it possible something come up upon earth, after certain times on earth? Is there something we harken to in Greece, that may save us, or reveal control, through older mind, whereby a new era begins? There is a violence to Greece, we see in The Boston Marathon. Indeed, Marathon is a greek reference. And here’s a kicker. We all remember where we were when 9/11 came. I was to pick up my mother at JFK at 2pm, her return flight from Europe, was diverted back to the continent. I was in my basement reading a History of Greece by Edith Hamilton, and saying to myself how violent it was; to a point of unpleasant; differentiating between History and Actuality. And now I am reading and really enjoying writing about Polybius, and there is terrorism at the Marathon. And it is the same behind the scenes, irrational forms of violence, the tragic greek history engaged greeks in. The sacrifice of lives through other than war. Is there a connection between me readiing Greek History and Terror? Also the earth sign is chilling. And the lack of safety in our world, designed for nontribal times, is evident and manifested. So this is something to work through and get to the bottom of;

Also, the corruption of my family, and officials, may be consistent with sexual abuse and start young; and a hallmark of an upper class; preposterous as a situation, yet ordered, as History, secret history, a history this way, the lack of safety, which is important to; where the lack of merotcracy is consistent, even as undesired by earth, and the thinking; so thought is limited, a precious commodity and yet, contradicting the official way, difficult to assert, or if presented with, necessarily adhere to. So I asked my closest friend from HS, who I’d done multi-night hikes and canoe trips and numerous smaller hikes, and work projects, whose father taught there, for it would explain my siblings apparent corruption; if my friend, who had anxiety issues more apparent after his divorce, is he knew of any abuse there; for it actually seems widespread. I messaged him. I hadn’t seen him in a year and a half, being bogged down myself, and his strict father, may have not allowed my phone to connect to his, so I messaged him via facebook. Half a week later, he went missing, it was in the papers, his sister and mother reached me wondering if he’s shown up at my house. They said he got upset and ran out into the January night, and apparently jumped from a high pedestrian bridge; though that would be impulsive, and not suicide; Though they searched the Delaware the next few days, his body was found not far, three months later. Was there something afraid he would talk to me? Yet what is the harm there? I’m reasonable, not zealous, wouldn’t hurt anyone, forgiving, enlightened: is it talking would change the situation and convert people away from the metaphysic that makes em this way. In other words, people kept from me and honesty, because then they would go good, and it is not people, but their control, that wants them not good, so it is a control issue. Yet the system designed not to point out the obvious crooks. Was his anxiety making him a liability to others, handlers? He could have stayed and worked with me; he would maybe have talked to me, we would have worked this out without police or law, but communication, compassion, diplomacy, reason. Likewise, my family is caught up in this historical nature. Lets remember if constitutions concentrate power and so make officials vulnerable to control by criminals, if government does not police itself per constitutional structure; this would have come out; in reason, no one is at fault, there is something to work out. His death is quite disturbing. Does it send a message to others? Yet who would not want being honest with me, even laying down the real politic. I’m not going to push against might. Is it fear by the universe? Something Greece harkens to? And then, while getting a bead on all this; the boston marathon happens; marathon a greek term; and me in a legal one.

You might say what makes Athens and America similar, and different than other centuries, is our toleration of humour at us, or at politicians and power. Other centuries, were much more solemn. Some countries still are. In Athens and America, it is generally accepted that getting into politics is a way of getting rich; and statistics bear that out; it is known officially; and yet the criminals who exploit this system; and theoretically could manage and handle officials, their family, and finances; this does not come up to light, though a logical, and known extension. We know politicians get richer, through unethical behaviors, through criminal manipulation of officials; and yet we rarely condemn those criminals, but the officials are the fall-guy.

The concurrence of the marathon tragedy, my friend’s death, weighed together on my mind, combining together, seemed to have the same feelings, the same source, of irrational metaphysic; and that coupled with my ex-girlfriend tramping off to a best friend’s house, there since, and having trouble talking about it, prone to sneaking around, because she has a double life, I think, that this experience with my friend, were she to happily relate it to me, could help her talk about that, which she terribly wants to do. The swift conversion of anyone to corruption, rapidly creates this culture of secrecy. The slightest pressure, makes things Hard to talk about. Right things aren’t done; they get convoluted. This is a middle class value on love, unattainable.

Polybius sets the scene for the upcoming second Punic show down, or rematch for larger stakes than Sicily, by showing how diplomatic Rome is, to better prepare for war: Subdue Gaul, Help across the Adriatic the merchants oppressed by pirates and enabled brigand privateers; for which Polybius references Rome’s naval prowess, for what was intentionally a training naval expedition, sending 200 ships, upon a waterway, whose greatest powers, had few more than twenty ships. How they made a peace treaty with the Carthaginians, regarding rivers, beyond which no armed men from the other side, allowed.

Polybius talks about events in Greece, right before the second punic war, a nature of Greek war, between the Achean League and a Spartan King, demonstrating relations between Macedonia and Greece; which Polybius thinks is important enough to include in his classical contextualization of History with the inner rings of world history. Thus you see a fissure of Greek Spirit, as well, as if the rumblings of one world refracted off the horizon beyond the Adriatic.

Yet it is easy to liken The Second Punic War to George Bush’s Iraq war; in that everyone in Carthage, and most of the reasoning world, was for leaving the Roman Republic and Iraq, as alone as it was; But Hannibal, was Texan, rounding up support and pride to invade the evil flaunting roman republic, whose diplomacy consists in keeping us, from truly controlling Sicily, or Iraq, even though we have the far superior navy. No one could stand up to George W Bush, and no one could stand up to Hannibal. They both claimed the ventures cause pride. They both had fathers who were presidents of their country, and they both singlehandedly brought this venture to war to the fore, when more pivotal challenges lay elsewhere, ignored. The difference, though, between Saddam Hussein and The Roman Republic, was that the Roman Republic saw this coming. As soon as Hannibal’s inherent hostility violated a technicality of the peace treaty, Rome told the Carthaginian Senate, to hand over Hannibal, and a little money; and we are at peace. Hannibal, like GWB, was too powerful to just hand over. Never the less, this is as fine a sense of the art of roman diplomacy seen, consistent with saving the Adriatic, pacifying Gall, and seeking peace with Carthage, tho there is some contradiction there. Saving the Adriatic, and pacifying gaul, makes more sense preparing for war with carthage, than anything in its own right. And still, this peace offering, of peace for Hannibal, and a little gold and silver, does on the outset seem peaceful, with something tough backing it up, you don’t want to mess with.

And yet the cult of personality, is what was behind this war; whereas the fight of personalities between Saddam, and W, really both men lacked genius and considered third or fourth class officials, perhaps, as stories goes; whereas the cultural difference between Carthage and Rome, were values at odds, and in a most problematic way. Hannibal hated Rome, perhaps because it defeated his father; like W.

Back then, through city state tradition of Hellene I believe, there was some international policy, and enough small states, so that a popular leader on the outs with his native land, would logically be hired and feted by another competing land; as Spartan Kings advised Persian Imperialists; without seeming beyond the pale of political character at all; rather as within the pale of logically uniting political interests, and showing a whole world capable of getting along, even as war breaks out within it.

Thus, when Hannibal’s war had brought Rome to the brink of carthage’s wars, after 17 years of scaring Italy and Gall, Hannibal conveniently retired as the guest of some island tyrant, who too, was going through a questioning of allegiances to Greek, or Rome or Carthage. And there is a famous story here, that Hannibal entrusts the king, saying when he was twelve, he put his hand on the shoulder of the victim about to be sacrificed, though I am not sure about the shoulder, and swore his allegiance to fight Rome until his death. This impressed the king; but what is psychologically greek about this story, is the light it shines on the consciousness that back then, sacrifice of human victims, was natural logic, back then. Thus Chrisitainity’s concentration of sacrifice in one real man, coupled with more submission to History, to what History, or Greek Creators want, is exactly what the transition of classical time to today, was about; power placed in History, Sacrifice covert, under the cover of individuality, the amiguos superiority of material comfort, and also, less physical health.

Carthaginian images are similar to Roman Republic Images, except in light brown. Carthage leading men had gravitas. Othello, a bit what they are all like. Their names all start with ‘H”. Hansrubal, Hannibal, Hamilcar: They are heridotory, like the republic. They treat war somberly, like the Romans, and hang black flags on their walls to honor their fallen soldiers; rather than politicizing the war dead, as Pericles and ? did in Athens; in light of Carthage, the loss of soldiers, immoral, and Athenian patriotism through eulogy of war dead, questionably warlike and effective, and making Rome, a compensation for Greek impetuity, and galls, for their uptightness. One old wise Cathaginian Senator makes a famous plea to avoid war, that image of he old man against war against images of Rome’s ambiguous peace treaty, to give it time to prepare for war, like Stalin, buying Time, with Hitler. Hannibal may be seen in Roman History, as an impetuos, if strong twit, wasting precious resource upon unnecessary violence, and Rome’s suppression of such invasion, moral, even as Hannibal’s spirit converted Italian towns with ease. One could characterize it as the ambiguous morality of Rome, versus the ambiguous gravitas of Carthage. The diplomatic determination of Rome, versus, the impetuos and charismatic order of Carthaginian appeal. In today’s world you might practice for turning brown for tomorrow’s with gravitas. The Roman army, and Carthaginian Navy, the Roman Diplomatic Order, and Carthaginian Wisdom.

***************************************************************************************************

It seems the tribal system, north of the equator, conspired for a few to achieve hereafter life in the mind. And the Greeks submission to historical examination, resulted in more than a few; who then have a control, and say, in History. As we look for a translation of betrayal, into mind, one sees a cold bluey saucer like sphere, evoking Jupiter and the cold distance, justifying betrayal; whose absecence surely links well to others. And we try to grow ourselves by rearranging out scales; a cold glimpse, then warm feeling.

The clues and feelings to Greece, can include, pagan “homosexuality” excessive codification or complexity of the simple, crime, as opposed to successful war, a corrupt party of the people, perversions of democracy and assembly, perhaps excessive education or community regulation? Separation of power from people, Idolization of what is wrong, claims of greatness towards what really isn’t.

In terms of power, the less known by History, the out of scenes, and thus more able to power, though the nature of government of heaven so unknown, we may imagine have greater benefits if such is possible in the absence requisite for this scenario. Thus the galls lost in their marching along the Adriatic to northwestern Greece and their famed Achean League; yet second rate powers have to be respected in what balance, justifies what respectability and grace; for the greeks were not graceful, but sophisticated, trained, or coerced, depraved, or enabled wrong.

Polybius writes, “The Carthaginians bitterly resented their defeat in the war for Sicily…and they were further provoked by the affair in Sardinia, and the indemnity they were required to pay.”….”After they had subdued the greater part of Spain, they were ready to seize any opportunity for retaliation against Rome.” Upon the choice of Hannibal as General, of Spain, Hannibal, tackled the leading tribe of Spain, and all the other tribes, bowed down before him and gave tribute; which Hannibal then wisely passed on to his soldiers, as they passed that winter in New Carthage.

However, as that generousity had his soldiers love him, the farther tribes, and submissive tribes, as tribes do, rallied round against Hannibal and Carthage, the following Spring. Larger cities, weren’t as easy to subdue and had to be sieged. Yet, as a few gave him chase, he pivoted on a river with elephants, the barbarian tribes failed the water, and he chased over a hundred thousand of them north, forever scared to come south and harass him, again. Sagentum, was the crucible town, Rome dominated, whose taking, Hannibal knew, would provoke Rome; so he planned cautiously for this.

Rome, purposefully encouraging war of not, ignored the continuos envoys from Sagentum, and their reports of growing Carthaginian power, yet when Hannibal returned to New Carthage, the new capital of Spain and further Spain, he found a Roman delegation there, asking him to keep his hands off Sagentum. Hannibal rose to the implicit threat of these envoys, claiming to represent the true Sagentum people, who had lost a few of their leading men, thanks to corrupt Roman arbitration of a conflict. “The Carthaginians, he warned them, would not overlook this treacherous act of seizure, for it was an ancestral tradition of their to take up the cause of victims of injustice” Rome portrayed itself officially this way, in clearing the Adriatic of privateers, standing for government as allowing free trade. “At the same time, he sent home to Carthage asking for instructions on how to act in view of the fact that the Sanguntines, were relying on their alliance with Rome to commit wrongs against some of the peoples who were subject to Carthage”

Polybius makes several points, here. 1) Realizing Hannibal was not speaking honestly, they sailed to carthage to entreat the senate to avoid war. 2) The Romans expected the war to be fought off Sangentum, not in Italy 3) If Hannibal had just said, the Carthaginians just want Sangentum, and a remittance of their debt incurred when at a disadvantage, the Romans would have had something honest to stick their teeth into and deal with; by not even being real, the statesman Polybius, says the Hannibal condemned his lot to war. For frankness and honesty may avoid war, as lying and lack of good faith, and false pretext, ensure war.

Rainbow rappin America’s Dream

January 20, 2013

Now, some people know this, others don’t: The rainbow family of living light, has a long standing, decree, discouraging alcohol at the 2 week gatherings in different national forests, warm months. I say this is because marijuana merchants, consistent with sacrament promotion, consistently confuse alcohol as a competing market-infringing product, and have influenced so, the wax mind of the rainbow. The grower, being of more material comfort, is disposed to the symbiosis.

The natural law, tribes seek, as opposed to codification; understands the principle of not depriving others of rights. United States Section Code Title 42 Section 1983, says as much; that people are liable, if they deprive others of rights, especially through color of codification; Thus the rainbow, “discourages”; adhering to the principle, that rights and liberty, are confined to not hurting others; certainly one drinking alone quietly is not harmful to others. An analogy:  the way one’s use of one’s own property, isn’t really hurting others. Yet large loud parties, do harm neighbors; as does abusive behavior. And one person or corporation, building on many properties, for many people, in the same way, harms all, in 0f the way merely being concerned about yourself, doesn’t harm others. As a tribe, the rainbow is about people not getting hurt. In the old times, there were tribal, and are, tribal lands. They shouldn’t be called reservations, but tribal land.

There is a violated natural law with the decree, Rap 107. First of all, here is an example of some of the raps.

“Rainbow Gathering E-Text Miniature Manual – Page 1 (of 6)

Welcome Home!

The Rainbow Family of Living Light welcomes you to our family gathering. A place where people co operate not compete.

Each year the family holds the Gathering of the Tribes, a totally Free non-commercial sharing of our lives and sacred hearts, in the Cathedral of Nature for the healing of the earth.

There is no authoritarian hierarchy here. It works because each of us takes the responsibility to make it work. Part of that responsibility is a pledge we keep to each other :

  • we pledge to respect and care for each other in all things
  • we pledge to drop all forms of violence in our relations with each other
  • we pledge to deal with each other up front and with open hearts.

FOCUSED MAGIC

Technology

Recent councils have reaffirmed original consensus that the gathering of the tribes is intended as an opportunity to experiment with different ways of living. For this reason and others we ask that firearms, radios, tape decks, electric lights, sound amplification equipment, chainsaws, and power tools be left at home. All vehicles stop at the parking lot or bus village.

Dis-Organization

Beware of people who say things like, “I’m in charge!” We are All leaders of the rainbow. The dishes get done and crappers get dug because We see to it personally.”

Then it goes on, ”

Main Gate

When you volunteer for main gate you get to see it all come in. Parking crew keeps the roads open and gate crew greets the world with hugs and info. Main gate is where new gatherers first see RAP 107 (Read and Heed!). All weapons and alcoholic beverages stop here. All forms of intoxication can be harmful to the spirit of our gathering. Main gate is where newcomers learn that, in terms of ideas, they are about to enter “Liberated Territory”.

Kitchens

Once you have helped a silent forest glade become a bustling volunteer kitchen that serves thousands of nutritious Free meals and becomes a silent glade again you will know what they mean when someone tells you magic did it! Each person needs their Own cup, bowl, and spoon. Wash buckets, including a bleach dip prevents the spread of disease.

CALM/MASH

Center for Alternative Living Medicine. In this wounded world many of our family come to the gathering in need of healing. CALM provides free health care, healing workshops, a woman’s center, an herbal apothecary, and counseling to all in need. Look for the large tents. Healers of all kinds are invited to join the staff!

THINGS TO BRING TO A GATHERING

Normal camping stuff (this varies depending on “how” you camp):

  • Sleeping bag/hammock, blanket, tent/tarp, toilet paper/paper towels.
  • Check the weather: rain gear, appropriate clothes, etc…
  • PLATE, CUP or BOWL, and SPOON: this will be your food dish. You will eat out of it so this is VERY IMPORTANT. Biodegradeable soaps and stuff.
  • WATER, WATER, WATER, and more WATER: Drinkable water is a very precious comodity. If you can hike some in… or bring some to the lot and ask for some help to hike it you will make many people happy. Pretty much all you get to drink at Rainbow gatherings is water coffee and tea. If you don’t like coffee or tea, you may want to bring powdered drink mix (with the sugar already added).
  • Sweets (especially chocolate).
  • Fruits and Vegetables. Bring extra if you can to donate to the kitchens.
  • Tools if you can (i.e. knife, axe, saw) There will always be firewood that needs cuttin’.
  • Musical instruments (non-electrical)
  • Poetry

!!! DO NOT BRING !!!

Alcohol: Near the parking area there is a place called

“A-camp”. Rainbow says We love the alcoholic, but not the alcohol.” Personalities change on alcohol (and hard drugs). Sometimes people can’t control themselves as well. Therefore you are respectfully asked to leave the alcohol in A-camp when you hike in to the main gathering space.

  • Aggressive dogs
  • Bad attitudes
  • Hard drugs: Rainbow discourages the use of hard drugs of any kind. Rainbow also discourages the ABUSE of any drugs of any kind.
  • Radios: Also more welcome in A-camp.
  • Guns: Never really welcomed at a gathering.

Please understand that all of these suggestions are “agreed” upon by consensus. No one is specificaly bound to these

decisions. You are asked however to respect the space of others and the rights of those who _did_ agree to consensus.

With thanks to the hundreds of contributors who wrote this book.

Rainbow Gathering E-Text Miniature Manual – Page 6 (of 6)

This Rainbow Mini-Manual is intended to introduce newcomers to the basic technique of “Gathering”. It Does Not represent the last word on any subject! The contents of this booklet are designed to “Evolve” with the family and not to become any form of “bible”. We can do this by basing its contents on the consensus of our councils and by changing those contents as the consensus changes.

——————————————————————————————–

There is also this following, which specifically, discourages alcohol, but only discourages, saying nothing, the mini manual says, about no alcohol getting past front gate. This discouragement tone, is generally what is referenced.

Our power together is many times our power separated.

Enjoy the Rainbow with an open heart and you will see the Vision.

So you see there is an explicit discouragement of alcohol. This disturbs some people. The problem is that no reasons are given for the policies; And no citable recourse exists other than changing consensus in tens of councils.  Not to say discouraging alcohol is a bad coda either. And the rainbows do circle and consensus every day; Yet like our own Constitution, there is no explanation why this is desired, its purpose, or what the alternative is and was? People don’t understand the alternative was a looser knit confederacy of states; people don’t know exactly what the official point is? The real reason for the federal constitution was the alternative of a looser knitted confederacy of states, was more prone to conflict, between, and without. (according to the federalist papers). What is the real reason for discouraging alcohol? Is there one?

Secondly, as there is no real recourse current to change constitutions; as a tribes constitution be what they go forth and through; so what is the recourse, to discuss the rap, in the rap section of the rainbow guide, which primarily lists address of rainbows in most states people can stay with passing through, or network an area with? Even the consensus of one circle, can not speak for such broad overarching effective guidelines. Each rainbow council in each of the thirteen regions, each rainbow potluck council, which for instance both New York City and Philadelphia offer once a month, would have to consensus to the same consensus; The Rainbows do not believe in voting, but unaminious consensus. Each has veto power. It takes just one, to stymie the intentions of many.

Likewise who can stand up to the constitution, why did one generation, have the power to legislate for many generations? Shouldn’t there be frequent and several constitutional conventions? Shouldn’t the Constitutional Preamble prefer, we the states, rather than we, the people, insofar the states are natural able forms to check the federal government, not people. Thus both organization, ideals, lack the forms to change themselves, as it stands now.

Now if the reason to discourage alcohol is alcoholism, certainly the alcoholic, is a sorry and destructive agent. Yet we live in an absurd bad world. School, Marriage, The Economy, are likewise destructive agents. No one stands up to the latter. Do people have the capacity for this? Yes people are responsible for their good and bad decisions; and the sicker individuals, take less responsibility for their bad actions; but we can all agree, we control what we do, both good and bad; and yet we can not say we control ourselves regarding School, Marriage, The Economy, or even critically scrutinize them: How can we then expect the alcoholic to scrutinize his behavior?

And yet, if the case is alcoholism, Serenity Tribe, Wharf Rats, have cared about these matters, and have structures to treat alcoholism, and that would be the sole concern.

And yet if the reason is no loud stupid parties, then the guideline would tend to discourage hosting large and or loud campfires and sites;  This would naturally invoke Shanti Sena, as would the daily circles that consensus on such issues; in which case, our form, is basically daily circles dealing with proximate issues, in favor of one time laws, we all favor and promote, without critically refracting. With a more liberal nexus, Shanti Sena would be a broader and more active form; yet there is to be said, that that might be a good thing, and lead to more proactive reform adjunct.

Likewise we have to ask, why do we have a system of police, in America, when Rainbows have the shanti sena system. The Shanti Cena system, is when one person has a problem or issue turning unpleasant, if they yell out, “Shanta Sena” then all around who hear those words, are obligated to come round and help sort out the controversy, or at least look around and make sure others are gathering forth. This translation into American, as the rainbow community is in national forests has to do with establishing each neighborhood with a grid, whereas a person in distress, hits a button compelling, through corresponding communication transmission, people in the surrounding houses, to organize and come by, like ripples where each ripple communicates with further ripples.

By involving, morally at least, all the people, this system would not enable crime hiding behind law enforcement, judges, as too many people would be involved. These rights are protected in USC 1983. Yet they would also be protected by daily circles of people consensus.

The mini manual, which is much stricter and vitally adamant about front gate and A-camp, was written in 1989.  This was before regionals were popular. Rap 107, which comes later, and quietly discourages alchol, only, reflects a mellower, less “militant” Spirit of the Gatherings, in an age where there have been over 6 2 week gatherings a year, as oppossed to the rainbow of the seventies and eighties, prone merely to 1 large July Gathering, usually in the rockies.

Blaming the influence of pot peddlers for this dispositive concern, even while no money is allowed to be exchanged at the gathering, (aside from donations to the magic hat sometimes passed around the evening circling meal, which is generally used to buy food to be cooked for all, and ocassionally medical supplies, and if rarely necessary, water or water pipes; stems from a summary dispostion positing a marijuanna sacrament, procured so; has come with a corresponding, and juvenile, abusive-alcohol approach. ;

To protect ourselves under USC 1983 title 42, not that rainbows are one for big government, liking to think together; any claims must be dominated, by the fact that such claim is founded due to law or understanding, even while maintaining, that this understanding, being not of federal or state government still constitutes what is meant by “under the cover of law” in sec 1983. And maintain that the claim of deprivations, deprives one of a basic or common right; which the denial of not the loud or obnxious, but privacy and private behavior.

“Prima Facie Case” To establish a prima facie case under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiffs must allege two elements: (1) the action occurred “under color of law” and 2) the action is a deprivation of a constitutional right or a federal statutory right. The first element, discussed in Chapter 2, infra, involves a fact specific inquiry wherein the court must examine the relationship betweenthe challenged action and the government.

                                                                                      Introduction to Constitutional Torts Litigation

Title 42, § 1983 of the U.S. Code provides a mechanism for seeking redress for an alleged deprivation of a litigant’s federal constitutional and federal statutory rights by persons acting under color of state law. Section 1983 reads as follows:

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation,

custom, or usage, of any state or territory, subjects, or causes to be subjected,

any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction

thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities

secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party

injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding

for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer

for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive

relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated

or declaratory relief was unavailable.

Litigating under this statute is complex. Through the years, the Supreme Court has been able to interpret the terms “person,” “under color of law,” “subjects, or causes to be subjected,” and “and laws.” However, the statute “provides little or no guidance regarding important subjectssuch as the measure of damages, availability of punitive damages, requirements for equitable relief, statute of limitations, survival of claims, proper parties, and immunities from suit.” In an attempt to resolve these issues, the Court has taken steps to examine congressional intent, common-law practices, policy concerns, federalism issues, and comity problems.

                                                                                                                 History

Congress passed 42 U.S.C. § 1983 in 1871 as section 1 of the “Ku Klux Klan Act.” The statute did not emerge as a tool for checking the abuse bystate officials, however, until 1961, when the Supreme Court decided Monroe v. Pape.  In Monroe, the Court articulated three purposes for passage of the statute: (1) “to override certain kinds of state laws”; (2) to provide “a remedy where state law was inadequate”; and (3) to provide “a federal remedy where the state remedy, though adequate in theory, was not available in practice.”

The Monroe Court resolved two important issues that allowed 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to become a powerful statute for enforcing rights securedby the Fourteenth Amendment. First, it held that actions taken by stategovernmental officials, even if contrary to state law, were neverthelessactions taken “under color of law.” Second, the Court held that injured individuals have a federal remedy under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 even if the officials’ actions also violated state law. In short, the statute was intended to provide a supplemental remedy. The federal forum was necessary to vindicate federal rights because, according to Congress in 1871, state courts could not protect Fourteenth Amendment rights because of their “prejudice, passion, neglect, [and] intolerance.”

With Monroe opening the door to the federal courthouse, constitutional litigation against state officials developed. Later, plaintiffs seeking monetary damages sued not only state officials but began to sue cities and counties as well. They also sought prospective injunctive relief againststate officials. Ultimately, the federal court became the place to reform Jurisdiction. Two jurisdictional statutes apply to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 litigation in federal court: 28 U.S.C. § 1343(a)(3), the jurisdictional counterpart of 42 U.S.C.§ 1983; and 28 U.S.C. § 1331,  the general federal question statute. Of the two statutes, § 1331 provides for more expansive jurisdiction because it affords jurisdiction in cases raising a federal question. In contrast,§ 1343(a)(3) limits federal jurisdiction to suits involving “equal rights.” Neither statute sets an amount that must be in controversy for jurisdiction to attach. With jurisdiction over federal claims, many federal courts in 42 U.S.C.§ 1983 suits also have jurisdiction to adjudicate state law claims that arise out of “a common nucleus of operative fact.” Formerly known as ancillaryand pendent jurisdiction, supplemental jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C.§ 1367 permits both pendent claim and pendent party jurisdiction.9 28 U.S.C. § 1367 changed “the preexisting law in that it makes supplemental jurisdiction mandatory, not discretionary.

This last is the real effect of 83, mandatory trial. So often crookedness dismisses.

In the mini manual of 1989 before the monthly regionals became popular, a movement which made things less uptight, the reason for the outright ban of alcohol is alcohol impedes the apprehension of ideas. That is ridiculous. You dont want parties, you dont want alcoholics, you feel an animus to all drinking of babylon that doesnt right the ship, but you dont want the drinking in the parking lot. Thats ridiculous. They can drink anytime.  Rainbow is Gathering time, is for a reason.

In Rap 107 which is more quoted and referenced than the mini-manual, which is alluded to, alcohol is merely discouraged, and thats the general standard. Anything else results in stupid drinking in the parking lot as a party, and unnecessarily uptight atmosphere in the woods. IT is worth mentioning, an assumption rainbows are more socialized than anyone anywhere else, is a false assumption. The woods can be packed with rudeness. The therapy is working through this, and appyling such wisdon to your own life effectively.

right to judge, judiciary, simple discovery, there or not, adult or cover crime, deprived under the law of the judicial article of the constitution, under laws or understandings restricting oversight of the judiciary; folly ignorance of simple principle powerful criminals have the means to hide behind, laws and Judges, should protection of rights be doled out for a few delegated to participate in the protection agency; rather than alternative invovlving civic responsibility, structure more oversight, people come together; yet kingdom of god, controlled to ignorance fact lie. Summary judgement so violates, that it is 1983, liability, fed court, pretrial conference see quote. Monroe Papp 1961= overrule law, mandates remedy through state or feds. Maintains officials even violating  law = empowered by color of law.

In this sense declaratory relief unavailable and therefore qualitifies for undismissive quality

A Critical Approach to Section

Druids, Galls, and Plebes

December 26, 2012

Let’s depart from the notion there is something ubiquitous or divine about our Judiciary; by comparing it with judicial practice among the tribes of Europe in the millennium before Jesus Christ. The importance and relevance of History may be; to change our cultural institutions, we need historical perspective for vital relativity.

Now, the following information, on Gallic and Germanic Tribes, from Italy to the sea north of Germany, is gleamed from Julius Caesar’s Account of his Gallic campaigns, whereas Governor of Gall, he was incumbent to disputes and peace, so on a ten year campaign there he was, also keeping a book about it.

He described the Germanic System of Justice, as Druid based. There are three distinctions between Germanic Tribal Life, and a Constitutional Republic, herein, that there were a class of wealthy and hereditary knights, who made laws, and led laws; and then, a class of druid-educated druids, who became a life-long occupation, accepted at age 20, into a spiritual-justice division of Society, raised then, and educated, 20 years, until a master-druid at 40, for another 20 years. The third distinction, is that in tribal life, where each tribe had a large county, or several, the system was such, that one spent the one year in agriculture, and the next one in the military and so on; And also that one’s agricultural years, were generally in different places each time; moving around was a good, an elemental part of mutually benefitting pagan tribal society.

But there are a few more things that can be said here, as well as may be derived from this information. For one thing, in pagan times, sacrifice to palpable phenomena like Diana the Moon, or Vulcan the Fire; as such, the wars, the aloof upper class knights led, may equal a sacrifice engineered by and through their ancestor gods, in understanding the pagan universe; whereas Druids, judging with spirituality, conflicts of states, and individual’s, with degrees of power stemming from Druid Conduct, were also looking for human sacrifice, the pretext, thereof, a part of pagan practice, the secret of the west has taken away, and placed, just as covertly, in military and judicial apparatus; whereby, in the sense our judges are life-long, so were the druids; and as the druids cast in a net seeking sacrifice, so is our judicial system cast. The critical difference being that in classical times, while classifying Justice, with The Spiritual, and Truth, of some knowledge of Tribes being run by their own in Heaven, or the state of human being, in soothe, like some kingdom of god, Justice itself was focused on, but punishments perhaps routinely more severe.

Now to the south of the Germanic Tribes, across the Rhine, and into Switzerland and northern Italy were the notorious Galls, in some ways, the polar opposite of the regimented German. For instance, the Germans had a law promoting a sex age of 21, the galls, had a gambling streak, that led to people betting themselves, and Caesar himself noted, nothing could spread a rumor, like the galls. At the same time, they were long-haired large boned mountainous people, who were the only ones ever to siege and sack the Roman Republic.

Their system of Justice: They had knights and legislative leaders, but they despised the hereditary and desired a system by merit. (In this way they had a very impetuous, Grecian streak) Likewise, Conflicts, or Disputes, were desirable fodder for remedy by ambitious galls seeking to amplify their leadership; to have helped more people, and have more people helping them; and remain popular with such leadership. For leadership was no long term deal; upon unpopularity, others leaders, swiftly recoursed to. This was another notable impetuos streak, of swiftly expressing dissatisfaction and demanding someone else, they could thus ratify better. Back then, the people spoke, through their representative leadership, through public ratifications, or rejections, of proposed legislation.

Thus Justice and conflict resolution was ambitiously treated in Gallic Society, and the people could see who to turn to, how they are considered; The Gallic Towns, usually had circles, councils, that invited roughly half the people to, a mandatory large quorum for ayes and nays, of ratification of foreign issue, and dealing with current daily local issue.  Likewise, anyone who wanted to attend the councils, or circles, was welcome. From here, we may also surmise, tribal associations handled Justice as well, and the quest for leadership, among more public controversies, that might test larger limits, of metaphysical, historical relation.

To relate Gallic Society to the American Judiciary would be very interesting, and demonstrate a palpable Gallic streak in America, I discern. Whereby, one would end judges, and replace them with a competition among lawyers at conflict resolutions, whereas conflicts resolved by lawyers, were shared with the people and judged popular or not; thus the popular conflict resolvers could keep going, and unpopular ones, not ratified, and new people given opportunity

This briefer duration of Service, would ensure more having had judicial temperament and opportunity to do well. It would provide more openings for conflict resolution, as more lawyers could be called upon to work things out in correspondence to a popular ratification. Likewise, making of public interest, and conflict resolution a popular concern, there is a certain activity of rationality, exercising the Gallic mind.

The Gallic and Germanic Tribes had similar and different Gods and Goddesses. They had intermediaries between the physical, and pagan universe of tribal members in Heaven, who represented the tribe in Heaven. Atheism was not a presupposed basis for Justice.

In the roman republic, for centuries, there was no justice system. Then, for folly and corruption, the soldiers of the army went on strike, and famously camped on a hill, refusing to return unless offices of Tribunes, were created, specifically aimed at, with powers to punish, those of the legislative and  executive branch, who were Patricians only; Thus the Tribunes more naturally Plebes only. Thus class collusion was addressed head on, in a discussion of Justice, and, we must note, this justice system, through ten tribunes, though the numbers varied, was more a check against the legislative and executive branch, than Justice among Individuals, still probably handled in tribal association, as one of Rome, was one of thirty tribes, each of with, some tribal lands. America’s destiny, lacked European tribal association and practice. The Druid had a capacity to exert a weight and check upon the Senate and Knight. Yet there is a great discrepancy between a historical, and spiritual account of Gall. The Historical and Spiritual world are kept quite separate, with their own agenda’s and goals, yet these are more metaphysical, than we might be led to believe. While the Roman Republic, by law, liscenced almost all religions, and promoted many holiday tributes to Jupiter, and Mithras and most of all Mars; can we say the religious spiritual impulse, was tended most within the tribe, and the Roman Republic, outside that tribe, even while commanding it?

The tribune, like the democrat, was raised in the interest of the people against a corrupt upper class, and yet, like judges today, swiftly corrupted, and unfit to advance the people, except in rare prosecutions of outrageous upper class leaders. The ideals of the Tribunal system, such as more agriculture, less war, perhaps, more Tribal input, were swiftly compromised in class war grounded in property redistribution, rather than lower common denominators.

How this compromise, is this; in the more legal, lawful, and stately world of the republican roman tribes, this codification increasingly and purposefully usurped tribal council, and popular means and expressions (till fragmented to this day). With this system, of law, the criminal could hide behind a legal system, by controlling judges. This is a problem with life-long appointment. Judges then, subjugated people, subjugated profession, by very elements Justice, swore against. But then to take it one step further; why has this not come out? The initiation of reform, by the judicial element, or for the experience of lawyers, and journalistic expression? That makes no sense either; how such constitutional structure, must come with its own element of crime: Impunity upon Humanity: How could ye hide so long? If judges and lawyers have a story to tell, how far back can it go? At some point, while the oppressed are imagined, perhaps seen, the oppressors are hidden, and hard to imagine. Are they real, or Chimeras? Can we gain control and stop the situation?

Therefore it is God. God controls everyone, everything, even the very absence of this information:  Because God is imposing a totalitarian system upon our Society; a historical. Meta-physical ,condign, extra-tight, with complicity of our very own ancestors, long looking after us, to this, so: And to take this one step forward,  the metaphysic, or historical creation; every crime and prisoner, controlled by God, the willer of all things, including the design of Individualism: As the judiciary be a form for covert sacrifice, as ancient societies were open about such terrifying aspect. Thus to solve crime, the causes of crime, is a break from a duplicitous system of Sacrifice, as much as a step to Justice, Truth, Metaphysic, Safety.

The problem at the moment, being the acceptance, they are, people are, controlled by God; can that be accepted? And if it is, where does it take us? Is there some rearrangement of Society? Is a spiritual context possible in today’s courts? What if the Kingdom of God is shown in a hearing?

This is what totalitarianism is. Everyone is controlled by God, little, or nothing, is let loose. Totalitarianism is a communion with a heaven that ultimately is in charge of its descendants upon earth. Justice, to be called Justice, must at least be aware, of separate distinctions, of Truth, of Deceit.

At this rate, our top leaders are being metaphysically controlled. By extension, it is hard to think outside of media psychic projection. You have to ask whether this control, of Judges, Tribunes, Leaders, Criminals, is strictly higher power, or mind-control steps are involved, as postulated by people like David Icke, who said, Princess Diana’s Death, was a sacrifice to Diana, as the tunnel was an old place of sacrifice to Diana, and she was kept 95 minutes in the tunnel, after the crash. David Icke talked about how her body guard chauffeur was under mind controll, in order to behave and change a few little things he did.

More grounding is the notion, with our top leaders, controlled, if we are aware of that, what will happen, can we be aware of it enough to change it? To take this investigation farther, let us ask ourselves, “Do people seem programmed?” In general, presidential candidates, presidents, people? And the answer, by me, definitively is yes, people definetely do seem programmed, in particular and in general. So then we have to ask ourselves, how are they programmed. And if we are realistically to  think about this  sort of thing, programming must occur through something more powerful than the people, operating through a mind that operates people, through microscopic, or wide funnel, through someone willing such what  happens, through an impression on general mind, tight in controll, and sufficient to dictate and govern, desired behavior, speech, assumptions.

This mind-control is heavy impressioning my mind. Might we conceive of a different representation of human beings in pagan times, a more honest impression upon mind, a greater communion with the ancestors looking over us, a greater visibility to darkness of the night sky? The metaphysical relation, between Tribe, Ancestor, and other Powers, must be reestablished, though it can be said to have never ceased, merely, totalitarianly, kept from this domain. Simply, being able to see this, is where change should start; a unification of mind, on earth, insofar it takes, in examination, of what they called, Spades.

Future memoranda: memo1, the true state, the “state” the artificial imposing state, upon the human, is the state of the beings; from there, we get political states. Memo 2) Is this why we have judges; does metaphysic, (that we are this way, what can we do?) go to the role of whose entrusted with it? And are judges entrusted with it? Can anyone be entrusted with it?

One mistake I made in this essay: Roman Republic Class War, (the first 600 years) was nothing compared to the Greek Class war. Roman class war is like the rich have to let the poor decide whether they will support the romans or carthoginians. Roman class war is like will the girl  choose the rich guy or the poor guy? Roman class war is eternally demanding redistribution of land. Greek class war is like, the poor slaughter all the rich. The Rich execute all the poor leaders,

Republicans are from Rome (Republic), Democrats, Athens (Greece).

September 11, 2012

Republicans are like Ancient Rome. Democrats, like ancient Greece. When I say “Rome” I mean the Republic that from 840BC to 40BC or so, yearly, spread its hegemony further through Italy and the Farther World. I do not mean “The Empire”, that came after, I mean “The Republic”, that consolidated areas into a representative federal democracy, that made allowance for tribal input; as Rome expanded into counties ruled by various Tribes.

How are Democratic culture is embodied in Grecian Culture, who would think? What I mean is what is the science connecting the cultural phenonoma of America’s political parties, with qualities renditions of history tell about Greece and Rome. How does this cultural anthropological song go? The Roman Tradition became conservative Republicanism, and the athens legacy somehow coagulated with democracy, democrats everywhere, certainly in Amerrica. It’s a cultural association, phenonoma, immaterial, yet true. that What is the cultural origination of Republican Psychology in Roman views and attitudes? And yet it is true. (Like Prometheus giving fire to humans), a Greek Image,  awkwardly told as Prometheus’s gizzards then being ripped out by a vulture each afternoon, as punishment from the Gods, for illuminating Humans. Yet it is quite the opposite in reality, one gives  wisdom to the humans often, and it rips the heart out daily that that knowledge isn’t used, or wisdom, applied. Thus the Greeks, as do the Democrats, whatever their ideal and purpose, demonstrate, outstandingly, bad form. When I say ancient Greeks, I mean most, Athenians. On the other hand, perhaps wisdom is not applied for fear wise people will be punished for it. Yet here we have two more democratic party precepts;  1) The threat of violence upon the good, ressurected in later age by the catholic cross; this explains the effete liberalism of democratic congress; as a product of fear and intimidation; even the psychologyof the image of losing to Repubican officials in a physical fight. 2) The chaotic and wide-ranging, to put it mildly, free-association exploration through these words, evinces the democratic muddled foraging at night style of the democratic party up against the literal guns of the republicans and prone to panic, and deserting; You see the deserter in Gore’s not contesting 2000; In their lack of pride, of Carter and Mondale; in their stodgy clinging to an American Dream, they ignore the promotion of the morally ambiguos part to The American Dream, that the people want; They ignore what the people want, and why shouldn’t they? There are no tribes or collecctions of The People big enough to even stand up to them exxcept maybe the states. Whereas the Roman analysis is a little more stanzed, you know, hymnal-like, coupled with morality, and recognition of the very moral ambiguity that escapes the greeks reverence of fine art, for example. Art to the Roman, was to please the god, if not the god themselves; The Gods support was necessary for there to be good times, It’s that  simple; Whereas Greek art was valuable, and reflective of wealth, and a crude idolization of The Human Skill.

Look at it this way; The Greeks were the height of liberalism. Rightfully revered for memorializing the process of peaceful assembly making decisions among its citizens, and rightfully regarded for not being nearly as imperialistic as Rome, and being distinctively and often divided into distinct small regions of Hegemony; According to Plato, Athenian Greek Culture, promoted, and never protested, Pederasty. Most of the people at Plato’s parties, where Socratic Dialogues were recorded or reconstructed, had a young male lover. That is why, even as Homosexuality was more normal in Athens and Ancient Greece, there was never a clamoring for Marriage, because often it was done, with those much younger, and claimed as a good influence, and positive experience, with people already teen-agers.

This utter lucidicriousness, a society such, yet liberalism never stands up to bad morals so well. The democrats can’t take a stand against prostitution, think sex is easy, marriage unambiguous, they don’t understand the fundamental real issues, or know what is right. Now this is due to being in History’s  eye. When there is pressure to accept something significant in cultural history, war, homosexuality with much younger males, you are reduced to what history wants to make you.

There is a basic, Republican, and Roman, and I hope American, belief, that it’s not really about laws, it’s about the virtue of the people who fulfill them, Machiavelli said, oppressed people will be much more corrupted, than those blessed by liberty, leaving us to distinguish whether our blemish of corruption, lingers on in correspondence to the corruption of what happened to the Indians. It would seem our corruption lingers on today, from a criminal culture to American politics in the 1800’s, as America became an empire, by taking the whole continent, and such corresponded corruption of officials back East, which has descended to this present age. Thus we are not virtuous enough. The rule is judges must report judges they are suspicious of. That rule was made for a virtuoso people, not a culture whereby all the judges or most of the judges, have been corrupted. And how, is it god, or are there behind the scenes criminals. The Greek is associated with the criminal, the democrat, the criminal, the republican the military industrial complex, the Greeks had elements, of crime, Maine, is the mainland, exempt to reason.

Yet what also warps the Athenians and democrats views, is marriage. The Romans and Republicans are conservative upper class movements, effectively controlling the country through a detached government that largely operates through rich people, or with. They benefit from this country, they may have prestige, and of course they are for this system. The Athenians and Democrats must change this system, to an ideal, consistent with tribal understandings, and a long practiced natural form, of communities putting their heads together, talking about what they want with their time and life, and how to achieve it. This tribal common sense is purposely lost in history, yet it is the way and change to the current system. Yet the democrats and in Athens, did not register this, per se, and embodied a middle class movement, consistent with communist movements, of galvanizing the people through popular deceptive leaders, that never really represent labor, and the ease of working together, tribal understandings, Godly manifestations, but rather, a change in management from the upper to middle class now, the way upper class replaces monarchs, with senates. The middle class can’t be said to produce much, and is much grounded in marriage. Marriage is one of the prime forces that has warped democratic perception of change through local people thinking together, assembling, as a natural inclination and right.

Women, suffering, strong, are like the roman conservative, Greeks are like crazy guys. But the personality one gets of Greeks and Romans, are the exact personalities that are conveyed in toto by Republicans and Democrats. The wax of the mind has an impression struck in it, a brand if you will, by the same branded sign superimposed upon history through Greece and Rome. I guess The Creator reuses some of his resources and materials to create both classical history, and contemporary political parties. How this possible Classical History is came first, and then out of history came this branding iron upon the modern psyche of political parties? But is it true, current events are ruled by history. Decades and centuries go by without any wiggling out of history. The ROMans made friends eventually with the galls who attacked them, upon long conquering them. The Republican Party, secretly, decadently intellectually perhaps, likes the Tea Party. Democrats, and Greeks, don’t have that special simplicity. Athens and Sparta, by Sea and by Land, uniting all against the Persian Attack, went on to fight each other, despite their valiant and consistent triumphs over Persia, whose acclaim may have insured their golden era through the spotlight of that underdog victory.

It may be said our judiciary, is chaotic, seeking leadership, wrong, like the democrats and Greece, hence Plato’s searching for “form”, is merely a search for “grace”.

The thing is while Rome represented a government imposed by history dominated by an upper class, that expanded through warfare every year, Athens represented a government guided by movements of the people. Yet while the upper class led to imperialism as an end of government, quite aways off from the good a good upper class might do; the movements of the people in Athens, were corrupted movements as well. There was a corruption of the people, and a corruption of the wealthy governing. Yet these political hegemonies were imposed upon a background of tribal affiliation and practice, native identity prevailed, there were other organizations with overlapping and independent and allowed realms; today they are imposed on individuals, partly through a constitution binding people, not states. The history of the movement of the people, in The Republic, is very precise; the army went on strike until fundamental change was made. The people left the city of Rome to protest the arrogant policy of the ruling class. Whereas, in Athens, the crowd is often whipped up to an irrational frenzy.

The problem is an honest reckoning, as the pagans and tribes knew, literally had sacrifices to the phenomena and worries, of what later years characterized as a “Satanic” Universe, an unhappy, and sentient universe, operating out of a chaos, jealous of the good earth and its inhabitants, particularly as earth’s inhabitants are marked by life spans and reproduction, where, Universe, by greater eternity and oneness, or undivided life-force.

The basic stock of the people, and democrats know this rings home, is agriculture, and love, gender relations, sex understood as grounded in truth, not lies. I don’t mean to be pessimistic the party can go there, surely, it can and will and has; It’s a close thing to a tribal structure itself, the party, yet co-opted and corrupted; with not true veneration of values. A high quality of life is not a far-fetched value; there are just deeper values requiring expression. Livy’s Rome, while perhaps sporting overall a lower quality of life than the Greeks, is very declarative that agriculture was to some degree a community concern, agriculture, was independent, autonomous, to a degree, and outside the walls of Rome, not to be trampled by soldiers, upon which sustenance depended. Other historians cite the tribal pasture lands. And food was known as the highest commodity. Conquered hegemonies paid in grain. A simple diet, to feed a simple imperialistic people. But there isn’t much reference to farming in Herodotus, say; and Socrates hangs around in a marketplace, trying to show the not truth, around a commercial hub, almost hypocritical, to seek truth, or claim to, where money is passed for food, if you understand, by the kingdom of god, money is an artificial construct. Moreover the Greek diet seems olives and feta cheese, and seafood; arid and rocky, the farm regions are in the center of Greece, around Trial, whereby in the famous climes to the south of Sparta, Athens, Corinth and Thebes, the land is rocky, with steep mountains, requiring step farming, though once cut in, well, you still see them used 3000 years later, suffice, agriculture is rough in southern Greece, rocky and dry, steep, and I can see them walking around eating olives off the trees all day. In that large island conquered by Athens n 480bc, there are orange trees with oranges on them lining many streets. Whereas the agriculture and weather seems nicer for farming in Italy. Athens forced the island to grow lots of pistachios, because Athens was jealous of Aegina’s commerce and economy; which, is a bit prissy and not respectful of economic nature.

The sentient Universe, longer here than earth, primordial as where earth grew up, making claims as to The Life Force-Intelligence, captured within earth, as all around earth, is most jealous, as seeing the key as reproductive ability, the mark of bountiful space; thus the institution of marriage, a false institution disguised to encourage reproduction, ensuring two parents as it can; yet these are no ideals of earth, but consistent upon a perversion of special nature a less perfect universe desires as sacrifice, and sacrifice so, we strictly do, even the universe operates for us.

Thus a more tenable government today would have to deal with sacrifice, amazing as relevant the universe is in Truth, and as sacrifice is thus hard, (for instance, common criminals could be sacrificed, as the shortage of sacrificial people is not hard to imagine)—and therefore, this detached, removed, centralized focus of government and media, as a conduit for sacrificial decisions, is more appropriate than tribal pain-angst. This understanding sees the Kingdom of God, as facilitating sacrifice. It sees Christianity as parcel to a removal of talk of common sacrifice, and leading us as random victims to the reasoning of higher power, vulnerable too; for lack of dealing with the relevance of a miserable universe, whose palpability incumbent on our efforts to sense through and beyond our five material senses.

Thus as marriage, cloaked in sexual ideal or consistent opportunity, is not what it is known for, as the universe nugatory wishes sex and reproductive amplifications; so society is such; and marriage so corrupting upon the democrat and middle class,    that pressure, as to keep the democrats and Athenians from focusing on working together, dealing with all, and changing the way republicans benefit, changing the form of society as separating, to one unifying, standing up to Republicans that way, logically, is beyond the people’s party, as long as the confusion of marriage upon progressive politics.

The thing is, our constitution, by removing power from the people and placing it far away in Washington, creates a situation where criminals thrive, for that rarefied air needs the common sense of the people to regulate it, as that rarefied air is easily corrupted being so far from the wisdom and common sense and incorruptibility of the people.  And yet people today, officials, are extorted and bribed and used to engineer the crime our system may have been made for. And people who know this sort of thing, threatened and intimidated, from coming forward, tens, hundreds of them, and who knows what oppressions are able to hide behind the legal system and be imposed on the people through a combination of criminals and local and such officials? How can this be? Surely those in the know would rise up with reason and the relief of adulthood. People want to live in a world of integrity, or unite naturally to discuss it. Why isn’t this? Because of marriage. To enforce reason, one can’t be in a relationship of unreason. To tell the oppressor to be reasonable, one has to free their domestic partner, otherwise the depth of that, can’t summon the honesty to deal with criminals, that criminals, at least, want, to salvage and make sense of what is hard, crime. A criminal can say to a married man, “well, you know women, though they say they want a relationship, really don’t, and its more integrity to set them free” And there’s no arguing with that. Unless you have integrity in your personal life, you can’t exert reason upon criminal oppression. Thus judges are best single, to reason more clearly, And Hippies, Rainbows and lower classes, that have been through experience, and revered as soldiers to Rome, in their hipness and experience, and valor….are better law enforcement than married people, that people that haven’t seen a lot are not as good as those that have seen suffering, dealt with bad people, not recourse to the law…..

One stands up to the GOP with an awareness of the sophistication and moral ambiguity, and truth, gender relations require, with an affirmation of the blessings of agriculture, and thinking. The Romans and Republicans didn’t demonize God, the Romans honored as many religions as possible, towards securing their stability, licensing almost all religions, limiting some is some understanding or parochial ways. Romans, and Republicans are best stood up to through Truth, through guts and Integrity, through movements of intelligence, not long term structure; for Republics embody long term structure. The ancients firmly understood, a spiritual dimension, osmosis through however culture, made working together.

Of course Lincoln was a Republican, he was holding together the republic, to not let another state create itself, like we did from England. That is a bit like the federal roman policy of expansion predicated upon insults to Rome, insults, often denied, or not clear. Rome glorified and more routinely had war than the Greeks. They also managed war better, and didn’t let it get the best of them, probably because they were so darn near undefeated. America’s Republican Party, comprising its form for consolidating diverse regions, was devised upon the Indians, and constant warfare there, unpublicized as well, unknown as a cause in America History, issued as propaganda, for A Grecian city-state way, not federalism, would not have made tribes and potential allies, go away, imploding from tragedy, or expanding liberally out of disputes between the states then, themselves. Republicanism, has been at the expense of states and tribes; Yet Democrats, while against Republicans seem unaware of this domain, and who could expect such reality on TV, when the reality around us defies common sense, is a pressure system relieving the universe, not something of itself.  The republicanism of today, has no recognition of tribes of any colors, even today, even though we have treaties with sovereign nation Indian reservations, our FBI has increased its assertion of its right to combat crime on the reservations. Look at their website; the contumely of office, to the Indian’s hamlet.

Lincoln republican, expansion, roman, Indians under dem pres, but much worse, why republican equals no states, – equals no tribes, equals much worse, no code of tribes or good rich,

Yet the obligation of citizenry to unjust war or undeemed education is communism; thus freedom defined by absence if war and dictates  upon childhood. The issue very much is who should have built, or will build that road. I remember the debate around 1820, Henry Clay had a plan to improve America by building roads, in particular, one waterway that would stretch from Kentucky to Lake Eerie, or a postal route from Kentucky to Texas, or the cleaning of vegetation from Chesapeake waters;

Who pays for these things? If the fish business, then a sustainability, if the federal government, an industry weakening, if the people who benefit from a postal route, then the strengthening of the people, if the government organizes such a road, the weakening of the people.

Shouldn’t we repartition America, so that one state be for those that want home school, for one that endorse Christianity, for one that provides free health care, for another that provides none, that one be for the Indians to return to and live tribal, for another that the Irish, or redheads may want, if they do; for one where there is a matriarchy, and another that shows the results of no car insurance. Is that too happy for the universe? Is the universe such an out of control system, that coming together to discuss the system too palpable for our fey ghostly representation of Humankind.

Athenians had intelligence from Terms, such as The Humors, and encapsulations of qualities their pantheon of Gods and Spirits offered. Christianity follows in this tradition of terms, with “sin” Christ” The “Kingdoms of God and Heaven” . Now of course our democratic movement isn’t grounded in liberating terms today, but it can be, the rung to lower common denominators. Romans and Republicans are drier, yet more spirit and morality based, a simpler virtue.

Both Romans and Athenians promoted local decision making in peaceful assemblies. The Athenians limited assemblies to 300 rotating voters, the Romans, all present, and the gals and Germanic and Italian tribes practiced this as well. It was the means of the lower class to register opinion, with local senates being an upper mode; and the gals threw druids in the mix as running Justice, and Religion. But Greece comprised of city-states, and less uniting of diverse areas, their peaceful assemblies had more sway, and were less about ratifying central government, than deciding policy.

Romans and Republicans rally around patriotism, Democrats and Greeks around necessities, are critical, and ideally solemn deliberative and wisdom seeking people.

Agriculture united The Roman Plebes. Everything was a two class society back then, plebes and patricians in Rome, but I’m not sure Greece had distinguishing names, even nicknames, like Plebes and Pats. The Romans, with the promenade of 30 tribes, not only invested in class warfare as a positive thing, with a positive competition…whereas the individual ethos permeates Greece right? Less group identity (which history tends to occlude) and more individual self-reliance. Agriculture is less cited. Agriculture is less a commodity and necessary and a priority, as outside history as The Tribes; in Greece, it is of the marketplace, a luxury of olives and fine dining, agriculture is less a conservative reality-principle, and more something to be enjoyed, perhaps by being a port to many calls of trade; Trade for that matter, an economy of disparate hegemonies and political alliances, moving about in competing ships and sailors, that Greek sophistication. Rome is a bit inland for that liberal trade.

As for group as group identity, the core of tribal unconscious, what underscores this, but the sensational phenomena of auguries in Rome and oppose that to the Oracle of Delphi, which is on the other side of the river from Corinth, set back in the mountains a bit, that run easterly to the north of Athens, to the sea. Greece is so rocky, dry and barren; it requires trade and sophisticated craft to trade. And yet there seems to be a contest between the Greek and Italian Peninsulas in the first century before Christ as to which cultures subsisted best; Italian Tribes were bent in to Rome, Greek Tribes, did not bow to such a great hegemony, but practiced spheres of influence and alliance.

The problem is democrats in America advocate this slow progressive movement, and the way to change things is through people working and planning together and communities autonomies through peaceful assembly. While their policies may be preferable to Republicans, it is not the proper standing up to Republicans, but an acceptance of their system and their rules. Thus  fundamental lower class understandings are violated. And this includes marriage as a confusing and feared, situation. There is an idealization of our way, and veneration of Marriage, entirely unwarranted and phony; because those unproductive values are prey to crime, and irrationality —instead of saying, “be reasonable, act like an adult, don’t you feel guilty enough all ready” to one with a gun at them, or “you represent the kingdom of god” a liberating act, the married will be full of fear not comprehending a strategy to that gun, as not having undertaken strategic thinking inl something even closer.

Clinton accepts the pressure of the 40hr week career, not seeing there can be something much much better if we sit and think and discuss what to do, and what the situation is, why not has this been; but close enough to comprehend God, and discuss why the Kingdom, as conduits of higher power, or representation of a likeness to human, which if true, how to work out from. Maybe it is essentially possibly only locally, with and through, someone like me who can understand and implement this, through trust and respect, humility.

More likely though, this is all a sinking ship, yet another thing to not sweat about:

Clinton patronized Obama by ignoring the hardship upon all Americans when he emphasizes the adversity Obama has gone through.

More student loans is a dubious desire to a lower class that desires less grid and more sustainability, less school, and more time with children; So it is one thing to sell, more student loans, it is another thing, to sell it as the solution. The solution is people discussing what they want with their time and life and how to achieve it. The solution is controlling the system, not the system controlling us.

Even thought the system controls us, because the issuance of sacrifice difficult at a material level. A palpable quality of the universe has been vivisected.

The middle class, married, democrats, idealize school, marriage, family, not working together, community, God, thinking, health.

“Crime”, Is, like The Universe; dark, without light, cold, unreasonable, unmerited,  even. Crime symbolizes the pagan universe. Why? Because we live in a pagan universe, unrecognized, and therefore re-imaged as “crime” and offering “crime” as an opportunity for the injection of God. Because there is more truth, in that behind the scenes, that is more truth, than what the scene projects.

I went to Woodstock N.Y.   In the Catskills. Regardless of whether red or blue state, some ancient understandings that there are hippies prevail in a matrix that encourages the opportunity of all society to improve through the society of lower orders, such as Baal in 200AD, or the rainbows and merry pranksters of the modern era; some places encourage this, as a type of monkish buddust Jewish roman wee gaullic path.  At its best political interests encourage a racial harmony as well; whereby the minority group is understood together. Recognizing the ability of others to accomplish goals that benefit all is valuable. This Hippie Movement, aka, the Rainbow Movement, embraces productivity, sustainability, working together, working with skill, knowledge, hands, community, discussion, circling, campfires, being self-taught; not middle class married values, pressuring working as much as possible, TV, hiding from community, idealization, not Godliness, or Spirituality, or anti-government and media, pro people, pro talking, natural healing,  agriculture, gender relations, genuine racial issues, blacks in prison, whites dominated in two pro sports–issues democrats find foreign, unnecessary.

Yet my vision The Kingdom of God is talked to often by the Kingdom of Heaven, re vital subjects, including, that such is for the universe, and thus the kingdom of God, be actually aware they are for the universe. This would be a sombering material fact.

Yet the democratic machine emblazons Jobs, and even marriage; such reality makes them prey to the hold of unreasonable, rather than the knowledge every man would prefer to be treated as an adult. There is confusion. Who can straighten it out without being concurrently aware of the hopeless darkness rushing in; the constant and various pressures from a universe of much dark and catalyzed motion of knowledge. The true expression of the people, as lost as an anchor in the universe winds.

The power, to move people, comes from recognizing how bad things are, what is not, what we lack, as pivotally more important and defining than what we have, that things are more negative, than positive, bad, than good, decidedly, whether from the universe or in what is heaven here closer to Earth. Society mirrors this universal understanding, it is more obvious what is missing, than what is said.

The level of society defined by criminal morality, not guilt and reason, criminal nature, not in truth, or reckoned absence; this again is where The Show, mirrors, The Universe; that hopes the universe enjoys TV. The negative is closer to reality and truth, than the positive. The Romans and Republicans have a simple moral pride in sacrifice and hardship; whereas the obscuring of sophistication, the robe of the false veneration of philosophy in Greek Culture, by Greek philosophy, is critical thinking gone badly. The Greek Play, the initiation of removed media, but at an artful

The more history, a culture or society has, the more records it keeps, even the more publicity-seeking Arts, the less significance to the people, interaction of truth, development of culture, sophistication, more natural means, more interaction with Heaven, and The Universe So, and less for the people in calamity and motion. For imagine God controls everything, and see how much energy He puts into TV production, and corresponding, how little energy and motion into a realistic sensible local scene, and analytical and discussing society about you. There is an inverse. Do not be discovered by history and the media, change without telling one journalist, or face book perhaps. Yet people can be honest, some inner collective conscience; reflect the yearnings for an adult world, overcome the pressure system against us, maybe this does require a Super bowl Commercial.

Snubs: Snubs are actually an interesting tradition, to contrast, in classical times. According to Herodotus, in the earlier part of the millennium, warfare was avoided and not practiced, precisely by antagonizing rivals and retaliating on rivals, by stealing their wives, kidnapping. One state would strike back by kidnapping a couple of the other side’s women. And the counterpart would counter in same. And all the raiding and devious sailors, quite happy this never involved warfare and battle, but merely sweet talking women into avoiding war by coming along to check out where they come from. It was only the tragic vehemence and beast of Agamemnon that made such a big deal about the Trojans stealing Helen. That was an exception to a good rule, according to Herodotus. History portrays it as righteous, justifiable, and common epic back then. It was none of those virtues, and thus we see history as doing the worst devious common thing of translating the extraordinary and wrong, as somehow ordinary and write; of aberration as tradition; of glorifying what humbly was consciously avoided hundreds of years.

But to return to Delphi. You, the inquiring mind, may wonder, “How those Delphic priestesses in the mountains at their monastery do, how are they able to divine and tell the future to the Greeks that travel there to have their fortune told?” Now this is truly a wonderful tradition of the Greeks. There were many oracles run by priestesses, throughout Greece. I heard, that at least once in a lifetime, everyone was compelled to take a trip and hike to The Oracle at Delphi, where they had extensive and comfortable accommodations, as well as being not   that far from town. Thus, the secret is, one would arrive with one’s questions, but it being a bit of a vacation, or prediction-travel, you could and would stay around several weeks waiting for the priestesses to get to you. For which it was a bit like a resort, with hiking trails, and a prominent track, and bars, and priestesses who spoke ambiguously possibly on purpose. Thus the priestesses would get to know you, talk you up, ply you with libations, so when you came round to the official ceremony of oracle, they had a pretty good womanly view of your character and some idea what to say. It wasn’t off the top of their head. However, I have read, gaseous vapors once rose from the ground near the oracle, inducing an intuitive or high-minded state, I imagine.

The Roman Republic’s fascination with oracles was quite different. It was a group thing and state function. Thus, if the geese didn’t eat before a battle, which happened rarely enough, the battle was canceled, it prophesized for the whole, for the army with the geese that did just that. It wasn’t an individual thing.

Our Interior Collective Conscience-Conscious, is some connection between the interior of the Human, and our Heavenly Fathers; severely limited by a constraint pressure, like rivulets running from dark misery of the a universe, knowing actively vaster negatives, in darkness and cold and age,  than can be controlled by reason.

I want to say our Human Collective Consciousness, which to me and the less enlightened, a Human Collective Unconscious, can save up enough through sacrifice, and allow the interior confessions, knowledge of the lies we’ve lived in, repent a way out of sin, or spend what we saved a bit, upon something illuminating, even a dark truth; The option or spending something to buy this retreat into truth, to see if there is shelter, or resolve in Diversion, to avoid it. Media seen as Diversion as in the sense, what it diverts from is worse.

Rome in Livy’s Histories, cordons off agriculture, separates it, as if there are tribal pasture lands responsible for food, intersecting with a lower class desire to produce agriculture, thus ensuring a freedom from the upper class and separation therein by virtue to the leverage and value of food, which the good and moral upper class knows they can’t have without positive lower class production. Even still, they diurnally drafted for war, as if that was the payment for their degree of salvation, the separation of agriculture, and tribe, surrounding Rome, for a historical life in The City. How did the city ever make sense? TO preserve the countryside by concentrating people together. This implies some reality about working agriculture, away from the pressure American Agriculture is under, with the deflated value of the most important commodity, relatively  speaking, to a spiritual ease, and enlightened allowance, positive class schism can bring about; where antagonists actually  more care about each other, deep down, than the conflict. Agriculture, a flag to rally round, by The Plebs. And yet there must have been less freedom or meaning in Rome, than the tribes surrounding it, and lesser known cultures, which were known to have senates and assemblies of  the people as well, even if at times there was a king, and druids had their say on judicial matters, the economy, by being more basic, fueled  an ensuing lifestyle and culture that was more basic, grounded, fundamental.  Livy frequently mentions how Rome had a few scores of tribes, and they each had a vote to input on central policy. Which is what we in America critically lacked, tribes, at most national or ethnic clubs. Tribes facilitate popular councils and peaceful assemblies, to figure out what can be done within the confines of History.

Whereas the Greeks were known for their standard of living, and rich culture. Indeed, Herodotus, the hippie traveler from Greece, wryly writes the Greeks should not have advanced so near the interior of Persia, for it made those plain simple desert-loving people desire the oils and luxuries they saw the Greeks using, and thus had three emperors who tried to take over all of the Greek World. War to the Greeks was an attack on them, something very bad; whereas to the Romans, it was like a spring bivouac, and opportunity to camp and hike around with a pack and build towers outside cities to try to enter from. The Roman diet was also plainer and their culture more famous for celebrating holy days as a community. In the early days, until used for treachery, if one town or tribe liked another, they invited a whole other town over for food and drink.

Let us turn to states that know opportunity, that benefit spreads; knows most of society in marriage; whereas often the women is the happy one, and the male, suffering. Marriage is confusing. It is about denial, perhaps. But the women is happy, and marry so many males, because women cannot handle being single; it’s only humiliating; and even worse, previous relationships that were confusing and involved lies. Whereas men can handle being single and just go through it. Many with the sanctity of knowledge of the kingdom of god. This last, which objectification obscures, to the purpose of sexuality, defined by a negative, a love not a kindness, something there is more sympathy for than realized; insofar as losing sight of God, for false beauty, is cruel, and original. As if what is wrong can just be straightened out. Yet what it involves is media, in the very sense of the word, as media of the nonsubjective, impersonal, detached, representative, cast. The criminal and the newscaster and president, all are detached, far from the simple reason of the people, far from living an adult life, they are more in unreality than you and I, saved for the show, history, that outer space watches, as we, TV, perhaps. This is the strength of the media we have to straighten out. Capable of TV networks, impressions of one another, and politicians of historical record.

Compare the energy God puts into TV, the news, history, commercial culture, if we allow God controls everything, and how  little energy is put into your community, facilitating talk, figuring things out, and right directions. The energy is going far away from you and the people, on stages, behind TV screens, places that charge money, in venerable classical buildings.

The media at people’s disposing involves repenting, admitting the lie, with everyone, in face of the Kingdom of God. Judges must confess to Judges, Local officials, to environmentalists, for I doubt they could  confess to the people local decisions in peaceful assembly are constitutionally intended, with all the implications to local life, therein, as separate from the federal and state government, and so intended, in honest competition, reservation of powers to the people. Newscasters and Journalists must admit on the air they were controlled. Yes there is a fear this detached top of the pyramid power structure, built essentially for a few to treat the many, like children incapable of discussion, creates pedophilia, marking Athenian society strata’s of Plato, because when one treats adults like children, one may cease to relate to adults sexually, and increase the significance with children. All of this, must show the sacrifice of what is on earth, for a universe marked by death.

People must admit the Kingdom of God at hand, protecting, and no sacrificial, yet there is one force that controls everyone. One tough twisted cloud that hardens into the detachment of everyone; a product of anger and hate, through a hardness not recognizing the Kingdom of god, a great dissatisfaction, as well as an expression of the value of life, which then completely ignores the kingdom of god, and the reason why there is the kingdom of god, because actual death too hard. This unreasonable quality, keeps everyone from being reasonable, in a sacrificial expression of the universe’s own misery and worse. There is no one, who is not It. Recognizing yourself as the kingdom of god, as not getting a life is most important, yet precisely not the device of this cloud towards you. This limitation, upon human forces, divided up somehow through earth,  this movement around me, expresses an anger of the universe, the pagans used to sacrifice to, more overtly. And, as I said, its value measured by an estimation of life, that grounds you as valuable alive,         though you are the kingdom of god, and grounds your death as valuable and estimable, and sad, as well. This almost explosive imposition upon the truth of the kingdom of god, is what needs to be calmed down, relaxed, and recognized; it is true negotiation, an easier future; Then I realized, this valuation of death and life, for everyone’s absence, signifies the universe has been through so much death, it is death, marked by death, expressing death, over and above. And compassion for the universe the main thing. And yet our expression, media, contains no expression of compassion for the universe; even rather venting the anger and word within that expression of the universe.

Surprised at the equation, with the importance of each as a statistic, with some knowledge of life and death in the universe? Why wouldn’t the universe “know” death, unfortune? Why the constant calamity each second corresponding to that cherished notion of life resonating individually in the nontribal world, going by on the street, right now? Because the universe is very “now”. It is like “film” as Keats imputed, it is all, “surface area” as Foucault wrote. There is nothing behind it but more blocking the now, this is where we stand.

But we can go farther and review. We can say the impressions here are like a lightening rod to the universe. We may say The Kingdom of Heaven is possibly protected from the inquiring of the universe, or is at least a different channel, by the “now” the “surface area” “the film” upon darkness, upon that which does not want to exist, a rejection of itself.  The very nitrogen of the universe, is the opposite of the good planet earth enough to stimulate the good planet earth into itself. Sensing the now and many walls of the universe, you sense something that does not want to be itself, that finds earth an anomaly. That may have something like itself behind it.

There isn’t the past in the universe of outer space. Outer Space may not have the membranes of memory that we have, that enable recording and registering and settling. Trying to calm it down into something horrifying. What could it have to remember but the existences on the few better planets of the universe, and perhaps the regular uninhabited planets provide sustenance to these satanic phenomena. The ancients must have wondered the relation between the planets of their  solar system and outer space and Earth. How are they? Finer? Relatively-Speaking, to outer space?

So there I was, staring Satan in the face, but it wasn’t, I mean, there was my eye, with few strands from Satan extending out of my eye, over into a horizon, where forth, undoubtedly received by something Satanic, by which I mark by the principle, of our opposite, out of which we sprang generated by a reaction to, trying to kill us, and successfully, you know; but what Marks this Satan, is its inability to understand anything beyond his own ever extending satanic “now” of pain and woe, thus inflicted upon earth, as a baby, confused, crying…..staying, an outlet, within and without, perceiving manufactured history. It seems we are hoping for a human-like culture expressing compassion for the universe, to replace our current expression of precise disregard for the truth, as a venting method for the Universe. And the hope is that would change the nature of the universe. And the truth seems to be the pagans expressed precisely sympathy for the universe…..now when the pagan tribes killed their birds, or livestock, for the planets, who mediate us with the universe, they were venting the wrath of the universe with the death of the fowl; It was also an expression of compassion perhaps, that the missing of the universe  is worth the death of that fowl, yet we seek a more sophisticated and less violent expression of compassion for the universe by our culture. Something more than a stone couch built for Jupiter to relax in, nights he descended from the heavens to Rome, some expression of understanding and sympathy for the gaped maw beyond Jupiter and into the intertwines of the Universe. Like Republican women, suffering a lower and lower fate; I’d go so far as to sense alienation in the very twirling away of earth from the comparative absence around its rotation. Personification, a subjective human quality? Or Something Attached to the senses, we are kind to, that may be the outer space beyond the horizon? Suddenly we are forced to consider the sum and magnitude of the universe, however negligible that may naturally seem, to be more, and demanding of our focus, than earthly concerns. Indeed our afterlife may measure less for the universe’s opposite insignificance. Humanity, maybe material physical planetary matter, has an ability to absorb, absorb experience, which outer space, remains of the physical without the physical, does not seem to, always propelling itself further in pain, than settling down and sighing.

But then if there is something two-dimensional and super transient about outer space, that can’t settle down, being tousled from an ever-farther end, what can we do? There is no Republican Federation installing stability and commotion, there is no democratic movement among the universe discussing what to do either. Outside of here. Part of it may focus on an inability to express itself. The human mind may be compressed in and out of a relative similar microcosm of culture. How does compassion for the universe start? How does it add on to, these words? If the universe claims a piece of everyone’s heart, this is difficult to work out of.

One may speculate it desires a transition and new culture of compassion to it. Who is it to say  though, its notion of life and death at much larger stakes than out age, gender, and species,-divided planetary life-force, having less reproduction, and conversely less death, felt their collapse far worse  than any one earthling in his confines. Does the universe, unable to absorb, even understand one death? Or is it reflecting vaster deaths than our earthly apprehensions? We may feel the reverberations of such conception,  but a two-dimensional universe, ever-feel their ripples. This has nothing to do with anyone, and everything to do with cosmic events, far away, long ago, coagulating still in derivative form now.

It is still perplexing this filmy surface area, born of something, many things that died long ago. One turns to the kingdom of heaven, as consciousness can’t be far from consciousness, and what I notice, is a homeopathic sense, less may be more, there is more power in absence and the universe and humans being on earth, absence is more a kin than prescience, and the fraud of the world, its presence, its presence removed to perceive the  minute puissant doses of what is present, absence, up against the sky, gains the perspective of power and logically, a detached estimation of ease.

But let’s say there is a detached puissance, concentrated far away, for souls involved with earth; concurrently, imposing upon Christianity, the pressed up presence upon the Christian Mind, of society, sin, the world of man, the lamb of god, so The Christian seeks to detach from the presence and sin of the world, and expand, imagination blur into the sky, in search of what we here earlier, and logically make sense of phenomena. Is the Kingdom of Heaven, substantially less than the what on physical, of physical earth? The length of eternity lessens the significance of each day. The lifespan, a concentrated drop of physical body.

Thoughts have their sensations, sensations attempt to reflect phenomena, which is what we study, within some structure like this. Now, the overwhelming sensation, is, the experience of, The Kingdom of Heaven, singularly, is less than what is experienced in physical human form, a part of material earth. That is quite reassuring, renders the impediments in the way possibly much less than thought, the notion God can acquiesce to my dreams, anytime I want, contingent on me knowing how inconsequential God is, compared to the Human Experience on Earth, God, as very humble, and an influence, yet whose power for you, requisite on recognizing how you compare to God. In the same fey denouement, that recognizes The Kingdom of God, being less than Christ, and therefore Christ not so special, as rare: May also recognize the Kingdom of Heaven as being less than Christ as well. Yet this requires a certainty of apprehension; for it is not spelled out in the Gospel, the superiority of Christ to Heaven, is asserted, but not explained.

So there was a joy of less upon the realization that earth is so lost, and the afterlife derivative enough to be weak, that the whole thing may ease up, and I literally felt my back start to untwist and a depth to the shoulder blades felt, even as the afterlife props up prongs in my heart to their illusion. But in the proverbial rocks across the river, I stopped and still do at “less” as very relaxing.

Why is it less? Because one day over a physical lifespan is relatively more than one day over an eternity? Because the afterlife or Kingdom of Heaven has such little success making earth better, rather than seemingly engaged in a strategy of sacrificing it? The level of success so low has to not afford much of a voice. And yet ultimately what is my success? What voice could I have? I fail too, right? My voice a mere dark wearied spirit in the universe as well. I search for a voice, something I can relate to, at a right angle to reality, I seek to relate at a level of fatalism, my own voice, so little. After death, I realized, I won’t be able to keep pushing, they don’t have a body to push with, they are much more accepting, looking at a long time; these are impressions of course, first. Communication at a tinnier level, in a place of mind more suited for such; what of the flesh being more capable of finding objection than the less physical universe? How similar morphed and combined, the afterlife of humans and the universe? Are they too similar? Can I push aside the veil from heaven upon my mind, with the import of the physical upon the less material, in the absence of anything to say,  with the fatalism from the lack of results, with too much cost. And then it hit me, back to the darkness, things are so bad, thoughts are evil, such is the realer reality, an understanding how bad things are, explaining why God show such little sympathy to humans, or their history and ways. I go from trying to communicate to an absence, that then has to know and value what is missing more, to something else, a tinny communiqué expressing just a few of the many’s view of the darkness life be in now.

To rise to prominence in History requires extensive record keeping, that what marked the Egyptians, their volumes of Records, what allows them to choose what they leave to History, forces a focus as well. Thus The Republic kept annals, which Livy derived information on the 800 years he conveyed, year by year, and at the end of each anal, or events that were unlikely or cited, such as cats talking or temples of Jupiter being struck by lightning or two headed cows or rivers turning color for a while, that was all recorded, and then left open for interpretation, and believed was intended to mean something conveyed. In general, in Rome, when something out of the ordinary happened, it was meant to mean something and be interpreted and concerned the fate of society as a whole, not just one. Thus auguries, though can be applied at an individual level, the whole augury scene here would indicate a media like response to news events, much the way the people, and/or the news, respond to events. Thus Greece was below and off the radar, as prophecies were individual or involved heroes and protagonists.

So there is a buying into individual personality and fate, which is a break from group tribal living and norm; And the interpretation of augury, of the hints and subtleties you are supposed to see, tease that distance between human and higher power, which in stronger tribal times, less historical times, was connected to the right angle of reason through a palpable intercessory, or even ruler, in Heaven; for which fires are symbolically hearted all day and night for, and the reverence for planets the same way as well; welcome to earth, relax, like us.

As the Greeks replaced Egypt in prominence, through conspicuous displays of Arts, and government, as an art as well, signifies the moral ambiguity to Art, in so far it asserts the History of history, one wonders the relief, or readjustment, or resifting of true geopolitical plates, that have since risen widely as they have, ending tribal life in Europe, America, as such, value the tribal ways History does not show us, in North Africa, Arabia, where they are.

Take over from Egypt the next one, can we say degrees of being known, these most prominent, reveal in their shadows, more enlightened classy

Let’s turn to this Rome had a great sense of propaganda than Greece. Greece was almost conscripted into History, and through its naval economy, a port-beacon to the world, the confluence of history and economy. Rome was more strictly political imperialistic, simpler, through history’s eyes. Warfare takes propaganda, as crime requires submission, this renders, Rome, though Republican, as not as conservative as it seems, but a bit like communism, imperialistic, conscripting, telling the people what to do, beyond tribal guidelines, demanding a tithe from the tribes, for history. Whereas, Athens, Liberalism, is too chaotic for some simple hypocrisy seeming to commune. They seem to have arts of plays, cultures of Plato, in the spaces where Rome has developed politics and simple history and diet, figuratively speaking.

You may say both had religions intended to scare; But Hades scared and was intended to scare individual Greeks into not making trouble, whereas in Rome, the gods and superstitions were there to fool the soldiers into keeping fighting, and that all was all right, though something to think about. However the prevalence of sacrifice, as normality out of tribal life, and into historical life, would make      religion scary per se. But also reassuring, if it can be explained and shown to work.

The buying into individuality, whether specifically seen in Greek culture, or inferred generally, signifies a closeness to isreal, where Judaism, history and a Lord, that was not so directly to The Israelites, whereby in Italy, it was much simpler, with less individual, and more Tribe, and governor-in-heaven, who, we imagine, would have tribal characteristics, and be there as possible.

The Romans famously protested a couple times, by walking out of Rome. Athens is not class-conscious enough to do that. It was very embarrassing to the rich. The agriculture enabled such. That was closer to the earlier history of Rome, when there were still the homilies of one town inviting another town over for food and drinks. The Athenians are too bound as one everything, for such dualism in politics. One can see how feudalism followed out of Roman Times, even though such class issue was prevalent throughout an incorporation of tribal logic with government. Sparta’s upper class, did not allow lower classes to soldier, nor allow itself agriculture and trade; all of which makes no sense to me, in terms of effectiveness and health.

Greeks still women, Republicans, fight it out

The Spartan ethos, their women, roman women
